“Unfortunately, I still have not received the two Hulavators. UPS trackings states that they are still in transit.”

“I bought a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike rack of Open Box, actually brand new. A lightweight hitch rack with some nice features and a good-looking powder coat finish. The customer service is very professional and patient when shopping online there for the first time.”

“Placed my order a few weeks ago and have not received it. Contacted Rack Attack a few days ago and have not heard back from them. Probably okay to shop from Rack Attack in person but I would not recommend online orders.”

“Great service. The plastic cover of my roof rack with lock cracks a bit. I went to the store and ask how u can help me, do I need to buy this spare part? They didn’t fool me, they said it’s nothing serious if u want we can sell this part to you, but you don’t really need this. Highly recommend this place.”

“I am still waiting for the spare tire to be sent. I paid for it when I picked up the trailer. It has been a few weeks and still no spare tire. I have assembled the trailer and it is great. Spare tire has arrived and I have installed it. The product is excellent, there was an issue when the spare tire arrived they did not call me right away and actually put with someone else’s order which was no complete either. Then they realized what they had done and contacted the buyer who’s order was not complete and informed them that the spare tire was part of my order, then called me to say the tire had been there for a week. Everything is fine now, but I am not pleased with the delay in notifying me the tire had arrived and was ready to be picked up.”

“I needed a lock for my Yakima bike rack and they were out of them but RA had it. My credit card had been hacked and I had just gotten my new one. there was a problem with the sale going thru. I got an email from RA and called and explained what happened and used a different card. they were very helpful and I got my order in a few days.”
