“Ordered a rather pricey electric cooler online through Rack Attack as it was out of stock. It arrived from the U.S. pretty quickly - within a week - but the packaging was obviously damaged during the shipping. Luckily the damage to the cooler was limited to scratches and it did work well. When informed of the cosmetic damage, Justin at Rack Attack was most helpful and immediately offered and then arranged for a partial refund of the purchase price, which seemed fair to us. No hassles or push-back - payment made simply based on our description and a couple of photos. We have dealt with Rack Attack in the past and have been pleased with the expert advice we have been given, and now, with their exemplary customer service”

“Do I go again to Rack attack to buy any products? I don't think so. I bought a new Ikamper Skycamp 3.0 and after using it one time the support hoop got bent and their support is so pathetic. They don't follow up with Ikamper or they don't do any help on the product. Once the product is sold they don't respond or don't support any warranty support too. They say to reach out to Ikamper directly. In that case, why do I need to buy from Rack attack I can buy directly from Ikamper. Customer Service is pathetic. I don't recommend RACK ATTACK to any of my freinds”

“Easy install, fits and looks great on my Tesla Model 3. The smaller rack fit my snowboard and 2 pairs of skis. The only "annoying" thing is the wind resistance noise was a bit loud, but that just means I had to turn my music up:) Great product. Highly recommend.”
