i contacted rack attack winnipeg about a week ago about a product i am trying to buy and never heard back. I cntacted rack attack ottawa on friday morning with the same question and have yet to hear back despite them being open all weekend. not sure why the lack of response but doesn't seem a good way to conduct business

After seeing online that the DC location had the ROAM cooler I was looking for, I drove to the location and was told that they didn't actually have it and I would need to order it online and later pick up at the store. This was fine so I went home and tried to order which gave me errors because the site said they had it in the store. So.. I called the store and tried to order it through them. Then I was told they made a mistake, and they actually did have a display model I could buy. No problem. I drove back to the store to find out it was used all banged up, covered in coffee, and full price. Is this a store or Facebook marketplace? Completely waisted my day and was told they can get me a new one in 2 weeks. After I called customer service and was told my information would be forwarded to a regional manager which has yet to contact me. 0 stars for customer service.

Took a fairly long time to ship so I cancelled and ordered from another shop. Probably not the positive feedback you want haha

Only 2 of 3 components have arrived 10 days post order. I will have to purchase the final component from another retailer in order to get it in time for my pending trip. UPS is non-responsive so I don't know if the rails will ever arrive

Came without the screws. Reached out to Rack attack customer service and still waiting for an update. Will send a photo once we are able to assemble it first which is possible only after we get the parts we have requested. Thanks

I have the most terrible service in my life with rack attack in Portland the fist day that I bye my canopy broken he said that is gonna replace and I steel waiting this happen around 2 years ago or more bad service

The camping chairs we received were very scuffed and banged up during transport. They had only been shipped with plastic wrap and nothing to protect the item itself. They were returned.

Really bad experience, staff wasn’t courteous at all when we went to returned our bike rack which was brand new , they Achebe’s us 15% of the price just Bcz box was open , be aware , no matter how much business u gave them they will charge u 15% of your purchase just Bcz box was open. It’s a scam.

The photos, description, and price led me to believe that I had ordered bars that go perpendicular to the car. I was surprised when what arrived was the sides of the bars, and nothing else. I checked the listing (and had someone else look) to see where I went wrong. One small note on the bottom of the page noted that it was not a rack for purchase. The website definitely didn't help with its clunky setup.

I'm commenting on an order for locks for this rack. I received the incorrect item, and could not speak to a human. No exchange was offered. I received a postage-paid label, however, when I mailed the item in the box I received it in it was returned to me, as the postage was not priority mail. The original box was a "priority mail" box. I had to repackage and drive to the post office again to return the incorrect item. My time and expensive gasoline. I then had to place another order for the correct item and pay again. I'm now waiting to see what happens. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Went to secure the largest Thule roof box I could get with 24" clearance to garage door. Was told only option was the Alpine model. Returned to the store 4 days later too get the bag set and was told they were too large for our new roof box. During our discussion I find that a larger less expensive roof box would have fit in the 24" clearance ( plus accommodate the bags) and that no, they don't take returns or exchanges on a 4 days old purchases. Frustrating experience. GOING TO REI FROM NOW OWN.

I ordered a hitch for my subaru at the Rack Attack in Fort Collins and at no point was I told when ordering it, that it would be non returnable!!! When I first tried to return it I was given the run around and told by Chris to bring it in later for the manager to decide on the matter. Mind you I had to have help everytime I brought in or took out this large boxed hitch. I then got a phone call that they could install it for a reduced price or if I still wanted to return it they could discuss that with me (I've saved that voice message) When I brought it back the second time to return it is when I was finally told that it was not refundable! I wish I had gotten a receipt, but since they had all my info in their computer i thought it would be like returns at REI, honest and not a big deal. I never get receipts from them, as it saves paper. I will never use this store again!!! Horrible customer service!

Do I go again to Rack attack to buy any products? I don't think so. I bought a new Ikamper Skycamp 3.0 and after using it one time the support hoop got bent and their support is so pathetic. They don't follow up with Ikamper or they don't do any help on the product. Once the product is sold they don't respond or don't support any warranty support too. They say to reach out to Ikamper directly. In that case, why do I need to buy from Rack attack I can buy directly from Ikamper. Customer Service is pathetic. I don't recommend RACK ATTACK to any of my freinds

I was sent the wrong order, then was made to think it was my fault, which then I sent a photo of my order and the item I received which were two completely different things. Then I had to pay 20$ for a pick up fee for the courier you sent me the return label for. Very inconvenient since I was at work trying to return the item as soon as possible.
