Freezer and ice maker failed while under warranty. 5 weeks later it was repaired. Samsung promised to reimburse for spoiled food but in the end declined because it wasn’t the compressor that failed. Any excuse to not stand behind their products works for Samsung. Never again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT! The Z flip Is a badly designed product that cannot take the wear and tear of being opened and closed and when you try and get it repaired under warranty, if you have the slightest scratch anywhere on your device they void your warranty and expect you to pay for the full repair! Samsung is the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my life! My 92 year old mothers refrigerator almost caught fire due to the motor of the ice maker burning thru the back wall of the freezer and omitting a chemical smell. We had to wait a week for a technician, when he got there he deemed the unit unrepairable and that Samsung would replace the frig. I then had to call Samsung and because the frig was out of warranty, ( it was 9 years old), they were willing to give us a 50% off coupon to use on another Samsung frig. First I never received the coupon, had to call, and call and call and call over and over, finally received the coupon, but needed a verification code which took another week or more and endless hours to receive, finally received the verification code and then the coupon would not work, then it worked but did not take the entire 50% off, to make a VERY long story short, it took me 5 weeks and about 40+ hours of communication with this horrible company. We should be reimbursed completely for the purchase or compensated tremendously for the traumatic experience this has been!!

My husband and I have never been subjected to such poor service. We ordered 4 x curved Samsung screens from the online store a month ago. We selected a delivery date (prompted by the online platform I must add), waited on the day, and received nothing. We followed up with an agent who advised us that although they offer selection of a delivery date, it can actually be up to 30 business days for delivery and is courier dependant (still struggling with the logic of this but it is what it is). Back at work the next day, and we receive a notification that delivery attempt failed. We had no idea we were expecting the delivery. Delivery was rescheduled and we lined up for the next date a week later. No delivery happened. We received a mail to say that Samsung can’t service our order because there’s no stock and they are processing an urgent refund (strange courier had previously tried to deliver our screens, and on this occasion there were no screens - suggests Samsung resold our screens - ethics in question). We wait out the 7 business days, as per the mail and hear nothing further. We receive a mail to say our screens will be delivered (now we’re confused), no delivery takes place. We follow up with an agent who is just as confused as us however assures us we should ignore mails regarding delivery, the order has been cancelled and we can expect a refund within 30 business days (over a month for refund - not sure how this is reasonable, but hey, we don’t make the rules). We wait the 7 business days. We receive a mail that our order will be delivered (but we ignore it as instructed). No news on refund. We follow up with Samsung. We are told something went wrong, order was cancelled but no refund processed. Money in the ether (frustration levels rise). Even after providing the ticket numbers and asking that the phone calls (which you are constantly reminded are recorded) are reviewed to target the agent who confirmed refund was being processed, we are told Samsung is very very sorry. Process starts again. We now need to wait 7 business days for confirm of refund process, followed by refund in 30 business days. Samsung has sat with our money, and our 4 screens for over a month and clearly think this is okay. We think it’s more like theft. Stay away! I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Purchase new washers machine and in 10 months it's stop working making loud noise, then leaks. We call Samsung, first they offer repair company, who's never showed up. Than they offer E- coupon - also never been issued. After three months of waiting they telling me it's out of warranty they can't provide with any help any more! Minus - 10 stars! No more Samsung products in my house! Never trust Samsung!

Samsung's customer service is horrible. I called to file a warranty claim with for my washing machine. The reps will only tell you someone will call you back, which does not occur. The reps appear to have no authority to do anything, or they are too lazy to help. Not sure which is the case, but either way Samsung's customer service line is mostly a huge waste of time.

Samsung Galaxy tab purchased 11-22 won't charge. Did troubleshooting with Samsung agent, didn't work. Told go to repair shop. Called repair shop, no appointment necessary just show. Went. They don't do Samsung under warranty repair. Called Samsung, apologies they will talk to first agent and provide training. Just need to take to UPS with email and they will ship to Samsung. Went to UPS, they need it boxed or I purchase box. Call Samsung again. Told to go back to UPS, no box necessary they will pack. Went back, supervisor on phone and tell me I have to buy box. Apologies none of the prior agents said this is required. But every one said it wouldn't be required. Still have broken tablets. The tablet was usable November 2022 to July 2023. Gas and time lost. It's costing me a lot for an under warranty repair. Did ups take their contract knowing Samsung customers will HAVE TO make a purchase? I don't have a 10.5"X 10.5" X 2" box lying around.... I've loved and used Samsung for decades. I'm sad after this experience. And I'm still not done returning for repair yet.

If your mobile phones have a year warranty and they stopped working you should replace them! Obviously anyone, buying any mobile, do it to use it. Doesn't buy it to to put in a freezer and freeze it. You are making a fortune with your business and should not cost much to fix a mobile within the year warranty. It is my second Samsung mobile that stop working because it doesn't charge it anymore. You can't blame me for that. There must be a fundamental problem with your technology !

I've been trying to have my TV looked at for almost two weeks now, with Samsung fighting me every step. First they told me it was out of warranty and that took 3 conversations to fix (purchased November 2022, 1 year Samsung warranty AND I purchased an extended warranty from the place where I purchased it. Then trying to get a service appointment has been a huge headache. They want to schedule you a date, not a time, and sorry (not sorry) but I work full time and refuse to take time off for a TV to be looked at. I had an appointment today between 12 and 2 where I would go home for my lunch when the technician was at my house, but the technician NEVER showed nor are they answering my texts which is infuriating. I'm so tired of fighting with Samsung on this. I have had this TV for less than a year and my LG TVs are several years old and still work. Do NOT buy a Samsung TV. I will write this review everywhere.

A TV I purchased a year ago stopped working. When I called Samsung Care after drilling me over the phone they connected me a local Technician. They picked my TV up & kept 3 weeks . Brought it back scratched up and a strange black spot on the screen. Don't buy anything from Samsung

Service is extremely slow...least bothered with customers requirements and their pain. One executive informed that service will be done by today...but another one informed that it shall take 10 days atleast. My Air Conditioner needs a part to be replaced under warranty but they say they don't have it and need to port it from Chennai and that shall take 10 days. India is working fast these days but their services is just too slow....any parcel take 3-5 days at Max to be delivered but Samsung need 10 days for that. It's seriously pathetic to get service done from Samsung. Within a year, AC's gas got leaked twice and now their services are so poor. Really regretting my purchase from it.

I bought a Samsung TV model UA50AU8000WXXY at JB Hi-fi on 25 July 2021 for my son. The TV was used very little for about a year and everything I have to say worked very well. Since January 2023 the TV has not been used by unplugging the power plug and only today 4 September 2023 I tried to turn it on with both the remote and the standby button and it started flashing a blue light for about 1 second (then black screen) at the same time as flashing the red standby light. I tried a couple of times to turn it off and on again but the same thing always happened. I really feel very sorry and annoyed about what happened because I have almost always preferred to buy Samsung products (3 televisions older than this one that currently work plus 2 mobile phones, headphones and 2 tablets, Samsung watch etc.) and I have never had any kind of problem. I consider myself a careful and conscientious person and have always been very professional when using any technological and electronic product using multiple THOR plugs for any device. When a device is not in use I regularly unplug it from the socket. Having said that I feel deeply saddened to be forced to buy a new product to replace a TV that has been used very little and immediately broke. I am not at all sure that I will buy another Samsung product and I would not recommend this TV in particular.

Bought what I thought was a new non defective Samsung electric range from Lowe's on Sept 11, 23. Seven months later there are streaks in between the oven door glasses. Tried talking to Lowe's and Samsung and no help. Samsung replied that it is "cosmetic" and food spill. If it is food spill, how come the self cleaning feature did not clean it up, or is the self cleaning defective also? I have been complaining about this since July and no help from Lowe's or Samsung. Very frustrating and a waste of time. This is my first and last time buying Samsung or going to Lowe's.

I bought a z fold 4 phone from samsung about a year ago and after about 10 months my phone wifi broke down and I sent it to samsung repair center. After about a week I got the phone back and the wifi was fixed, but when I looked at the phone I saw a lot of scratches on the front display. The display protector had been on the phone since I bought it, and it was still on when I sent it to the Samsung repair center, but when I got it back, there was no screen protector on the phone.I immediately contacted the Samsung service center, and they said they were sorry and would fix it if I sent the phone back to them, so I sent it back to the repair center. A few days later, I got an email from them, and when I checked it, they wanted over $170 to replace the face display on the phone. Obviously, the repair center accidentally scratched a lot of scratches on my phone, and I was angry that they wanted money when I was still under warranty, so I called the service center and asked why they wanted money, and they connected me to the repair center and talked to the repair center supervisor. The supervisor of the repair center said that my phone had many scratches from the beginning, which is ridiculous, and demanded more than $170 to fix it. Despite my repeatedly explaining that my phone had a protective film on it and that there was no protective film when I received it, the samsjng repair center manager kept repeating that there were many scratches on it from the beginning and that he could not fix it. In my opinion, Samsung is a company that thinks that it is enough to sell products. I told my friends about it, and they all cursed Samsung a lot. Don't buy any Samsung products.

My mobile phone was accidentally dropped in a wheelbarrow which was wet and dirty and it corroded the charging point. It was sent to Samsung by the phone retailer where we had bought it and were on contract with. They backed up my entire phone to the Samsung cloud as required. The repair was not done under warranty and took several weeks. When the phone was returned to us, we took it back to the retailer who was going to restore the back up from the Samsung cloud. No data was found, the back up was not there and also my account was deleted. Have spent hours on the phone with Samsung who admit to a 'glitch' but are completely unhelpful in terms of what they can do to find my data, or compensate me for the loss of my entire history of contacts and images which are irresplacable.
