September 3 2024 I placed an order for 3 tops and 1 pair of yoga pants. I notified this company today to let them know that I never got the yoga pants and that the 3 tops I had ordered wasn't the right size that I placed. The lady at customer service was so freaking rude and disrespectful, keep talking over me. She wanted to give me a gift card in place of my cash after I've agreed to return the merchandise. This is the second time I've complained about merchandise that I had ordered from their store and they were are terrible companies to do business with. I wouldn't recommend folks to give your business to these companies ( Roman's, and Woman Within. If I could give 0 stars I would have. I had to give 1 star to give a review.

Terrible customer services . Sent incorrect tracking number , cannot get a reply with correct tracking number . Item not received. Long repose time from customer services to get a refund as incorrect tracking number does not allow me track the parcel or confirm it is list . Therefore no refund !

BEWARE: Ordered clothes in the sale and sent back 13 items that I didn’t like. After 2.5 weeks no refund. Phoned and they said if not received in another week to contact. After a week still no refund, Couldn’t get through on phone as very long waiting queue. Sent email and reply said refund was being processed. Now one month later and still no refund. Will never, ever buy anything from them again and am now looking at legal action to get my quite large sum of money back. For a well know company this is appalling

Hi I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service that you provided me with for my wife I ordered some jeggings for my wife and ordered the wrong size and sent them back and ordered the correct size and days later she had them and highly delighted with them thanks again for your first class service. It's her first order but will not be the last.

It seems that all the sizing has changed. I have always brought a size 14, but I seem to be returning goods purchased all the time as they are coming up very small.

Appalling company! Sent a faulty item and then think that they can operate outside of consumer law. I would urge people to report to trading standards as that is the only way that we can prevent this from happening

Worst Customer Service I have ever come across I ordered an item and was under the impression that I wil get it the next day as was the past experience, but this time the parcel was quite delayed. I wrote to customer service on grounds of compassion to redirect my parcel as it will come late and I am travelling overseas. The customer service representatives attitude was soo rude an lousy, I just couldn't believe her attitude and unhelpfulness. I am truly truly shocked and disappointed at their response and no care attitude towards the customers. I didn't realise that you get free next day delivery on purchase of £85 and over and mine was £84. I told her that I wasnt aware and as a gesture of customer goodwill to redirect it. But she was soo rude and just wouldnt budge or offer any alternative or help although I told her I am traveeling overseas the next early morning. She has caused me too much stress. I Will never buy from them again

Returned two items of clothing and only one was scanned back into their warehouse. They are refusing to give me my refund and want my proof of postage. You have my parcel, you received it. Mysteriously my other item never made it back into their stock. No refund forthcoming. Never ordering from them again!

I'm absolutely fuming ordered a top from Roman originals not was not delivered on the date they said the item would be delivered stupid royal mail delivered my parcel to someone else's address and Roman originals are refusing to refund my order they want me to pre-order and send them a photo so that they can refund my money back to this is not acceptable . I'm contacting Amazon regarding this and I'm going to contact consumers rights if I get no joy from Amazon first. If Roman originals are really sorry about what's went wrong they should do the right thing and refund customers money back to them asap instead of having us constantly chasing them up.

First of all, it took six days for my order of one item to arrive. Poor compared to other retailers. Secondly, the cardigan looked tacky and was of poor quality with pulled threads and dropped stitches on one cuff. Looking at other reviews it seems I could be waiting a while for my refund.

Bought a dress and after wearing it once it bobbled and looked pulled at back . Contacted customer services who weren’t interested and said it wasn’t a manufacturers fault so not prepared to do anything . Not really acceptable for a new purchase .would be reluctant to purchase from them again .

Ordered three items totalling £100 used voucher code with my bluelight card so paid £75. One item was not available and when refund processed charged me full price for the two items sent without applying the discount. I contacted customer services who replied within a minute of my email to say nothing would be done about it. Very surprised with such poor customer service.

I ordered a denim jumpsuit. And received a navy cloth. It's definitely not denim It's a BIG SCAM. NEVER AGAIN WITH MY MONEY. I even paid taxes in Ireland. Nor happy at all. 13 Euros tax adds to cost of something I don't even like.

Appalling customer service. returned a top as the colour was completely different from the photo on the website. Eventually I was given a refund for the top but they took off £3 for the return. This is stated in Ts and Cs for items which are faulty or exchanged. However this top was mis-sold as it didn’t match up to what was advertised. Roman Originals are therefore IN BREACH OF ADVERTISING STANDARDS. I have emailed them several times and received no response. I persisted and eventually received a standard automated response, not specific to my requests, claiming that refunds are taking longer than usual - no explanation given. I will not purchase from these cowboys again and I RECOMMEND THAT YOU, DEAR READER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

First time ever I’ve returned a product- ordered a lovely maxi dress but such a low v at front my boobs looked ridiculous. Just found out that they deduct £3 from refund. I can understand the reasoning if you buy multiple items repeatedly and only keep one but to penalise folk on one item. As a matter of principle I won’t be buying from them again. I hate online shopping at the best of times, but the state of the high st is awful for buying clothes. Also it said on the return slip that it was a peel off label. Rubbish- spent ages trying to peel the bloody thing off and it wasn’t . Had to cut it and sellotape it on. Why lie. I’ll be back on here if I don’t get a swift refund as people seem to have trouble getting any kind of refund.
