“Created a very large "Yakima EXO" order with RackAttack as they had all of the pieces I wanted for the set. Alex reached out to me saying that they were missing one of the pieces I needed, but wanted to see what could be done to resolve it. I was able to find another vendor for the missing piece, and Alex did what he could to get the rest of the order out and on-time and the appropriate money refunded. Highly appreciated the upfront response in relation to the order and getting the rest of the order resolved.”

“Good rack after assembly. It was hard to line up bolt holes once pieced together but it looks great and it's strong. APEX has the same looking rack for $240 but not sure about quality”
