“The item I was ordering was a preorder. Rack Attack contacted me when the item arrived in stock to make sure I was still interested. They shipped it promptly and it is now installed on my truck. I did make a phone call to tell them I still wanted the item and actually spoke to a human. Rare that you talk to a live person these days.”

“Appreciated the extra effort and quick turnaround for a set of specific Thule lock cores I needed. Communication was excellent even though I ordered online including phone calls and email updates. And pricing was competitive. Will definitely send more business to Rack Attack!”

“We need to return it. For this price the rack should be easy to mount such as 1-2-3 easy. Not 30-45 min installation. I’m returning it.”

“I needed a replacement key for my Yakima bike lock and they suggested trying Rack Attack. I went online and found the correct key. Ordered it and had it 3 days later. Smooth and seem less and reasonably priced.”

“Delantae was amazing. He listened to my needs and helped coordinate shipment to Miami via air freight over night so I could then overnight it to the Turks and Caicos Islands as I had guests arriving on Friday and we needed two vehicles with Thule Kayak Racks installed. We only had one. The guests really appreciated it and so did I. Great Work. Great Employee. Great Company to deal with, thanks to Delantae.”

“Had a hard time finding Thule T2 Classic add on rack. I saw it other places for full price, but Rack Attack had it in stock at a discount. Shipping was quick and the rack arrived in good shape. I am very satisfied!”

“Amazing customer service. I had questions about the racks I purchased and called twice with an immediate answer. I also screwed up my billing address when I purchased and a rep reached out to flag to me and was able to solve so my order went through on time. The interface was also very easy to use when selecting what Rack was best for my car.”
