“I was looking for a high quality, roof mount bike carrier for my Ford Fiesta Hatchback and one of Rack Attack’s knowledgeable staff members suggested the Thule Upride, and their selection didn’t disappoint. It’s super quick and easy to securely mount my bikes and drive away. I just love it. I selected free shipping and even though I didn’t require it so quickly, sure shoot it was sitting on my front step in 2 days. They even threw in a pair of anti theft lock sets for free with purchase. Thanks Rack Attack.”

“I ordered a small part in early March. I arrived in mid may and was shipped without confirming the order with me. I apparently was able to concel the shipment. Very difficult to talk with a rep on the phone”

“I brought my car in to the Mississauga location (without an appointment) to see if someone could look at my bike rack, which had been damaged after being hit by another car. After waiting in line for a few minutes, Stephan came outside to assess my bike rack/hitch and confirmed that the damage could be repaired. Not only did Stephan fix the problem on the spot, he also went under the car to ensure the hitch was ok and safe to use. Thank you Stephan for such excellent and friendly customer service!!”
