Really disappointed in the service I have had from Roman recently. After sending numerous emails I finally received an email from them saying my return[ which was delivered back to Roman on 19th May] had been processed, but a week later still no refund. Why does it take so long? Money is taken from my account on the same day when I order goods. Think I will be looking for alternatives to Roman in the future.

returned my item 2 days later and had no acknowledgment of return . Tracking confirm they accepted the return . Failed to answer all 4 emails and phone number doesn't work . Never know a company whom ignores customers like this1 will never order from them again . i could to raise awareness. shame on them

Took over three weeks and several emails to get a refund. Should not have to be so persistent. Will not purchase from this company again

Still waiting on a £200 refund for over 3 weeks, parcel was received back over 3 weeks ago & tracked. No response to my emails & no working phone lines. Disgraceful service & I would never use again or recommend

Contacted 3 times for a refund. You received returns on 27 may. Not received refund or exchange. Cannot get a reply from you. Disappointed. I want my money back for returns. No need for exchange as too late.

I returned an item by royal mail tracked it was delivered back to Roman 24 may now the 13 June still no refund emails unanswered telephone line not working, beyond poor customer service

Returns policy is an absolute disgrace can't use telephone cos they are down as indispute with supplier have sent 3 parcels back no answer to emails am waiting for £134 in refunds this company should be allowed to trade am going to trading standards

Roman have just lost another customer, my return was sent 3 weeks ago and 3 emails later no response what so ever not even an acknowledgement.

Like others I am waiting for refunds, £300, over a month ago. No answer to emails, phone line not working. Some of my items are on Klarna which is due to be paid soon, meaning I will be out of pocket. Terrible company and service. Do not use!

I have to give one star in order write my review. This company are not worthy of 1star. Returned goods were delivered/received by Roman,Birmingham on 1st May. I emailed them on 25th May and 2nd June. No response to my emails. I have tried ringing them but an automated message says they have an 'outage' problem with their telephone provider. A generic email I received on 10th June said the phone lines were now open. No they are not open. I have now gone to my bank for help in resolving this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They owe me £128. How many others are in my situation? They need investigating.

Do not order online from Roman clothing company. I have been waiting over a month for a £40 refund. Nobody returns your email and their phone line is out of order. This company must be going into administration

It's ridiculous that this company is still trading DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!! I have tried and tried to get my refunds from early May. No help even when I sent proof of return from Post office.

No refund, contact your bank and tell them you suspect fraud with credit or debit card. The money will be back in your account within a few hours. Mine was

This company deserves zero stars. They refuse to issue refunds, they lie about ‘technical issues’ and they don’t answer the phone. Do not, under any circumstances, spend your money with them! I suspect they’re going into administration owing their customers thousands.

Like all you other customers I’ve been waiting since 25May for my refund of £53. They cannot reply to emails or take phone calls but have no problem with bombarding us daily with emails to entice us to buy more.REALLY!! Doubt they have many customers left.

Awaiting a refund since 28th May. No answer to emails and apparently their phone lines are down. Up to now I enjoyed shopping with this company. Not anymore - I don’t trust them now . I don’t know what else I can do or who I should contact.

Terrible customer service!!!! I spent over £300 and have been waiting for a £100 refund for over 5 weeks. They state on their emails a customer services number but that has had the same message for over a month saying problems with their network provider????!!!!! What phone provider takes over a month to repair the phone lines of a multi million pound company???!!!!!

So disappointed. I returned 4 items on 24 May and only received a refund for one. I am owed £160 I have sent an email and not had a reply. I did speak to customer service 2 weeks ago but they just told me there was a computer problem and returns were delayed. I have been a loyal customer and expected better service from Roman.
