“Bought new. Sent me open box. When contacted, sent me message saying you are sorry that I am not satisfied with the product. - as if I was the problem. You offered 10% credit but for 30 some $ difference I rather have the new. The product is good. Sending open box item wasnt cool.”

“Great chairs at a great price. The sale on these chairs swayed me to purchase them here. They were delivered prior to the estimated date of delivery!!! I would definitely recommend shopping with Rack Attack.”

“I was sent the wrong order, then was made to think it was my fault, which then I sent a photo of my order and the item I received which were two completely different things. Then I had to pay 20$ for a pick up fee for the courier you sent me the return label for. Very inconvenient since I was at work trying to return the item as soon as possible.”

“I had a very positive experience with Rack Attack. I asked a question about fit on my vehicle and received a response a short while later. I placed my order and the rack was shipped two hours later. It arrived as advertised with sufficiently detailed instructions to install the lock cylinders and mount the rack to my car, plus I had watched a YouTube video of the installation that Rack Attack had made. I don't think I spent more than a hour of my time to research, purchase, install, and start using this rack. I will definitely be working with Rack Attack for any future rack needs.”
