Your staff need better training. 1) They frequently interrupt the customer mid-sentence. FREQUENTLY! 2) They lack basic English skills, for example, asking me for a number that has 7 ciphers, instead of saying 7 digits. I have been repeatedly asked to send the same information by texts and emails. For example, invoices and proofs of purchases, serial numbers, etc. I would think once I have registered my TVs and provided an a email address, model numbers and serial numbers in my Samsung account, that this info is readily available to your agents. Other companies have this system in place; Samsung should step up and make things user friendly for both their customers and their staff. Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, Samsungs customer service is exceptionally deficient. Get in touch with eBay and find out how they train their staff. Sounds like their call centre is in the same country as Samsung’s. Training, training and training and slick systems is the key.

Samsung A13 5G, screen went black. Samsung Authorized Repair facility diagnosed issue as failed screen and motherboard. Phone was 5 months old at the time. Repair facility cannot do needed repairs. Samsung Customer No Service repeatedly dodged responsibility, even to the point that they indicated I should contact the store where I bought it and the service provider for resolution. Frequent phone and chat sessions, plus several scheduled callbacks, which were ignored, and I still have a dead 5 month old phone. Looking for new service provider and other options besides Samsung for all my phone needs. Now waiting to see what the State Attorney General office finds out as a result of my complaint.

I ordered a galaxy z fold 5 on monthly payments and it took full amount from my bank . I got that cancelled. I was told by an operator she would cancel ,she did, and then I was told to reorder again and they would follow the order and see it processed correctly they did not. It went thru and processed wrong the second time. I called from 8 to 11?30 speaking to everyone in the company and they tell me it can not be canceled. I had marked monthly payments but they took full amount out of my account. This is absolutely the hardest company to deal with. I would rate it zero if I could . Hard lesson to learn. I should have read the reviews first.

I don't think the Samsung people have done their research properly in designing a dishwasher . 1..a fully automatic washing means that your product comes out clean and dry and sterilized .it doesn't in the Samsung dishwasher . 2..a fully automatic machine means that the door HAS to remain closed and not pop open ...there maybe insects or pets moving in the house who could enter in the machine . If they are claiming that that design is for quick drying than I'm sorry to bring to the notice that it isn't . Complete false claims . I have used IFB dishwasher for 10 years .. unfortunately I'm staying in a small town so many times the service was an issue ,so I changed to Samsung when my old dishwasher stopped working . But I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole technical aspects of Samsung 's team of engineers . Would not recommend anyone to buy their dishwasher.

I have 2 samsung devices, a phone and a tablet. both purchased in last 3 months. I am so disappointed. Every time i turn them off, when i turn them back on it takes 5 minutes to boot up because of "user UI optimization update". No way to turn off updates. I still have a perfectly good old Samsung 10" tablet that updated itself into unusability because it got so slow and deleted crucial functionality.

TV paid for on Jan 2. Tv was in stock In June, i received a text saying my order was cancelled. No consultation or discussion from them. It is August 24. Still no refund. Still no tv. Over 40 attempts made to get an answer this year. Every time... "my case is escalated and someone will call me back in 1-2 days" Nobody ever calls. Nobody ever has a reason or explanation. It's not possible to talk to supervisors and they are in a different building. One call centre operator will contradict another, meaning they're making up answers or telling lies. 8 months, no tv, no refund. This is outright theft.

We ordered a new gas range, it took a couple weeks to arrive, it was badly damaged. They would not let us refuse delivery. The replacement came a week later, yep badly damaged again! Called for refund to purchase another brand. Samsung never called us to fix it the first time or the second time, we had to call them. Absolutely unacceptable. Beware.

Absolutely the worst laptop I have ever had. The touch pad is USELESS. I am using a plug in mouse. JUST THE WORST!! I soooo wish I had researched it before I bought it as it only has a 1.3 rating!! Do NOT BUY. I am going for another Asus which I had for 6 years and traveled with it and never had a problem.

Unsatisfied customer Dear sir/madam I am writing to you because. I had my Samsung Galaxy a13 5g sent out for repair July 14,2023. When I got the phone sent back to me it was sent unrepaired. I sent the phone back to get repaired again. I was told it''s not repairable. Samsung sent me a phone new phone that''s lock just for AT&T phones. I have T-Mobile as my phone provider for 10 years I never had AT&T as my phone provider. I been on the phone with your technicians for 3 hours 7 different techs got hung up in numerous times. The technicians were rude.They don''t listen to what the customers have to say. I constantly repeating myself to tell them that AT&T can not help me because I''m not an AT&T customer they can not help me. I sent a phone that was unlocked specifically for my phone service. I''m very disappointed of Samsung. I liked Samsung products but May have to look for other options in the future.

On 19 august 2023 met this sales representative who had rendered her remendous help to me by purchased a new samsung s23 plus ultra .So much of her effort by presenting and submit for my paymen and provide me a good service to me . Spent $1k on a top of the line clothes dryer. It quit 1 week after the 1 year warranty expired. There is no Samsung tech in this area & other appliance repairman cannot fix it as it will not allow them to connect to the diagnostics. Samsung will not replace and now we are stuck with a $1k dryer that doesn't work. Horrible company.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!! Had a Samsung washing machine for repair (~5 months ago). The repairman broke some internal parts. Had to wait 10 days for replacing it. Then, after that, the repairman "supposedly" repaired the machine. A couple of weeks went by and the problem returned and was not solved. I again called for an appointment. This time I was told to pay 66 euros. Despite this being their inefficiency to solve the problem, to avoid discussion I agreed. The repairman came again, did something and said the problem is solved. After, I try to run the machine again after he left- back to "0". THE MACHINE WAS NOT REPAIRED. I have wasted weeks on this and had to 2-3 months do my laundry outside (50 EUR/ week). Pathetic experience. Horrible horrible experience. Because they try to dodge negative comment by asking for reference number- I already put it here (2650456)

The never delivered my range, because it got damaged. The promised me a replacement several times, but never sent it. Eventually they refunded only $488 instead of $788, because it was in a package they said. Package of microwave, dishwasher and range was $1500 total. How range can cost only $488 I don't know, since it shows $788 on line. They promised me a price match on a new range. So i ordered it from them They never issued the price match, but told me I need to return all the items now to get everything refunded and them to order new package. Dishwasher and microwave are installed, packages are gone, but their customer service says it is my problem!!! Insane.

New phone. And "software updates" being forced on me are already ruining my phone. Sorry miserable company. Planned obsolescence is destruction of property, criminal mischief. This is now against the law in Australia. When are we going to do the same?

I bought a Samsung washer 3 yrs ago and it does not spin out on the last spin I contacted Samsung and they checked on it on the phone and said they couldn’t find the problem and it was out of warranty. I am wringing out by hand. I also bought a Samsung stove at the same time, and it caught on fire and burned the mother board while it was still in warranty. The stove also caught on fire a second time out of warranty and I had to pay. I will never buy another Samsung Appliance again!

I want to know about samsung strategy and what you want to prove in front of middle class people , Why you removed charger from mid range samsung device I want to purchase M14 5G or F14 5G or A14 5G but got information through social media that charger isn't in mobile box. This is not fair sir. Please resolved issue immediately without increase phone cost .

Called on the last day of the warranty and Samsung refused to honor it. 24 inch curved monitor, very poor quality. Turns itself off for unknown reasons. Will not buy another Samsung product.
