“Had a great experience at Rack Attack, Austin. I went in asking about their cargo boxes. Victor helped me out. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional. Answered all my questions and was very patient and took multiple measurements to make sure we could find a box that fit. He brought out a couple of boxes and mounted them on my car. Made a little adjustments and found one that fit. He secured it and off I went. Thanks guys. I will be back.”

“I ordered a rack yes I understand it was family day weekend but item wasn't shipped I was told the problem was Canada post wasn't picking up the parcel from rack attack so I requested the order to be canceled 5 days later still waiting to see the refund on my credit card”
