“This was my first time ordering through Rack Attack and it was a seamless experience. Website asks for specific car model so they confirm the product is the appropriate one for your car. The price was the same that I found through other vendors but I opted for Rack Attack due to the expertise and valuable information sources (photos, videos, specifications) they provided on the fitting of the product to my particular car. Delivery was right on time and products came in complete and in perfect condition. Definitively would return to Rack Attack in the future.”

“My experience couldn't have been better. My salesperson, Will, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They also willingly matched a competitor price as their website suggests. Shipping was fast and everything was in perfect condition. Now the bad part... It turns out that my Yakima HD Skyrise tent was not compatible with my new Bronco Sport with the panoramic moonroof since too much support is removed from the roof. I contacted Will and he listened to my story and quickly processed a full refund of the Yakima towers and crossbars along with a prepaid return label. In my opinion Rack Attack's support and service is first rate, bar none. I recommend Rack Attack with no hesitation whatsoever.”

“Ordering the correct group of kits for our vehicle was really intuitive, the rack kits shipped very quickly, and their YouTube channel also had a great tutorial to assemble the rack when Thule’s instructions don’t actually write out the steps!”
