“I dealt specifically with Cassandra at the Victoria, BC location and she was great, professional and super reliable when organizing the shipment of my Dr. Tray, Yakima rack. She was able to get it transferred from the Coquitlam location to Victoria and then ship it from Victoria to Tofino for free. An absolute gem to deal with. I wish everyone as smooth a transaction as I experienced with Cassandra.”

“Quick and painless dealing with the Vancouver office for a Yakima product that I needed urgently, which was shipped to me in Ottawa. Five stars for Vancouver store When I first called the Ottawa office, their initial response was, 'no we don't have it in stock'. When I pressed them to see if one of their other stores might have it, their response was, 'don't think another store would ship their stock to them since they would want to keep it for their own clientele'. When I said I wanted it shipped to me, not to them, they sheepishly checked their other stores to see who had stock and gave me the Vancouver store's coordinates. 2 stars for Ottawa store.”

“This is my go to store for Yakima rack and accessories. If Rack Attack doesn't have it nobody will. I recently ordered a Yakima adapter that arrived one day earlier than I expected. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. I called customer service and got a return authorized. It was so simple. I will need a new rack soon and this is where I will shop first.”
