They will gladly order items out of stock for you, however they will never give you an update or call you when the items have arrived. After 2 months, I cancelled my orders with the outlet and re-ordered with corporate. Items shipped that week.

Unfortunately the supply from our brands has been spotty, so we can never be sure when some of the backordered items will arrive. We received yours just mere days after you cancelled the order, so just bad timing!

PREPARE TO PAY EXTRA FEE if you need to exchange or return any product there!! Free return is a not a TRUE!! I just bought a Cargo Box at the Portland Store with Shane. He was really clear about return policy: as long as its in new condition, not used or damage you have 60 days free return policy. NOT TRUE. The day after my purchase I realized I need a bigger size of my THULE Cargo Box. I paid US$649 for the XL Force Thule (full price, no discount) by his recommendation. He was not recommending the Yakima at all! I just followed his suggestion. On a call with Daniel the following day he explained a total different story!! They said they would try to help, having a conversation with Suzy, the Store manager and would return a call. I never received any response, even calling them a second time and telling another person I would like to talk with one of them!! VERY DISAPPOINT SERVICE AS THEY DONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH! So over be prepare to buy something and don't expect free return!! Botton line

I was shipped the wrong item . Just received the correct bike rack and it is missing a bracket. Going on 2 months and I am still not able to transport a bike.

I ordered a small part in early March. I arrived in mid may and was shipped without confirming the order with me. I apparently was able to concel the shipment. Very difficult to talk with a rep on the phone

Sent a key and charged my credit card while I was still working with a customer service agent to gather additional information for the key that was needed. The key that was sent was the wrong one.

I had ordered from another business who charged me for a rack the didn’t have in stock and never sent me. Once I found Rack Attack they were amazing. I won’t ever shop any where else but Rack Attack. Amazing customer service.

Admittedly I was the Einstein that only ordered 1 rack. Upon receipt, I realized the error in my ways. I have reached out to your team via email on several occasions. Basically requesting that your team use their expertise and put together all the items I need to attach. It was implied this would happen. To date nothing & no response to further inquiries. Please do as asked & have a team member call/email with details so I can pay. Seems simple enough, just need the courtesy of communication.

I only got three out of 5 pieces that were ordered but have been charged for all 5. Then requested to return the product and have not received a response.

I've reached out several times about damaged/ missing parts of my order and no one has reached over the matter. The first response was quick but I have yet to hear back with the issue I've encountered. Really a bummer on the setback for my travel necessities.

You send an email asking how I'm enjoying my purchase...well, when I ordered it, they said it was in stock and I should receive within a couple of days. Since then, Canada Post has no idea and there is no updates, the website on my account now says that the part is out of stock. I've tried to call and nobody has called me back. Terrible service.

I have problems with the rack. Does not fit a 2021 Subaru Outback. 2nd reply . you have now sent a second rack evidently unknowingly. Gave me a return label but UPS will not pick up unless I pay them. Rack box too large to handle. Factory evidently knows rack will not fit a factory hitch but yet you want pictures??

Dear James, So sorry to hear the item hasn't arrived yet. I just checked the tracking and it looks like it's due to arrive on the 16th. Wrong item delivered. I have to call the local store to have it replaced with the right one. Seven days after I have to drive to the store for the replacement. To think the item delivered to me was worth $200 more than the one I ordered. No thanks from them they just said sorry for the inconvenience.
