“Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Rack Attack provided answers to a question I had about fitting a roof top bike rack next to my kayak rack. They were thorough and able to find the right product for me. They followed up with a personal note ensuring everything worked. Unfortunately, the roof rack crossbar system I had ordered was dented/damaged in transit, however, Rack Attack worked with me on finding a solution to the issue and made everything super streamlined and stress-free.
