“Fast delivery The box was very damaged when it arrived due to courier mishandling and an M8 nut was missing from the box so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. However, in response, Rack Attack contacted me and addressed the situation quickly and appropriately. Sometimes a vendor can't control all aspects of a transaction but what Rack Attack did was take responsibility.”

“All of my Thule equipment purchased met my expectations.......Installation by the RackAttack Team was Excellent. to ensure proper placement they reviewed the rack positioning regarding the size of my old cargo box to ensure proper mounting...Considering my cargo box was not at the installation, when I returned home to mount my box - it fit just like it was supposed to...Great Job....”

“No issue with your service. The only thing I would mentioned is that most of the products I ordered were shipped from out West and it takes for ever to get to Quebec. I cant instal the Deluxe Pack, still waiting on the Yakima adapter mount. No hard feeling”

“This company provides amazing support. I had a few issues with my order. 1. One of the items was back ordered with not eta on when they would get it and after talking with them they took that item off of my order so I could purchase it from another retailer that had it in stock. 2. My card was getting denied cause I had a changing security code. I sent in a message with the new security code and the person I was talking to updated my order within the same day.”
