“Thanks for the Great customer service! Rack Attack Chicago provided excellent service and installation of my iKamper 2.0 roof top tent. The store made it easy to choose which product to purchase because they had a demo iKamper Mini model on display. Their rep Giovanni walked me through the entire setup, installation and take down process. He answered all my questions and concerns. We agreed that the iKamper 2.0 model would be a better fit for my lifestyle and rig. He showed me all the options with absolutely no, high pressure sales pitch. He was very understanding and guided us knowledgeably through the entire process. Besides the iKamper product line, the store has a great selection of roof top and hitch based rack and bike systems. Giovanni and his crew made the installation easy using their experience to first adjust my existing Thule rack system to the right height over the bed of my ford F-350. Once we adjusted the rack, they quickly lifted, placed and balanced the IK2. His entire team was very pleasant to deal with and made the final sales enjoyable.”

“I saw Rack Attack listed as a dealer on the Yakima website and found the closest store that had a SUP rack in stock, called them and they sold it to me over the phone and it was shipped to me in less than a week. All in all a good experience.”

“I dealt specifically with Cassandra at the Victoria, BC location and she was great, professional and super reliable when organizing the shipment of my Dr. Tray, Yakima rack. She was able to get it transferred from the Coquitlam location to Victoria and then ship it from Victoria to Tofino for free. An absolute gem to deal with. I wish everyone as smooth a transaction as I experienced with Cassandra.”

“Quick and painless dealing with the Vancouver office for a Yakima product that I needed urgently, which was shipped to me in Ottawa. Five stars for Vancouver store When I first called the Ottawa office, their initial response was, 'no we don't have it in stock'. When I pressed them to see if one of their other stores might have it, their response was, 'don't think another store would ship their stock to them since they would want to keep it for their own clientele'. When I said I wanted it shipped to me, not to them, they sheepishly checked their other stores to see who had stock and gave me the Vancouver store's coordinates. 2 stars for Ottawa store.”
