I want to give samsung 1 for their customer service specifically. I had z flip 4 and on July I trade it with z flip 5 for my birthday i received the phone by Aug 9th after 2 weeks using the phone my screen turned yellow and started to blink without any function . I called customer service the same day that issue happened . I was with agents and supervisors back and fort for 2 hours and 45 min. They opened the claims for the case . I asked since the new phone i am returning before 1 month using i request refund for whole ( return phone ) which was $ 900 and the differences i paid for new one they told me they are going to either issue me refund or samsons credit . Now its been a month since i returned even my new phone didnt get anything back .Never heard anything back . I called again the agent told me she is opening new ticket for investigate now I received an email saying i didnt return the first phone which was z filip 4 ( I have FEDEX receipt ) . I need someone take care of this mess immediately . I want to buy new phone never ever samsug again . Ler me know if you need more documents .

Stackable Buyer beware! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. Still under one year warranty, the dryer needed repair. Was informed I had to get someone to unstack before repairing. And then have someone reinstall when repair is done.

Samsung customer support is horrible. I ask for a supervisor to contact me but no one did. I spoke to 6 representative and they messed up my watch worst then it was. I could barely understand them for lack of English. I'm switching to apple. Absolutely horrible!

They are unprofessional and they treat their customers very badly . Good luck if Ur device becomes faulty and you need it fixed because they'll give you the runaround then come up with a way not to fix . Discusting behaviour. Not worth the stress they put me in

Please avoid at all costs, purchased a TV in 2020 directly from Samsung with marketing on the website claiming 5 years, turns out this is only covered in small print if you sign up for it which I was not made aware of, 3 years later today I experienced an issue where I found from industry experts that the LCD display can just stop working after 2/3 years, Samsung had said I can get it repaired 100% at my expense for what I would deem a manufacturing fault if its common to happen or to get shafted with trading up with upto a 15% discount.

We bought a Chef Select Refrigerator from Samsung some time ago. Since the purchase the icemaker never has worked and has been replaced or repaired at least 4 times. Any Samsung refrigerator with an icemaker located in the refrigerator section is worthless. Ultimately, in response to our complaints and an alleged class action, Samsung said they had a fix. That fix did not work either so they offered to give us a 50% coupon for the purchase of any item online at samsung.com even on sale items. That offer was ultimately accepted but the Samsung representatives (multiple of which) misrepresented the offer and the coupon did not work. They than tried to make another offer which was rejected. That offer, however, would require us to deface the CHEF Refrigerator by taking off the interior stickers. Not sure what that was about but totally unacceptable. It was bad enough we bought a lemon. My rating of 1 star is based on the fact that we bought an expensive product with a defective icemaker and the fact that Samsung misrepresented the remedy for that problem by making an offer that they refused to honor. Don't buy any Samsung Refrigerators with an icemaker in the refrigerator section as I don't believe the problem has yet to be fixed.

I have taken a Samsung Laptop 10.09.2023 from Birati Great Eastern .Last 26.09.2023 it became completely bad, S/N: KS3G99YW80000M AND M/N: NP750XED. I booked a call on 27.09.2023 after 6-7 days the technician visited, the technician checked and found that the motherboard is bad.Since my laptop is not complete for 1 month and the machine is due to manufacturing defect, I am asked to exchange the machine.As no reply from service center. I book call again they said will be informed within 2 days also as no reply, then i informed Great Eastern , Deller said machine will exchange. The machine to has been bad for 17 days and still no solution. Yesterday 12.10.2023 After contacting Deller Service Manager Manas Banerjee Sir was contacted. Manas Banarjee Contact No - 7003858622. I did not expect to get such bad service and such bad behavior from Samsung. I want to exchange my laptop as soon as possible.

Had the Galaxy note 22 for about 14 months, software issues made the phone un-usable. ATT directed me to reach out to samsung, they said it would take 12 days and I would have to pay out of pocket to fix the phone. No damages, phone lasted 14 months and now I have to replace it. Deeply unsastisfied. The cost of the phone and ROI is not worth it.

Absolutely disgraceful and utterly incompetent attempts at customer service. The complaints dept are completely clueless. Have caused an issue with my handset that didn't exist prior to delivery to repair centre. I like millions of others have faced issues with the awful Z Fold 3 central screen that is not fit for purpose. Whilst conducting a warranty repair, they have caused an ongoing issue to the front screen that now doesn't work. The phone has been backwards and forwards and now sits at the same (dis)repair centre apparently awaiting parts. They have now had it for 11 days !!!!! I will circulate this complaint and previous matters via the relevant channels and advise other consumers to avoid SAMSUNG WARRANTY, THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT AND REPAIR CENTRE, LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are wholly incompetent.

I bought the Samsung S23 yesterday and now I noticed it on sale at best buy for $205.00 cheaper. Got a hold of Samsung to see if they could match the price. They told me they could not. So in my opinion it seems like Samsung is gouging their customers ripping them off? So I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY from Samsung. I know I'll never will again.

I ordered a washer and dryer on 9/25/23 and was told delivery would be on 10/7/23. Delivery was cancelled as items never shipped to delivery warehouse. I called on 10/9/23 and was told to cancel the order and reorder and that no one knew why the items didn’t ship as they were in stock. I spoke to a supervisor, Honey, who said I would get $200 of my order for the inconvenience. However it’s 3:26 on 10:10/23 and still no one can tell me when my items will ship. This is an awfully long time to go without a washer and dryer. I did a ton of research, these items had great reviews and I’m also receiving a rebate and government employee discount. I think they don’t want to give me the items because of the multiple discounts I’m getting. Such a huge disappointment. I was going to buy a Samsung refrigerator too but not anymore. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company lies, gaslights and misdirects people If I could give them zero stars I would. They are engaged in false advertising on their website and their Australian representative are some of the worst you will ever deal with. It’s been over 3 months now since I ordered a washing machine through their online store. They still have my money. Some of THE most unprofessional employees you will ever deal with.

Samsung may have great electronics and appliances BUT....THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE. No-one there knows anything. I spoke to 6+ ppl there abt an order I returned n my refund, they gave me the run around and even getting a replacement was pulling teeth. I ended up going else where to order my dryer. I am still waiting on my refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST TERRIBLE. UGH I HATE THEM.
