“These guys are awesome. When most shops says free shipping but they are not when you are from AK. Rack Attack is free and its even faster thank when you pay shipping from lower 48. I definitely recomend and sure will buy from them again.”

“I ordered a rack and they said a couple of weeks After 2 weeks my rack was supposedly in Dropped off my vehicle and went for a walk only to be contacted 50 minutes later that they had the wrong parts for my rack Fast forward another 2 weeks and my rack is finally in Dropped off vehicle with an appointment and was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour 3 hours later and still counting”

“I went to their booth at SAVE this year to get a bike rack extension for my truck. They did not have the driver-side swing I needed at the show, but said they would ship one from the store. The sale and the shipment went very well and I received the extension quicker than expected. Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I went into Rack Attack to get some information on a retractable hard tonneau cover. Chris listened to my needs and very quickly put together a combination that perfectly fit my requirements. When it came time for installation he was able to fit me in a very small window of availability. In spite of some installation challenges they made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend.”

“I had a Curt hitch installed on my 2021 Porsche Macan GTS. I was very impressed with the professionalism and product knowledge during my initial consultation on the phone and was equally impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the day of the installation. They added some trim around the area that needed cutting on the rear diffuser and it totally looks like a factory option now. They even price matched up to 20% on my hitch. Their showroom is also awesome. I would highly recommend this company!”

“Customer service was great. I called on Wednesday afternoon to get a basket, and Colin made an appointment for me for Friday. Eli was superb, especially since he was the only one in the shop when I arrived. He helped me choose a size, and he assembled it and installed it, all within about an hour’s time. Thank you for a great job!”

“My yakima base towers and bars are on their 3rd car now. Rack attack has helped me get the right clips for the new car each time and has alsways been efficient in finding the right parts and getting them delivered.”

“the guys in the Sherman Oaks store helped me out BIGTIME. Cant say enough good thing s about them. they helped me install some yakima racks and i super appreciate their knowledge and technical prowess. cant go wrong here. wonderful customer service quality and professionalism. Highly recommend”

“Rack Attack of Colorado Springs are absolutely outstanding. I took my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander to have a hitch receiver installed so I can haul a mobility scooter that the VA is issuing me. Not only did they get the proper one for my vehicle ,they installed it for half of what they quoted me. The dealership wanted $2900.00. RACK ATTACK did it for $400.00 including a$300.00 receiver. I would recommend them to any disable vet that needs any accessories for their vehicle . They truly treat vets with respect .”
