Went to secure the largest Thule roof box I could get with 24" clearance to garage door. Was told only option was the Alpine model. Returned to the store 4 days later too get the bag set and was told they were too large for our new roof box. During our discussion I find that a larger less expensive roof box would have fit in the 24" clearance ( plus accommodate the bags) and that no, they don't take returns or exchanges on a 4 days old purchases. Frustrating experience. GOING TO REI FROM NOW OWN.

I ordered a hitch for my subaru at the Rack Attack in Fort Collins and at no point was I told when ordering it, that it would be non returnable!!! When I first tried to return it I was given the run around and told by Chris to bring it in later for the manager to decide on the matter. Mind you I had to have help everytime I brought in or took out this large boxed hitch. I then got a phone call that they could install it for a reduced price or if I still wanted to return it they could discuss that with me (I've saved that voice message) When I brought it back the second time to return it is when I was finally told that it was not refundable! I wish I had gotten a receipt, but since they had all my info in their computer i thought it would be like returns at REI, honest and not a big deal. I never get receipts from them, as it saves paper. I will never use this store again!!! Horrible customer service!

Do I go again to Rack attack to buy any products? I don't think so. I bought a new Ikamper Skycamp 3.0 and after using it one time the support hoop got bent and their support is so pathetic. They don't follow up with Ikamper or they don't do any help on the product. Once the product is sold they don't respond or don't support any warranty support too. They say to reach out to Ikamper directly. In that case, why do I need to buy from Rack attack I can buy directly from Ikamper. Customer Service is pathetic. I don't recommend RACK ATTACK to any of my freinds

I was sent the wrong order, then was made to think it was my fault, which then I sent a photo of my order and the item I received which were two completely different things. Then I had to pay 20$ for a pick up fee for the courier you sent me the return label for. Very inconvenient since I was at work trying to return the item as soon as possible.

We need to return it. For this price the rack should be easy to mount such as 1-2-3 easy. Not 30-45 min installation. I’m returning it.

Oh my lord I just called to get a price on a receiver hitch 1 1/4 for a Nissan Versa note 2018. They gave me a price of 320 approximately for hitch no wiring bare bones with another 230 installation. What a blatant rip off. I priced Action truck was almost 250 cheaper. UHaul was 250 installed. Good luck staying in business with prices like that.

I have yet to hear a response to the fact I was sent a used and damaged product that was also missing parts. UPDATE: I have been asked to revise my review now that “it has been resolved.” I did receive a call with a suitable resolution option however none of the agreed fix has been done yet so until I see proof it’s going to be corrected, my review will remain as 1 star

We asked for a new set of roof rails to replace the existing ford roof rails. After 3 hours, they installed parallel roof rails inside the existing rails and charged us $1000 for the hokey set up. Great look on a $40k car! Their solution was to take the parts off and give us a refund all while blaming us for the trouble. Don’t go to these people unless you are looking to have a really bad day

They advertise a lower price for a rack that they dont tell you doesnt include the crossbars. Even the pictures they post show the complete rack False advertising BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

I bought a simple class 1 hitch at Mississauga store, Ishveer Malhans promised to deliver the hitch after a 2 weeks waiting time plus 1 additional week for the installation, at the same time he promised to call when the hitch had arrived, well 16 days have passed and no phone call, no hitch, very difficult to contact them by phone, the manager don't take phone calls and after a 20 min of repeated phone calls and waiting times, they told me that the hitch is still in order with out being shipped from Montreal and it will take 1 week more to receive the hitch. I don't have doubts that Rack attack is an important rack installer but go to a different location, because people do plans and expect respect for their time, obviously the Mississauga location don't do that, and for any location that you choose test their phone communications before doing any purchase
