“They were knowledgeable the people were nice but they neglected to tell me when they offered to install the rack that the cost was. $150. The problem was once I got there there was no way to bring the pod home without the install.”

“Great customer service. Agent helped me get the perfect system for my kayak carrier needs. Very knowledgeable about the products and built a system from 2 different manufacturers to best fit my truck. Great experience and will definitely use Tack Attack again.”

“I’m incredibly pleased with my experience working with Rack Attack for the first time. I had questions about the product I was purchasing and the representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. I input my credit card number incorrectly and was notified promptly so my shipment would not be delayed. I really got the impression that they value me as a customer,”

“My order had to be shipped from multiple locations. I was kept well informed of the process. Any and all updates to my order were quickly relayed via email for corresponding tracking numbers. The overall speed of service was commendable. I am completely satisfied with my order. I would likely recommend Rack Attack to a friend based on level of communication and customer service.”
