“Have been waiting 8 months for bike rack to get in stores inventory, was just about to give up on the thought of arriving this year when I got an email that they had limited inventory arrive. Immediately went on line and purchased it and got confirmation of shipment tracking number in about an hour! Item arrived in excellent condition the next day! This company is first rate, won't hesitate to order from them again!”

“I purchased a set of Thule Aero bars for my car on a Saturday morning. I had a phone call and an email by Saturday afternoon from someone checking on the order. He wanted to make sure I understood that a fit kit was also required, but I hadn't ordered it. He also questioned whether I wanted locks since I had not ordered them since the order form asked for a key number even though I did not order them. I called them back on Monday and the order was delivered Friday. The bars themselves are just what I was looking for, although the installation instructions were terrible.”

“I received what I ordered very quickly and at a good price. It has been very difficult to find the Thule kayak rack parts. I went to several local stores and no one had everything I was looking for. One of the stores said that they placed a huge order with Thule and only receive a few parts at a time, so when they need parts for customers they purchase from Rack Attack. They told me that Rack Attack ships things quickly, and that is the experience I had.”

“I was very pleased that Rack Attack had the Yakima Long Arm bed extender in stock and shipped so quickly. It came complete, and brand new as it should. This bed extender is hard to find but it is the answer to loading a kayak for us older folks. I'm very excited to use it soon , thx.”

“I ordered a Thule rack and cargo box from another retailer. They didn't tell me that I'd need a "fit kit" for installation. So after waiting 18 months to get these backordered items, we were 2 days away from our trip - with NO fit kit to finish the installation. And I was seething that they didn't tell me in the numerous emails that I had with the co. literally asking if I had everything I'd need to assemble. That is when I found Rack Attack. They had the fit kit in stock and I paid for rush delivery. It arrived on the morning that we were to get on the road, we got it assembled and VIOLA, we had a cargo box and a successful trip. THANK YOU!”
