Hey Phil, Sorry to hear that. One of our team members will give you a call tomorrow to see what's going on and send you a replacement if necessary. The last thing we want is for you to have a key that does not work. Best regards, Blaze, Rack Attack

Disappointing, my Yakima HoldUp EVO did not come with the hardware to complete the installation. I called Yakima and they are trying to ship the parts 1-day, but a frustrating start.

Went to Rack Attack on Evens today looking for info on how I could attach my existing bike rack to my truck if/when I were to purchase a tonneau, I had no idea Rack Attack sold tonneau covers for trucks but after seeing that they did I was going to purchase one today. The individual (who seemed to be a manager level employee) that was helping me said he needed to go in the back and look to make sure they had the one I needed……. 40 minutes later he comes out of the office and asked it I needed help (are you kidding me?) I told him “He” was looking to see if he had the tonneau cover I needed, he said “Oh man, I’m not sure how I forgot about you, we don’t have it but I can order it and get in about a week and half”. I told him no think you that I’ll go try and find what I’m looking for somewhere else. The cover and the extra parts I would have needed to make my bike racks work would have cost me over $2,000 I guess they are making enough money that they don’t need my hard earned cash….. I will NEVER shop at Rack Attack again!!!!!

They asked for a review so here it is. After waiting weeks for the part they told us we needed for our Thule rack, it arrived. Unfortunately, it is not the right part and I left a message 5 days ago explaining they sent the wrong part and asking for a call back. Nothing yet.

Chris, I am sorry to hear that the part you received was not the part you needed. I know Carlos from my team has reached out to you to see if we can help make your experience better in anyway, but I also wanted to reach out and see if there is anything we can do for you? I see you've already been refunded, but if there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Thanks, Matt Rack Attack

The actual product is great. But I’m missing an attachment clip and don’t know how to get a new one without ordering everything. So I only have 1 crossbar installed and that is pretty useless. I called and left a message. No response. Live chat was closed. I left an online message. No response. Maybe a 1 star review will get a response.

The people that work there aren’t the brightest. I called twice looking for a security lock for my rooftop tent. I explained what ithe EXACT one I needed and twice they didn’t listen or didn’t understand what I was talking about. They were both dumb as a rock. My 12 year old Would have listened better then these dudes lol

I used the website fit guide yet the rack sent did not fit the car. Also the packaging had been clearly opened, pieces had been taken out of the box and it was taped back up with a note indicating it was missing pieces yet it was still shipped to me. I returned the rack. It was a complete waste of my time and the staff showed zero empathy for the hassle it caused me. 100% would not recommend.

Not the right part, item said it was for adventurer roof box, but the adventurer box I have has 2” spacing for the current holes. The spacing on this is well over 3” and does not fit my roof rails. So I can’t even use half the items.

Rack showed up broken. Emailed about returning it. Agent said they would get back to me in a couple of days. Didn't happen. Not happy. Expect on line shopping was a bad idea. You don't have a zero star rating

For $600, I expected more than a lot of screws and parts. The directions were simply vague pictures and didn't explain anything. Sent it back.

The parts I needed were back ordered. After about a month I received a call indicating that they had arrived asking if I still wanted them. I said I would pick up in 4 days. When I got there (a 30 min drive from my home) I discovered that my parts had been sold. The person who helped me was very apologetic and found the parts at a store across the continent. He arranged for direct shipping with no charge. They arrived yesterday and I'm good now. You have one bad employee and one very good one.

I paid $40 + extra for next day air shipping but didn’t receive the item until several days later. WTF. You guys need to work on your delivery system. When Amazon says next day shipping you get it next day. Do better.

I ordered a Yakima roof rack kit for my car online. When I ordered all the material was showing in stock but they only shipped three of the four items. When I called to see what happen they said the third item was back ordered and not available. I’ve tried ordering the missing part from other retailers but they will only sell me a complete system. Now thanks to Rack Attack I’ve got an incomplete rack sitting in my garage, which if I’d ordered elsewhere would be complete and on my vehicle. They also didn’t try to help me get the missing part.

Hi Kristine, Thank you for your feedback. We sent out your item on May 23 via Expedited Parcel and it looks like Canada Post is taking longer than usual to deliver. I checked the tracking and it's due to arrive today or tomorrow. Apologies on behalf of CP for the delay. Best regards, Blaze, Rack Attack

Hello, I am writing regarding the bike rack I purchased recently. The first time I put it on my car and tried to take it off – it broke. More specifically, the thread on the bolt that fixes the rack to trailer hitch broke. The thread on the bolt and one of the nuts inside the rack arm broke with the bolt halfway through. Thus, it was neither possible to unscrew the bolt and take the rack off the car, or screw the bolt in and fix the rack on the car (the rack was wobbling with the bolt half way through). I had to saw off the rack arm that connects to the hitch and insert a screwdriver into the opening that fixed one of the loose nuts in place. That allowed to unscrew the bolt and take the remaining part of the rack arm out of the hitch. I see two design flaws with the rack, that combined lead to the described critical failure. 1. The bolt is supposed to go through two nuts and the same time. Unless both nuts are perfectly aligned, putting a bolt through two nuts destroys the thread on the bolt. 2. The nuts are supposed to be kept in place by thin plastic. Once the plastic brakes, a nut becomes loose, and makes it impossible to unscrew the bolt.
