I will never buy from Samsung ever again. Absolutely appalling customer service. We purchased a QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K TV in November The product makes a constant ticking sound. Reported with in 2 days. They have denied it’s a fault with the TV tried to fob us off with thermal expansion of internal components. I have challenged that on the grounds there is no mention of this in the product advertisement, the manual or the warranty. Several calls and emails I was advised to give it couple of months to stop. I refused and agreed to a month. Ticking continues so after 2 weeks I call and email. Send videos again they refuse to accept there is a problem and again allege the TV is working normally refusing to send out an engineer. I raise a complaint they agree to call back but can’t give me a time. I miss calls because Im at work. They fail to respond to my official complaint. I emailed again last night and they again refuse to send anyone out alleging the TV had no fault but give me a number to an authorised inspector to come out and check the product. The whole process has been Samsung trying to gas light us the customer, refusing our consumer rights and not evening acknowledging our official complaint Were outside the 28 days to return to manufacturing which I suspect was what Samsungs plan was. They know there is a problem with this tv but refuse to acknowledge it’s a fault. They have a prepared statement for it as you will find numerous bad reviews and complaints. I can see from this website I am not the only one appalled by their disgraceful customer service. I will be contacting trading stardards about this but feel the need to others about a substandard product. This website won’t let me upload the video which is a shame because you really need to hear it to understand how the souls can drive you mad. Soft reset by turning the tv off for 30secs doesn’t always work. But why should we have to soft reset a new product several times a day Do not buy their QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K the ticking will drive you made. Samsung will not help you and just prevaricate and obfuscate when you contact them. I will certainly never buy one of their products again and will look to replace what products I do have with more reliable brands No interest in helping or supporting customers they only want our money. I advise anyone thinking of buying a Samsung product be very aware they will try and rob you of your consumer rights. They will gas light you if they can. Shop around and read as many reviews as you again However I would never recommend buying a Samsung product again

We bought all our Samsung televisions due to the Native Steam app. The latest TV is less than 3 months old and now Samsung just stopped supporting the Steam app. Not cool, Samsung. Won't be buying your TVs again.

Samsung customer service is worst. They just bounce you around departments and harass you. They hide behind a approval process, which is a way to get out off the call/ chat and then respond to the ticket denying it and leaving no room for any further explanation or communication. They charged my credit card directly for restocking fee, without informing me. The customer rep who created the return label (as they don't have the an online system) didn't inform me of the restocking fee and just told me that they have extended the return window for me (given it was past 15days, a very short window given the holiday season). When contacted them the customer rep told me that she would raise a request for refund which they declined. When you raise the issue, they end up transferring you to different departments without saying anything (basically they hang up on you).

Disappointed. After reaching samsung via whatsap and call centre, they still failed to resolve on what’s promised to have the technician see our washing machine within 3 days. and apparently, there is no way to complain. buy their products on your on risk because their customer service is not the best.

I can tell this site to run by samsung. If your handicapped What's the limited arm mobility. If you find texting is a problem Samsung Support Team Well only make it worse. Cause you're technical support unit only this text conversations. They don't understand the written english language. And they said they resolved the issue give me a link with no pass code. Wow it couldn't get more frustrating then it's worth

I sent my Samsung s21 5G for a trade in for an s23 to samsung using their shipping label via Fedex. The package was weighed in as 1Ibs at the time of shipping. The trade in triage period for samsung is 2 weeks, however after 21 days samsung rejected the trade in and charged me 433 dollars. I reached out to their customer service who said they had recieved an empty box. They asked me to file a police report and fedex complaint for a refund. I did that, and when I went back for my refund, they refused stating that they had video of opening an empty box. They do confirm the weight at the time of shipping, which was 1lbs. They then again encouraged me to reach to fedex. Fedex stated that since shipping was paid for by samsung, they are the ones that need to open the claim. However samsung has refused to talk to fedex. There are thousands of google inquiries for customers who have been told by samsung that their package was empty. Samsung needs to understand that they are responsible for the shipment and it's insurance with fedex. Either Fedex stole it, or a Samsung employee. Look it up before you do business with them. There are thousands of posts on reddit and elsewhere about people who are told their packages were empty. As of right now, Samsung has refused to issue a refund.

Cheap plastic control knobs on gas range. First replacement cost $32. Not really happy about buying another! Takes nothing to knock one off of the front of the range

you make a phone that is very cheaply made. they last less than two years. at the cost of a phone they should last a few years. but my solution to this problem will be to try another manufacturers product and see if they make a better product.

If it goes wrong Samsung are not going to repair at any price under guarantee , you will spend hours on phone to people who would probably be sacked for sending an engineer under any circumstances. Do not buy Samsung for any reason and make sure your friends and family do not .

Hopeless services, cheesy replies on customer service center... Too much delay in services and they have (we don't care) attitude... Last co.now onwards on my list for any household appliances... Think twice before purchasing Samsung appliances..

I bought dishwasher , stove ,microwave and refrigerator in 2020. Microwave had missing parts and you didn’t respond me dishwasher door have a lot of rusts and refrigerator has been frozen all vegetables and everything.you are disaster and your staff is useless.

I had multiple issues with Samsung s23 ultra. The support team sucks. I texted them and called them . But the support teams members are like zombies . They don't use the brain. Samsung is wasting money on such resources who fail to understand basics and don't have basic communication skills.

The worst phone I've ever bought have on at least 20 phones. I got talked into it at T-Mobile. They got this stupid, Samsung free. I can't get rid of that garbage never buy another one my wife's about to buy a phone I told her to stay away from Samsung.

I have order a tumble dryer with the black Friday discount. The shipping of it was postponed twice, by two weeks each time and now the order has been fully cancelled because they don't have stock. Funny to see today(same day as cancellation day) that the tumble dryer is actually in stocks, at full price. Never expected to order something from such a big company, to make you wait a month and then cancel.

Never buy directly with Samsung. I made a purchase on November 24th and it was scheduled to arrive on December 2nd. They changed my date to December 19, then to the 22nd, then to the 29th, then to January 1st and in the end they canceled it for no reason. During that time I called countless times and the customer service is even worse, they don't give you clear answers, they don't honor the wait and their own failure, they don't help you... because of the high demand they didn't have the item in stock. , as if they had nothing in a whole month. They simply told me at the end "if the wait is a problem you can go to a local store and buy it there or place another order with us and continue waiting." Since November!

Samsung customer service is disgusting, as long as they have your money, they're not bothered about helping you if you have trouble with your phone, (even though it is still under warranty), they find any excuse to use that it was your faulty the phone isn't working. How can a flip phone where the screen is coming away from the casing be something I have caused, then causing the screen to flicker and no screen, I have a heavy duty case on my phone and it has never been dropped or anything, really disappointed, I will never use Samsung again after this contract has finished.

DO NOT BUY FROM SASMUNG! I purchased this washer dryer and had it installed three weeks ago by Samsung. I was hearing a noise that sounded like air pressure but assumed this was likely coming from the AddWash door and it appeared to be washing the clothes with no issue. However, I had been noticing splash of water on our hard wood flooring, I assumed this was water spillage from washing dishes but when our electric suddenly flipped in the kitchen, I then investigated and realised that when pressure was being placed on the wooden floor boards from feet, water was seeping up from under the floor boards. I pulled the washer dryer out to investigate to discover that there is a hole in the drainage pipe at the top of the tubing where it connects to the washer dryer which has been leaking water from the day it was installed. I am obviously extremely unhappy and disastisifed with this situation but where the situation gets worse is Samsungs customer service response. I have contacted Samsung via phone on three occasions and spoke to them on live chat twice over the course of 4 days and no resolution or replacement has been organised. I have been repeatedly informed that a manager will contact me via phone within 24 hours following phone calls but I am yet to receive a call regarding the matter. During the phone-calls to Samsung, I have asked for a manager on every occasion to be informed one is not available despite asking multiple times, but weirdly the service agent has mentioned having sought advice from a manager during the call - strange. The customer service from Samsung is honestly the WORST I have ever received. These products are not cheap and a company of this size to provide such poor service is honestly disgusting. I live in a busy household and work as an NHS nurse and need to wash my uniform regularly for infection prevention which I have stressed to them but it appears that nobody at Samsung cares. I have also repeadetly mentioned that not only do I want the washer dryer replaced, but I will need my floor and electric addressing which Samsung should rightly pay for but they continually avoid this during the calls and make no reference to it in responses. In summary - I have had no functioning washer dryer for four days, damaged/warped flooring and electrical issues with no resolution provided. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN and I would advise anyone else to avoid like the plague.

Never buying another Samsung product in my LIFE. I have been dealing with samsung for 3 weeks, in which time multiple staff have promised things and not once done what they said, and in addition I've been lied about a refund being processes TWICE in writing only to find it was never done. I have been chasing for 3 weeks for my money back on goods I've never even received or touched. And as a result of your terrible service, I'm now stuck relying on you to resolve this as competitors offers are no longer available. If this isn't anticompetitive, unethical and terrible service, I don't know what is. And the best your sale staff can give me is "I can ask my manager to price match but that wont be till next year". No one has acknowledged the deciet and lies. And no one has called me back. And How about acknowledging the complaint? How about understanding that having $4k of my money and wasting 3 weeks of my time is completely unacceptable? And now you want me to wait till next year to even SEE if you can provide me the product?!? Are you KIDDING!?! I have only purchased Samsung products for my entire life and up till now, never needed to reconsider this. PUT THIS RIGHT. Next step is to contact someone about your misleading, deceptive and anticompetitive processes. It infuriates me that taking to Facebook is likely the only way one of your staff will actually call back.
