“I bought the Thule Motion 3 L for a recent family road trip in our Tesla Model Y. Communication and delivery of the box went well. The box performed admirarably and had tons of space for all our clothes and gear. This was my second such purchase from Rack Attach and I plan on using them again in the future for other such purchases.”

“I contacted Rack Attack before I bought a new vehicle. I wanted to be positively sure that I would be able to cart up my boats on a Honda Accord sedan with a naked roof. The clips that they sent, and the instructions were just perfect. I drove through horrendous winds, and my canoe was as solid as a rock.”

“Not 1 complaint about rack attack. Ordered on a Wednesday shipped on Thursday. I love my Kuat piston sr wonderful product. From the time I opened the box to it being on my jeep 10 min. Very easy to put together.”

“We ordered a rack after speaking with their rep over the phone. When we received our order, the connecting “feet” were not included, nor were they ever manufactured, despite the fact that the product description and sales rep said this rack was compatible for the car. We returned our rack to them over a year ago and have yet to receive our refund. We call, and call, and call, and are deferred to Justin Cole who never follows up. $400+ lost to a company that only helps you purchase from them. I’ll gladly revise this review if they make good on their refund policy. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this company.”

“I am deeply appreciative of the great work that Brian and his team did with installing both a rooftop and hitch-mounted rack on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wonderful communication with the team about what I needed. They also sourced a part that I needed from Rhino Rack. The installation quality was excellent and the pricing was very fair—with the work completed on-time. I will absolutely be a return customer.”
