“Our experience with Rack Attack was great. We only had a vague idea of what we needed and no real idea if it existed (ultra wide bars for carrying multiple canoes on a car that had factory rails). We used the online question tool and they pointed us to exactly what we needed, and delivered it in just a few days. Installed with no problems. Would use again for sure.”

“Ordered online in the afternoon and it arrived in the late morning the next day. I paid for express delivery and it worked. It was a birthday present and as usual I was late planning. I also got a discount by associating the online store with my local dealer. I didn’t go local as the car was an oddball this out of stock but the warehouse had them. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“Perfect fit, fast shipping, thinking of ordering some additional components. Only problem was not with rack attack but it was the shipping company. They delivered my purchases to a wrong address. Luckily my name and number was on the shipping label and I live in a small town and the person that received it was honest enough to give me a call so I could retrieve my things. I would have done the same but it does restore my faith in people, especially when you hear so much of porch pirates.”

“I was surprised I could get a rack so quickly and with so little hassle. I had the rack on my doorstep 3 days after I ordered it. I had a similar experience as few years back when a local rack shop told me it would be 3 weeks to get a Thule Track System for the top of my truck canopy. I ordered it from Rack Attack and had it in 2 days.”

“Disappointing, my Yakima HoldUp EVO did not come with the hardware to complete the installation. I called Yakima and they are trying to ship the parts 1-day, but a frustrating start.”
