"Paid almost \u00a320 for a service to take a parcel from one area of Lincolnshire to another. Very expensive Moorcroft Vase turned up cracked. Sent everything they asked for for compensation.\r\n6 weeks after claim I received a reply asking for more evidence. Wanting to see private details regarding my eBay account. Photos that I now can't take because they want new photos. Said I hadn't sent in first place.\r\nThey might think they got one up on me because I have decided that they obviously need the money more than me! I have started using EVRI and what a breath of fresh air. Posting on average 8 parcels a week they have now lost my business"
