“Your staff was so courteous; and very knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through selecting the right hitch for my intended use, the Thule C2 Pro bicycle carrier. I have dealt with RackAttack a number of times over the years, ordering Thule and other products. The experience has always been more than satisfactory.”

“a full 3, Pros: Stellar Customer Service agent. Cons: Have not received my full order, Parts can be marked as out of stock instead of taking customers for a ride : ) Also took a long time to reach customer service.”

Sometimes we have more live orders than stock and if you order at that time, it may not show as out of stock yet, but we are always working to make improvements to our website and I will pass along the feedback. “Shopping was very quick. Not the fault of Rack Attack but the stinger bar spring was broken when it was delivered. I called Thule and they are shipping a replacement part. Great Customer Service from both Rack Attack and Thule.”
