“Great shopping experience! The website was well designed and easy to navigate to find a rack to fit my car. Delivery was exceptional fast too. Very happy with product, pricing and service.”

“While the product seems to be functioning as expected, we were disappointed to have the rack arrive with a considerable amount of assembly required. I double checked the information provided prior to purchase and didn't notice anywhere it being mentioned that assembly would be required. This is disappointing. We muscled through it but assembling things is not a strength of ours.”

“The website could be cleaner. When looking for what I needed, it was easy to enter the details of my car, and then I was given a list of top three options. Those options were the most expensive and I had to look for the button to click to bring up more racks. Even on the web I was being upsold.”

“Fast! Efficient! Very helpful. They really know their stuff! An end cap was missing from the package and they put one right in the mail. Our parts were backordered at first and they shipped them as soon as they became available. Emails were answered very quickly. Just really nice people to deal with.”
