“Wish we had a Rack Attack in San Antonio, found some items online and was blown away to have overnight delivery free! Luckily there is an RA in Austin so that definitely reduced shipping times. Thanks again! Loving the Yakama HD Outpost for my TRX, I’ll have to make a day trip to Austin to check out what else I can scoop up!”

“My wife and I recently purchased a Dometic CFX375DZ from Kent at Rack Attack, Ottawa. After configuring our travel vehicle to fit the fridge, we opted to order a protective cover to help protect our investment and for the added cord storage that the cover provides. We placed an online order with Rack Attack yesterday morning and were thrilled when the cover showed up about an hour ago. The fit and finish of the cover are better than expected, as was our first online ordering experience with Rack Attack. The sales process and delivery timeline were incredible, and the order confirmation and online tracking were flawless. Our in-store experience just a few weeks ago and now our first online experience with Rack Attack have been both effortless and easy. Kudos to you, Rack Attack, for delivering exceptional customer service, both in person and beyond. We look forward to our next purchase.”

“There are several places not able to tighten up to secure and loose key lock system. No cover on T-bolt & clamps. Willing to replace different model.”

“Work, price, and especially the customer service was fantastic. I did not really like that you added a Rack Attack sticker to my bike rack however. I wasn’t consulted on this, and now I have to try and remove it myself”

“I'm commenting on an order for locks for this rack. I received the incorrect item, and could not speak to a human. No exchange was offered. I received a postage-paid label, however, when I mailed the item in the box I received it in it was returned to me, as the postage was not priority mail. The original box was a "priority mail" box. I had to repackage and drive to the post office again to return the incorrect item. My time and expensive gasoline. I then had to place another order for the correct item and pay again. I'm now waiting to see what happens. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!”
