“I was pleased to find the Thule bike rack and Add On I wanted available from Rack Attack especially given the supply chain is presently under stress. I was even more pleased that the items arrived by courier at my door less than 24hrs later! Assembling the rack took a bit of time but this is due to subpar Thule assembly instructions. Thank goodness for videos online! The rack is well designed with quality materials.”

“The Warranty and Customer Service Departments went out of their way to help me when I damaged one of my towers in the car wash. I was able to get a replacement tower very quickly and was not charged for it as it was slightly used. Justin Cole is the best!”

“I appreciate the service but if you say in the ordering process that your agent will check to make sure my order fits my vehicle, and then you don't check and send the wrong item, a customer can end up wasting a lot of time.”

“Ordering with Rack Attack was a very positive experience. Prior to my order, I emailed the team regarding how long it might take to receive the product and to confirm the free shipping. I received an email from one of the reps., Matt, the very next day (on a Sunday!). Who does that anymore?! Awesome service. Thanks, Matt! Rack Attack had my item in stock and ready to ship. I received it ahead of schedule by two days. It was well-packaged and in great condition. I have already installed it, and I love it! It adds a "utilitarian" look to the car that I was looking for. I would highly recommend Rack Attack.”

“Even with all the shortages we are seeing with in the global supply chain, Rack Attack was able to find and ship me the fit kit parts required for our roof rack in less than one week! Although I did place my order online in the end, Scott from the Ottawa location was able to help me narrow down my needs over the phone. Awesome service and definitely made a repeat customer out of me!”
