Ordered a gazebo it arrived a day late then ordered a couch it also took a week longer than expected then arrives missing one out of three boxes so that is completely useless maybe will arrive next week. I will never order from Rona again

If I could give a zero stars I would. Anytime you make a purchase with your debit card and have your return it, you have to wait 1-3 business days for the money to be returned. Unacceptable for such a big company. You took the money from my account right away why do I have to wait to get it back. I will tell whoever will listen AND NEVER shop here again. They tried to tell me it was my bank but I later found out it happened to a friend with a different bank so it’s on Rona. So if you have an expensive purchase you need to return…you will wait 3 days

Ordered this product on July 1. I was short shipped half of my order (paid for two sets and only received 1). The 1 star is for customer service as they don't update at all and haven't been able to get my missing set shipped (it has been 3 weeks and I am now returning and asking for full refund). I would give 5 stars for the product. Just as advertised, nice colour and weight, they look wonderful, at least the 1 set I received does!

Only 2 out of the three boxes were delivered. The 2 are useless without the third as they are all for one large piece of furniture. They will not refund because I received part of the order. They will not pick up the useless boxes.

Went to Rona plus in Sherwood Park today to get some plumbing pipes, connectors or reducers. All I found were empty boxes and an employee who didn't have a clue where everything would be. Very disappointed with the Store since it changed from Lowe's to Rona. Not worth going there.

We ordered and got charged in full for outdoor patio chair cushions for delivery in time for our BBQ party but they were never delivered. We phoned both Rona and Purolator (their delivery service provider) to complain and they told us that there was a labelling error in the address. When we demanded action on their part to resolve, they both pointed their finger to each other for responsibility. As of now, two weeks later, we still do not have what we paid for and the matter remains unresolved. Our BBQ party is now over. To save your sanity, DO NOT purchase anything on-line from Rona. It is hard to believe such a well-established Canadian business can be managed so poorly.

Little plastic cap to fill hole was obliterated and side panel had a chip on the bottom. Customer service was the worst ever. Online order, initially they wanted me to ship to store in Calgary who shipped it to me apparently. Two weeks dealing with people, still not settled.

Needed seed potatoes advertised on Rona's site. Went to closest which claimed they had 11 units. No units available. Phone west edmonton location, gave them the item number and the clerk said he had more than 20 (website said they had 23) and that he had checked the shelf himself. Perfect. Drive across the city to the store and they can't find the item. None in the store. Unacceptable. Don't really care whether stores are Canadian owned when service and communications is so poor. Had a storm door installed which did not fit properly. Called the store in Crossiron Calgary and was told by Ashley, install coordinator, that she would speak to installer and get back to me. That was last Friday and now Wednesday evening and still no response. Looks like they are not even calling me back as they have their money so I guess who cares?

Rona Plus Saskatoon West, has the absolute worst customer service since they have become a rona. I will not set foot in store again; asked a clerk if they had an item in the store as the web site said that it was available, The clerk told me to try and locate the item myself as that was not their job to find the item I was looking for. I think it is time to start insisting the employees either do their job, or get out of the building; when I asked to speak to a manager, they just told me that there isn't one in this location. Total BS store and employees.

I ordered a set of sliding doors for my closet that cost 130. I paid 70 for express shipping. when it came time to exchange he doors for the right size; their automated phone service was impossible to navigate. when I finally confused the system enough to put me through to a real person I was told they could exchange my door but I'd have to pay 70 for the return, another 70 for the new delivery and the price difference on the new door. the price difference I understand but 140 for an exchange makes me understand why no-one has ever recommended RONA to me. Don't try new things folks you might get burned.

I purchased paint for a client I support. When I went back for more they mixed the color incorrectly. It took two months, many calls, escalations but the store manager Dale never called me back. Reached out to the head office. An employee/manager named Marisol asked me to come in to get my replacement can. She asked me to come at a specific time/day but when I got there I waited 25 min two pages she never came. She asked me to come again with no real ownership. I asked to be refunded but she wanted a receipt which was thrown out since it had been weeks since buying then after issue. This store East Guillumbury has very poor management and customer service. I don't have option to give negative ratings to this company. It was our first time buying washer and dryer from Rona. When we placed the order from store they did not inform us that we have to uninstall old washer and dryer. Sales person told us that our installation team will take care of this. At the time of deliVery, they started blaming us that we have wasted their time and they cancelled the delivery from their end and left. After that called customer service they said it was in store purchase and we can't help you. You have to call the store. Again tried calling store, they said our manager will look into this and you to come to store as he can't take calls and there is no such email for that. That is literally pathetic service after spending $2200 with this store.

I ordered o. Line for pickup at the store, Mavis branch in Mississauga. The email said it is ready for pickup. I parked at the designated spot, I emailed I am here and also. Called the store. After 19 mins, they called me to wait and not sure for how lo g because the person to deliver is on break. Unbelievable customer service Never again Just had to order for curbside pickup as I am a Senior and more difficult for me to carry the stones. Will not recommend.

Ordered gazebo on April 27th. Was charged 2200$. Was suppose to be delivered on May 2nd. We paid and scheduled installation for May 8th. We started to follow up with Rona on May 5th. We called Rona, emailed them, called delivery company every single day. All the time they promise someone will call us . Today is May14th. We still don’t have gazebo, nobody called us to follow up and they have no idea when it’s going to be delivered . After 3 weeks of waiting we decided ti cancel the order , since it’s not coming anytime soon of ever . Called customer service , was advised the order is canceled and we will receive a confirmation email within 3 hours . No email recieved , order hasn’t been canceled . Charges us 2200$, haven’t delivered the product and now we have to call them and email over and over again to cancel the order. Please save yourself time and don’t order from them .

I purchased a metal carport on line to be delivered to my cottage. I took time off work to be there per the delivery date. The item did not arrive. When I called, I was told someone should have called me to schedule a delivery. Because they don't deliver to the area on weekends, I drove my wife on a weekday to be there for the delivery. 5 hours of driving. The delivery didn't fit on the truck. The following day the truck broke down. I had to plead with the delivery company to deliver on the upcoming Saturday. Now I've opened the boxes and found that they shipped an incorrect box after I've taken time off to assemble the carport. Another waste of my time. Now I wait for customer service to send me an email so I can tell them what's missing. How long will I have to wait for the correct parts? It doesn't seem like the customer is a priority at all to this company.
