“Rack Attack rapidly relayed that my Kuat bike rack was on delay and promptly offered to refund my money. I knew I was not going to find my rack elsewhere, so I asked Rack Attack to keep my order open. They did and kept me up to date on the status. My new Kuat arrived just in time for bike season inontata h April through September.”

“Orders shouldn't take 3-4 days to leave the warehouse. Was trying to get those clips for a trip and ended up having to overnight from backcountry.com”

“Drove 3 1/2 hours from WA to Oregon to have my Factory roof rack replaced by Trailrax and add Roam Tent and an Awning. Rack Attack folks were very professional, courteous And did an awesome job to my 2023 Bronco Wildtrak. Thank you”

“I have used Rack Attack twice now, and both times they ensured that I was ordering the correct rack/parts and as well as answering any questions I had. Sometimes the manufacturer's website leaves uncertainty and it is nice to save wasted time and money by ordering the right parts the first time.”
