“I give it 4 stars because we have yet to put a second e-bike on the rack. The ramp is great! But we're not quite sure how we'll secure the second bike with the clamp. The rack is ideal for road bikes; not so sure about e-bikes... but we like the ease of attaching the rack to the trailer hitch. It's also nice to be able to pull the rack down to access the back door hatch.”

“We ordered two RockyMounts Tomahawk bike racks from y’all. They showed up speedy quick! Thanks to your installation video, I got the installed on our car speedy quick too! (Your video made us put in the order in the first place!) And you accommodated my request for the same key to work all for locks. You are great! P.S. It wouldn’t be a bad thing to have gotten a second key hint hint.”

“I had an existing Yakima rack system used on a previous car, but was uncertain about adapting it to my current car for a long road trip. Chris analyzed what was needed while we were on the phone and suggested how I could get hard-to-find parts. I got them and the team installed them exactly when they said they would and for the price they extimated. I'm ready for the road.”

“I ordered a pair of Yakima Jet stream cross bars that were listed as an open box item with a pretty good discount. My cross bars were shipped to my home quickly and when I opened the box I was surprised to find the bars in absolute perfect condition. The adapters to attach them to my Yakima Timberline rail mounts were all there too and in their factory package! I’ve had poor experiences with buying open box items in the past so this was a awesome!”
