Ordered two items, only item turned up. No reference to outstanding item. Tried calling customer service but can’t get through. Have been charged for both items! I think company must be struggling as I have used them for a number of years and never had an issue. Such a shame as they used to be good.

Undelivered items, no refund when items returned. No response via email, through the website or on phone. Dreadful customer service. Used to be good but won’t be using again.

Ordered an item nearly three weeks ago and have not received it. Also spent and hour and on the phone to customer services only to be cut off twice. Eventually spoke to someone at third attempt to be told parcel had been refused delivery and I will have wait for refund when they receive it back. Do not believe this, will not be shopping with them again, very disappointing as I have had no trouble before.

Appalling customer service - missing item in order. Money taken, emails not answered 30 mins on phone line and only 27 in the queue (phone lines are not being staffed).

Appalling service. No tracking number received upon confirmation of order. I received partial delivery of the items ordered. Tried for days to ring the number to follow up on the rest of the order, but no sucess. Had to hang up after holding for 90 minutes! Sent several emails but no reply. Have been a loyal customer for several years. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Same as above reviews! Placed order, item missing. No replies to emails (sent 5) Phone line, started in position 28, after an hour down to position 2 then cut off. Same thing 3 days running! So disappointing as they to be a good company but likely they’re in trouble. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN…

One item not dispatched and have sent three messages ( todays would not send however .Tried endless times to phone ..29th ,27th etc ever time .I hung on today and after about 25 minutes was cut off .I had an email from Roman to say the refund for this item was being processed on 1st March ,almost a month .What dreadful after sales service this is .I would be dubious to use Roman again

I am still trying to contact regarding an item that was not delivered but I have paid for it , Can’t send an email keeps saying not recognised but they still send me emails every day trying to get me to buy more Can’t get through on the phone either what a joke of a company I will never buy from you again

Similar story to many orderedc3 items only 2 arrived no explanation no tracking information for any part if order.Tried phoning 27th in queue gave up after 45 mins had only reached 22nd too expensive.to phone. What is going on used to be a good company. Caz

Ordered and paid for 3 items but only 2 items have been delivered. Tried to find an email address for Roman but kept getting messages that address didn't exist. Tried phoning, only to get message I was 20 something in the queue, so hung up to try later. When I phoned again I was 29th in the queue, but decided to keep one the line as I need an answer about item missing. After 50 minutes I was told I was 5th in the queue. At exactly 1 hour after phoning them, message was they were busy and advised me to contact some unrecognisable contact, and then cut me off. Dialled number again only to be told I was 28th in the queue; hung up. This is a joke, not a funny one, and I'm really disappointed as I have ordered quite a few things this past couple of months from them and have never had any problems before this. What is going on with them!!!!!

Placed an order,part of the order arrived with one item missing but has been paid for. Have emailed twice, no response and have rang twice with waiting time ridiculous. I don't think I will be ordering again.

Impossible to get problem resolved. Sent numerous emails, no response other than automated acknowledgement. Rang - on phone an hour, got to position 2 then cut out. This seems to be the normal reading other complaints. Part of order not received, suggested forget it and refund. Still now answer, no response and no refund. What can I do next? Any Ideas? *****do not ring customer services****** Chasing a refund to which i had received an email to confirm I would be receiving shortly, after 23 days I,m still waiting. Rang customer services 3 times and each time 27 or 28 in queue and each time after an hour waiting got to 2nd place to be told extremely busy and to email customer services, subsequently disconnected. What a waste of 3 hours of my life. 2 emails and 7 days later still no response. Are you in trouble Roman?, if not you soon will be if you keep treating your customers this way. Its appauling. Part of order missing. Sent three messages no reply. Tried ringing on numerous occasions but either line goes dead or in a long queue. Need to return other items but want to check the jacket I am waiting for is ok before returning so I don’t have to pay £3 x 2 for returns.

I have just received a dress which was out of stock, and was notified that it was now available. I am delighted with the quality and fit of this garment, and wish it was available in another colour as I would love more than one. Thank you Roman Originals. Two items out of four I have bought over the last few months were really badly made but I was still charged postage for returning one of them (the other I managed to put right myself). My first email complaining was not answered. The second email was answered but was so rude - I’d been given a specific voucher to use on an item I’d left in my basket but not checked out and this didn’t work - I was told in the response (and I quote) ‘please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions’ as vouchers can only be used on full price items - they hadn’t even bothered to check that the voucher was for a specific order and had nothing to do with whether or not it was full priced. It doesn’t look as though I’ll get the £3 return postage for sending back the faulty top which is annoying but as a result won’t be buying from them again so I’ll look upon it as investment ensuring I won’t be subject to their quality issues or poor customer service.

I made an order which I had a query with so I've been trying to ring them as they won't answer emails or messages from their website. After waiting 1hr 2mins and getting to number 2 in the queue, they cut me off. I can't go into my account with them as they won't recognise my email address. I will never order from them again which is a shame cos I like their clothes

I like the clothes and have ordered several times,my problem is the am.ount of plastic used,I ordered ljeggings they were in 3 huge plastic bags,this is not acceptable and totally unnecessary ,ro.man need to rethink their packaging, might stop me ordering from them again

Received my brown straight narrow short leg trousers today.Cannot tell you how pleased I am with them.perfect fit and length and lovely material.I have ordered several dresses an d jump suits over the past year and, am absolutely delighted with everything.Many thanks to Roman petite a real treasure of a find.
