“The racks have been received by the vendor that the rack going to be attached to the camper. I want to say thank you to the person who helped me in ordering the racks. I think his name was Victor. He was polite and helpful. After being let down so many times at other business he was a bit of fresh air. There still is some who still believe in customer service.”

“Was told that the Thule roof rack fit kit I ordered would work with my discontinued Thule podium. It would not work. Matt from Rackattack was able to assist with getting the updated kit I need and prepared a new order to complete my package. Very responsive and helpful support once the initial issue was sorted.”

“Your staff was so courteous; and very knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through selecting the right hitch for my intended use, the Thule C2 Pro bicycle carrier.
