“Staff was very helpful in getting me setup with the correct rack and accessories that I needed. Only one manufacturer made it (Venza with a panoramic glass roof) and Rack Attack ordered it for me. Very happy with the purchase.”

“I admittedly didn't shop around a lot - I went to rack attack because I saw their positive reviews. I ordered a tow hitch for my new car, arranged to have it installed at Rack Attack. A few days later, I finally got around to calling Uhaul and a few other vendors and was surprised to discover that the hitch was roughly $100 more at Rack Attack than other vendors and that installation was more than twice the price compared to highly rated shops in my area. In fact, the price of the exact same curt hitch INCLUDING installation at Uhaul was less than the Rack Attack price WITHOUT installation. I complained at the store, and wrote the national chain, but I the responses I got were dismissive - essentially "your tough luck." These guys know their stuff, and they sell top notch equipment. However, they overcharge to the EXTREME. Look elsewhere.”
