I don't feel who I talked to understood my issue and the Samsung employee could not use the app she sent me to view what I was talking about in real time because it was not working properly either. I'm strongly considering switching to Apple products phone TV etc. I suggest this if deciding to get one or the other. Samsung support could not fix the problem, then when I told them I wanted to talk to someone else another day they went ahead and sent me a return slip in the mail, which will cost me money if there's nothing wrong with the device. This place has people working for them on the phones that English is their 2nd language and it's very hard for me to understand them. Over all a very bad experience.

samsung warranty is the worst!!! my phone have been broken for almost 2 months and samsung keeps telling me they have to put in more claims. All the stores samsung recommend to fix the phone screen never have the parts and in order to swap stores you have to put in another claim, which is another deductible. I would not recommend this company

I am never ordering anything again through Samsung.com. I had the worst experience ordering the front load washer by calling Samsung.com. The customer person knew that I had stackable washer & dryer. Only the washer needed replacing (which is on the bottom). Delivery persons arrived on October 12, 2023. Took one look at what he was to remove. He said he couldn't install the unit because the parts that secure the stackable hardware were not ordered. He said you can't just replace a washer, it has be both the washer and dryer. News to me! This was for a home of men with special needs. This was a major problem for them and now you have just wasted everyone's time and my money refunding my credit card. Delivery person said it would be 10-12 days to get the refund as it takes a long time for the unit to get returned to the warehouse. I have now waited 15 days, have called several times, they transfer me, I explain all over again and the say nothing can be done until it arrives back in the warehouse. This guy today said the washer was still with the delivery company. I want the $601.07 refund now. Samsung needs to trace the unit and know that I don't have the washer. Customer service is really a ZERO rating for me. Customer service should have had more knowledge to get this order correct! Order #US169187361

I have a new Samsung A54. I am frustrated w it: 1. It is constantly forcing service downloads - about once a week. Everytime it does it also puts all the crappy games back on my phone that I've deleted. And then I get advertisements from tic-toc in my notifications. 2. I have poor 5g coverage - way worse than w my old 3 g phone. Texts and calls sometimes come through n sometimes are delayed by as much a a day. Family is visiting this week from far away n it's a disaster w not being about to reach one another. Sometimes I get when trying to call an error message saying I'm not registered to a network and can only make emergency calls,when I've been a US Cellular auto-pay customer for 10 years. 3. Not being able to delete or even turn off things like Google play. As it sends me unwanted notifications. Whose phone is this - mine of samsung's? Go iPhone. Save yourself the aggravation.

I have taken a Samsung Semi Automatic Washing machine 23/ 11/2020 from Nandilath G-Mart Edappally, Cochin. Currently the washing machine is not working. I have called Samsung repair and until now was not fixed. First time techs came and said that was nothing wrong the washing machine, he told that the oil was finished, poured some oil and left. Next day the sound came again and immediately the washing machine stopped working. After calling several times the technician came but they can't fix the complaint. They said that it can be fixed by taking washing machine to the service center. No one has come to take the washing machine yet. Warranty time has not even passed. I did not expect to get such bad service and such bad behavior from Samsung. I want to fix the complaint as soon as possible. Contact number 8075563885

I bought samsung galaxy m14 mobile..but I am totally disappointed with this feature. There is no app lock system,no screen recorder,and many more normal features. Which are given Redmi,OPPO and others at this rate. And 6000 battery also so poor...it seems like 3000mh battery.

I bought a smart stove, made by Samsung and have gotten the runaround for a year. It turned off by itself. It turned on by itself. I had to cut the power on it from the circuit box the entire time, so I wouldn’t burn my house down when I wasn’t home. They offer no help, instead they waste your time for 45 minutes and then say they have to give you a different phone number who then disconnects you who you called back and then they say will send you an email and it goes on and on and on. It’s a total waste of time, the best thing to do is just never buy a Samsung product.

I will never buy Samsung again. My fridge is making noise and is on Warranty. I have called Samsung repair and until now was not fixed. First time techs came and said that was nothing wrong the fridge, even after I show him the video with the noise. I called again and they replaced a part that did not fix my problem. The third time I called and tech support suggested to de-frost the fridge and I did, but didn't fix. At the fourth time they found a problem with the Ice maker motor and after they ordered they cancelled the ticket without get in touch with me and I had to call in again.

If there was an option for no stars, that is what they would get. It is a foreign company who shouldn't be allowed to do business in the United States. Their Customer Service Reps don't speak English well enough and are morons, incompetents and liars. For a technology company, their technology is substandard. Do not buy anything from them.

Never order from Samsung.com. If you face any issue, they are not going to entertain you. Customer support will always say, you will get a callback, but they never call. I had 10-15 times same issue.

Samsung refrigerator destroyed my flooring, ice maker leakage, one year it took to listen to me, got mold on floor floor destroyed end up taking my child to doctor because of mold allergies, they refuse to pay for all the damage . All invoices and contractors information was given, there own Technician reported and showed pictures of the floor damage, yet they come up every time with new demands that my contractor did not call, my contractor such dnd such excuses after excuses. Customer service and Samsung stay away.

After a decade with Samsung and always buying the top line phones plus bought loads of phones for friends and family I finally decide to give up and move to different phones. After the last update my phone Z fold 4 have restart itself several times and since the moment phone switched back on it couldent locate any WiFi network , cannot turn on bluetooth , cannot provide hotspot , draining battery much faster and slowed the phone 10 times and because of a tiny dent they didnt want to fix because of the warranty. I believe that was Samsungs doing so they should cover the whole cost of the repair and they didnt. Please avoid them at any cost !!!

I want to give samsung 1 for their customer service specifically. I had z flip 4 and on July I trade it with z flip 5 for my birthday i received the phone by Aug 9th after 2 weeks using the phone my screen turned yellow and started to blink without any function . I called customer service the same day that issue happened . I was with agents and supervisors back and fort for 2 hours and 45 min. They opened the claims for the case . I asked since the new phone i am returning before 1 month using i request refund for whole ( return phone ) which was $ 900 and the differences i paid for new one they told me they are going to either issue me refund or samsons credit . Now its been a month since i returned even my new phone didnt get anything back .Never heard anything back . I called again the agent told me she is opening new ticket for investigate now I received an email saying i didnt return the first phone which was z filip 4 ( I have FEDEX receipt ) . I need someone take care of this mess immediately . I want to buy new phone never ever samsug again . Ler me know if you need more documents .
