“Ordered a THULE roof rack with clamps, cross arms and keyed locks as a Christmas gift on a Tuesday and received the product that Friday. Pretty impressive turn around time as I’m located ~275 km north of Toronto!!!! It was shipped via UPS - super fast delivery. It arrived exactly as indicated in an email. Extremely impressed with the THULE line up of products. I already have a Thule roof rack system for my own car. My kids see just how useful the roof rack is so they asked for a THULE system for their Christmas gift. It comes in handy, especially since we have a small Honda Fit. The roof rack triples the carrying capacity of this small but mighty vehicle.”

“The purchase online was easy. Web site very clear. Processing and shipping was lightning fast and updates were emailed regularly. I won't open the package until Christmas but the packaging was excellent so I have no worries. I will definitely look to shop at Rack Attack again.”

“Have to say, I have been purchasing a lot of things online recently, and customer service is impossible to come by. I called rack attack and told them I was having issues with fitment and wanted to ensure what I was ordering was correct. Rack attack helped me confirm I had the right products and even offered to go through the order process even though I already had it in my cart. Thank you again for your customer service!”

“Ordered the Kuat Grip 6 ski rack, black, special edition. Was supposed to get a complimentary direct mounting kit (25th anniversary) but the package arrived without it. I called a few days later and was told it would be shipped from California and I would receive confirmation and shipping information. Nothing so far.”
