“Excellent service, even granted me a 20% discount when I found my rack at a lower price after purchasing. Delivery was a couple of days late due to road conditions and weather, but arrived in plenty of time. Thanks a bunch!”

“Good online ordering system. Good execution of taking my money and sending me emails. My order of 4 separate items arrived in two shipments. The first shipment went off without a hitch. The second shipment was delayed. I noticed a spam email, called the BC store. The person answering said an alert was put on my account to call me about the spam email, but couldn't understand why no one had responded to the alert on my account. The agent told me they would call me back. No reply for a whole week. I called again a week later and spoke to an agent to enquire where the second shipment was. I was told I would be called back after they looked into it. Never received a callback. The second shipment simply arrived on my doorstep 2 weeks after the first shipment.”

“I was one of a seemingly unending number of people looking for a Hullavator in this COVID era. I signed up through your website for notification when stock arrived. I was notified as promised, made a simple online purchase, and just received my roof rack. I received 3 phone calls from customer service to follow up and/or guide me through this unavoidably lengthy process. Well done!”

“Received the rack withing 10 days, staff very helpful when ordering, rack took over two hours to install, measurements and location for ACURA MDX 2020 were not accurate. I had to adjust and improvise. Lots of cutting, inserting rubber strips for the Rhino brand.”
