Why is this one of so few shops that won’t give a refund if you are not happy with a purchase ! Stops me buying anything from them !

My return wasn't refunded so I contacted RO several times & every time a ticket was raised but every time I had no response. I then contacted a company called resolver who sent another request for a refund on my behalf & again a ticket was raised & then nothing! Resolver have just escalated it & I have just had an email from RO to say they are refunding me nearly two months since receiving my return back! Such a shame , as I really liked most of the clothes I ordered but I wouldn't buy from them ever again now!

Returned goods by recorded post 10th January 2023 still not have had a refund. Disgusting Company. Do not order goods from this company you won’t get your money back.

Rubbish customer service! I contacted them to say my dress was 'shedding' glitter they agreed I should return it but I don't have the address. I have contacted them 3 times requesting details and received NO response

I sent 2 parcels back on the 19th December, both to Roman. One arrived and I received a refund but the other I have not heard anything. I understand over Christmas period things were taking longer but I have emailed twice and no response despite getting an email to say they would respond in 24 hours. I can’t get through on the phone I’m either number 40 or there is an answering service! I have purchased many items over the years and this is so disappointing. Please improve your customer service and respond to loyal customers.

Where is my refund? It’s been five weeks since I paid to return my online purchases despite telephone calls (which never get answered ,emails sent which I never receive a reply from. I have read lots of previous reviews this is a dodgy company avoid them.

If it was possible I wouldn't give this company one star, I was told that a refund had been issued but after 3 weeks still waiting for it to be paid. Never again, even the shop staff are very waspish

I've been waiting for a refund since 10th November and after numerous email's and filling out the complaint form on their website I've had no reply. Very disappointed as I've had many orders from Roman

Your customer service is dreadful and don't reply for more than 5 days .IF you get a reply ,it isn't relevent to your question . My Order History is inadequate so it's impossible to check on refunds paid into my bank .Refunds are not acknowledged and my proof of postage evidence from Royal mail re: returning parcel cannot be checked against my order History as it is incomplete .I could go on . Emails and complaints are never dealt with correctly and I just wish I had read the reviews from so many unsatisfied customers who are still owned money for refunds . It's absolutely disgusting BUT WILL YOU PUBLISH THIS ????

Dreadful customer service. £70 out of pocket as Roman delivered to wrong address. Royal Mail have proof it went to Billericay and not my home. So many emails but no response. Will never order from them again.

I have purchased many items from Roman original & not once had a problem .Maybe some people are just unlucky .I would never put anyone off from this company, quality well priced clothing In my opinion.

I received the dress I ordered quickly although when I opened parcel it was badly damaged and had holes in fabric. I returned it immediately via Royal Mail in 1/10/22 and to date I haven’t received a refund. Won’t be ordering from this company again!

Since June ,I have sent 14 emails to Roman Originals with ongoing problems about not getting refunds for clothes I have returned with proof of postage .I don't usually get a reply and ,if I do ,my concerns are not dealt with correctly . I now have 10 proof of postage receipt from Royal Mail !!!.My bank statements do not show all these refunds . At a loss as what to do and suffering sleepless nights with worry .

I bought a 'glitter' top along with 3 other items at your Doncaster Lakeside store this week. I was not informed that if any garment was returned there would be no refund. When I tried the top on at home it left a trail of glitter everywhere - not acceptable! I returned the top, all labels intact to the store the next day - a 30 mile round trip - for a refund. A very unfriendly, unhelpful sales assistant refused a refund as in her words "all these tops do the same so it's not considered to be a fault". So I have to presume many others had been returned for the same reason. I mistakenly understood that if goods bought in store were returned in the time stated with all labels intact a refund was compulsory. I chose another item in exchange but was embarrassed & belittled by the sales assistant's attitude. If I had been informed of your return policy on purchase I would not have chosen the top, living so far away. Fortunately my 3 other garments were satisfactory but will not be returning to your Lakeside store to be treated so shabily.

Still no refund after 5 weeks. Emails ignored, phone calls not answered. How can a company get away with such bad behaviour. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN? DISGUSTING COMPANY

Ordered a dress - didn't suit returned it - waited weeks - emailed said had received return 12 days after posting. Waited - emailed again - nothing - emailed again - nothing. Now just short of 2 months and still no £53 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a dress size 14. Dress arrive size 12. Returned the dress immediately. I have tracked the return and it was received on 7/8/2022 by Roman originals. I filled out their online enquiry form after 2 weeks. It states they get back to you within 5 working days. Heard nothing. I re did the online enquiry form after 15 working days . Still heard nothing. Meanwhile I’m £32 out of pocket. It’s now 7 weeks since I returned the dress. This is far too long awaiting a return.

Make sure your PROMO CODE applies. I ordered on line and tried several times to apply the code. It always said your promo code has been applied. When I veiwed my bag no promo code applied, which they don't make it easy to view. They're hoping you'll ASSUME it's been applied. Called customer service who was very rude. Said I'll apply it on my end. I said I don't see where they have applied it. The price is exactly the same. He just placed me on hold without saying anything. I decided to apply it one more time and if it doesn't apply I was going to delete order. It finally applied while I was still on hold. This is my first impressions with this Company!! Not a good one 😥
