“The staff at Rack Attack provided outstanding customer service. There was a mix up with my online order and I got multiple responses via email and phone within a couple of hours of contacting them. The problem was solved without any hassle and they followed up to make sure it all worked out. Upon receiving my order I asked to exchange the cross bars for a different model and they immediately helped me at their Ottawa location again without any problems. Can't stress enough how courteous and helpful the staff were at getting me set up. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Worked with Matt today on part of an order I created with Rack Attack. After opening one of the packages, found the hardware to assemble the kit was missing. I gave the company a call this morning and worked with Matt who worked with his local rep to get the hardware located and overnighted to me for our upcoming camping trip. Highly appreciated the expedience and communication coming to a successful resolution for my issue. I'm definitely going to order with RackAttack in the future! Thank you!”

“I’ve purchased a few full rack systems in recent years from Rack Attack, and from an inventory and speed of shipping perspective they are excellent. Also considering that new rack systems are pretty expensive and therefore meet the threshold for free shipping which is nice as well. Again the speed of shipping is much appreciated vs. the large online retailers.”
