“Terrible service thus far. Ordered trousers, unfortunately too small, have requested an exchange for an alternative size and am still waiting to receive those trousers! Have tried to contact the company to see where my order is up to ie. whether first pair of trousers have been received and where are my second pair of trousers but they are saying I have to wait 21 days. Not sure why? Now I'm just wanting a refund as I give up and think the service I have received has been absolutely appalling. Would not use again!”

“I find Romans sizes in skirts very big . I’m definitely 12-14 the 12s are huge on me had to send it back though the quality is excellent. The returns and delivery are very quick and efficient , a few other companies need to take a lesson from Roman! Thank you .”

“I'm finding the whole refund experience very frustrating! My order was sent overseas by mistake, mine apparently but I fail to see how I'm responsible for that with a UK postcode. Its been 2 months now, limited communication, unless I instigate it. Will not order from Roman again.”

“I had to return a gift and was given a gift card needless to say this was before lockdown so it is out of date, after a 15-20mile trip to Roman I was told that I need to get in touch with customer service I have tried to get an answer by by phone and I have now sent 5 messages but no reply very bad service”

“The The dress I received was a completely different colour (burgundy) to the online picture (salmon pink). I returned it and they wouldn’t refund my postage saying it wasn’t a valid reason to return it.”

“I don't usually buy from websites I've not heard of if their trustpilot review is not great, but I noticed Next sell Roman Originals, and I thought if my favourite, most trusted reputable company are stocking it then it may be more reputable than the reviews make out. So I ordered a pink coat, which was in the sale so £15 cheaper than buying through Next, plus Roman Originals gave me free delivery and 10% off, making it even better value. I registered after placing my order so I could track it, and honestly it has been such an easy sale, I had a despatch email and could see where my parcel was, it arrived today and I love it. Good quality, possibly not worth the full price cost but definitely worth what I paid. The zipper is better quality than my very expensive coat. It arrived only one day later than it's estimated date, which is fine as it was just an estimate! Also came well packaged. Overall I'm really pleased and would order again, the only thing to worry me is you get a store credit instead of a refund, but in my case I'm keeping it so it's not an issue!”

“Have now got 5 items of clothing from Roman Originals- very impressed with the quality and accurate sizing of the garments . Have been ordering online and delivery is so quick and even better FREE Will continue to use Romans Like to get out of this lockdown and be able to show them off !! THANK YOU”

“Roman Originals took my order and I paid for it to be delivered to my home address. They emailed me to say it had been delivered to their store nearby. I told them that store had closed down months ago. They then told me to collect from my nearest Argos store, I went and waited while they searched they hadn’t got it. They have now told me to go back to Argos as it is in there and I’m to tell them it’s in a black bag with silver writing on. I’ve told them to send somebody theirselves and deliver it to my house like I paid for. They offer a disgraceful “service””

“This company doesn’t tell you they are obtains items across the globe and will take weeks to get you items ,even though they lie and send you E-Mails, you order has been shipped. Be there Saturday, and a week later still not here and call company, and ask where the “ Hell”, is my order, And they say oh ,one item is coming from Bangladeshi,and other from C8na. If I would have known where this stuff is shipped from and this long to get I would have canceled my order. I’ll never use them again.”

“I have been shopping with Roman originals now for a few years, and have always found the quality and unique style to be exceptional at an affordable price. The staff in our local store to be friendly and helpful, polite and courteous. I have also shopped online and found the service equally as top class. Even during these difficult times we are all living with they have still managed to maintain the service and super quick delivery. In all the years of shopping with this company i have never had any cause to complain. I can only Express my sincere gratitude to a wonderful customer service that i have experienced over several years. Thank you so much Roman originals for everything.”
