Got new tv would not connect to wifi. After contacting Samsung twice was told that there was problem with tv. Arranged to get replacement and when set up would not connect to wifi. Phoned Samsung again was then told that Samsung operates on a 2.4g and my wifi is 5g so will not connect. Old JVC connects to wifi. It is about time Samsung updated there products to accept 5g. Do not buy from them. So called technicians do not know what they are talking about and overall I was on phone for over 3 hours trying to sort problem

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I bought 18 months ago approximately a $ 500 or more microwave which just stopped warming up food. Their short life guarantee on the microwave was 6 months past but I called Samsung and they said they could pay the parts but Samsung Care doesn't want to send their technician even though a said I would pay $ 200 for their coming and labor. So frustating and expensive products. No compren nada que sea Samsug. Mi microondas apenas tuvo 18 meses de vida y me costo unos $ 500,00. Por lo menos deberian dar 5 years de garantia y deberian trabajar con una mejor empresa que Samsung Care.

Samsung as a company has disappointed me greatly. On June of 2023 while shopping at Brandsmart I was promised a cash back rebate of $350 from Samsung if I bought 4 or more home appliances all by Samsung. So, I purchased ALL my appliances by Samsung including combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, surface stove, washer, and dryer. It is now January 2024 and after filling out the rebate information twice with Samsung with model and serial numbers and after complaining to their customer service department 3 times over the phone, I received NOTHING. Talk about FALSE advertising!

Horrible Horrible customer service! It's ridiculous the hoops they make you jump through, saying they have a certain repair service only that is certified to fix their products under warranty. I had to contact them three times and then they kept saying that they fixed the account information when clearly they didn't, I even have the text messages from them. They say they care about their customers what a joke. I'll Never purchase a Samsung product again!

My Samsung washer, a standard model without a lot of bells and whistles, operated fine for 9 years. One day the washer basket overflowed flooding the house. Called Samsung Customer Service, explained the problem. They said they had some similar problems with that model. They transferred me to the recall department. Recall department said they would cover the repair, gave me a ticket number, and transferred me to their Samsung Repair Company, Service Quick. Service Quick said the earliest they would be in my area would be in 6 days. They scheduled an appointment for that future day and said we would receive a call the day of service to set the time. In the meantime we received calls and texts confirming the day of service, including a call the day of service. No call was received by 2:00pm so we called Service Quick and were told we would get a call by 6:00pm for service the same day/evening. 5:00pm recalled Service Quick and was told we would receive a call by 6:00om and that Samsung did not approve the recall! Needless to say, we never received a call from the service tech. Our calls to Service Quick went unanswered. This morning we called Service Quick and asked for an explanation about no show/no call yesterday. Was told the service tech didn’t have the repair part on the truck and didn’t know why he didn’t call us. By some miracle the part just came in and he can come out in a week from now! ( To me the miracle is how do they know what part is needed since they never seen the machine?) What a bunch of liars. In my case, service is non existent.

I had the misfortune of needing Samsung customer support yesterday. The OS on my Galaxy S22+ was updated to One UI 6.0 and the phone wanted me to update multiple times, which I did. After running the update twice, the phone indicated that the update was postponed and set a schedule to run again in three days. I contacted Samsung support about it and asked for instructions on how to cancel the update and they indicated that I couldn't do it and had to take the phone to a local repair shop, which was about a half hour away by car. I took it in and they didn't know how to fix it, so they just ended up re-running the update which seemed to fix the problem. I could've easily done that. So, instead of just telling me to re-run the update a third time, they caused a good deal of inconvenience for me. Bottom line: I like my phone but Samsung support was basically useless and I'm pretty unhappy about it.

There was a mother board failure for my refrigerator and the technician mentioned that would take just 1 day to the part to be available. Its been more than 10 days and not update on the part. It needs to come from Noida to Hyderabad and its taking more than 10 days.

I will never buy another Samsung stove my stove is barely two years old only used about 10 times stove has already shut down and it cost over $400 to fix it!!! Worst product ever!!!! Shame on you Samsung!!!

I am absolutely appalled with Samsung. I purchased a refrigerator and within 8 weeks it completely shut down. I lost absolutely everything I had inside the freezer and fridge. It was Dec 27 and my entire family was visiting, from out of state, for the holiday. I was hosting and had enough food to feed an army and it was all ruined. I contacted Samsung asking for a replacement or refund immediately since I only had it for 8 weeks (it was not an inexpensive model to say the least). They refused and said they could do nothing until a tech came out to look at it for repair. I reminded them that the entire thing was shot from top to bottom and stated that I didn't want a band-aid on the problem; I wanted a new unit of refund, in which they responded that it was not an option. 1.5 weeks later a tech was able to come out and agreed that he was unable to fix it. He called Samsung, and they said that they would have a "specialist" come out. Said specialist would not be able to be here until Jan. 16. I have been without a refrigerator since Dec 27. It is now Jan 14 and I am still awaiting a refund. In addition, they won't reimburse me for the installation (OF A SAMSUNG PRODUCT) and/or the haul of my old fridge that I replaced with their brand. To make matters worse, they will not pick up the damaged unit. I am expected to haul it myself. Better yet, I can't get rid of the unit until I have been fully refunded or I will not be eligible for the refund. Based on their timeline, I may (doubtful) receive the refund around Jan 19. I have several children and have been offered absolutely no help from Samsung. Please, please do not buy a Samsung appliance. Not only are they poor quality, but the customer service has no interest in helping in a sufficient timeframe, no interest in families that are impacted by this and zero interest on fully reimbursing you in anyway. My research has proven that this is very common. Samsung does not hold true to their word in terms of a quality product and customer service. It's very disappointing. I plan to end any plan I have with Samsung and also encourage others to do the same. This is the model I purchased. PLEASE do not buy this. It looks great but it's not. Even if it was a glitch in the model, the customer service Samsung offers has been so disappointing. Again, my unit was 8 weeks old when it went, and I have been waiting since Dec 27 for a resolution ... It's Jan 14. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER make a purchase from this company. I paid almost 2K for a Z Fold 5 cell phone. After a few months of ownership, the inner screen became unresponsive. My request was simple: Replace the phone with a new one - factory warranty. I spent hours explaining the issue repeatedly to different Samsung reps to no avail. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. I am a senior citizen and take great care of personal possessions, such as my cell phone. This is the second complaint filed with this phone in 3 months. If possible, I would give them a zero star review. The reps just pass the phone around to each other and tell you the next person is in authority.

Very bad quality of the tv screen. 1- The 10 point for white balance doesn't work, white color looks more grey than white. 2- the image isn't clear, quite blurry. 3- it hurts the eyes.

Microwave stopped heating - Called Samsung and they wanted $290 -$400 to come out jut to show up to determine what the problem was. Very over priced for a service call. Do not recommend Samsung.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour fr Samsung,our $3000 fridge did'nt even last 4 years,there's a class action against Samsung in USA re these fridges.Its cost over $700 a year to own a Samsung fridge apparently.A case manager told me i'd be getting a refund,then nothing,I spent over 5 hours on the phone mostly on hold to a call centre in the Phillipines.NEVER buy a Samsung product.I wish I had of checked their reviews.

We bought a Samsung dishwasher in April 2023. After 8 months a piece from the front panel fell off and there are cracks on the side of the front panel. We got a service appointment on Dec 22nd. The technician came but he had an old part in a brand new box. They wanted to reschedule on Dec 28th but as we were out of town we agreed on Jan 8th. While waiting for the technician they called us and said they determined it was physical damage so it’s not covered by warranty. It is quite amazing they couldn’t determine that while on site but from memory 3 weeks after. We had a KitchenAid dishwasher for 9 years and we really regret choosing Samsung now.

Ice maker stopped working... sent out 2 techs, neither could fix... turns out Samsung stopped making the part... 1st they offered a $1040.11 refund and I accepted. Then reneged and offered only $850. When I pushed back, they REFUSED to honor the agreement we had, then REFUSED to honor the $850 offer. Oh by the way multiple agents cut me off multiple times and 1 told me another agent lied to me... complete incompetence and rude behavior.

I purchased a Samsung gas stove. Looked great and thought it would last. Was I wrong! The entire stove stopped working. The control panel which also included the stainless steel backsplash, three circulator boards and the touchpad all had to be replaced. I know the warranty had expired approximately 11 months before this happened, but for a repair to cost over $135 MORE than the cost of the stove? The total repair cost was over $750. I contacted the customer service dept. and was told someone would get back to me within a day or two. Its now been over 2 weeks. The company does not stand behind their defective products. DO NOT BUIY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. THEY DO NOT LAST.

Samsung scammed me out of $750 and cost me another $491. They left me with a phone that I paid off and now can't have it reactivated because it has a knox guard block put on it from Samsung which Samsung hasn't been able to figure out in 6 days how to take it off. I have been on the phone with them for a total of 5 or so hours in the past week and they are a complete disgrace. I'm probably going to have to dispute my past paid Samsung bills with my bank to recoup the money they swindled me out of. Beware of this company and their customer service one of if not the worst I have ever dealt with.

These people switch off your mobile if your EMI gets late, we made a mistake by taking their phone and still switched off our phone, this company They do their own justice, their law says that if a person is late in EMI then lock the phone and we cannot do anything on the phone, be alert, be careful, this is arbitrary on their par.

Samsung customer care service is pathetic. .My refrigerator is not working since 8days and complaint for the same is done on 2nd jan 2024 today is 9th they have not sent the parts they said they have to change ...everytime I called they are saying its in transit but they couldnt receive it as they are least bothered about customer ....I am now frustrated n so much stressed calling them
