Made a 2000 dollar order.....only received my earbuds. Got promises that my order would be here by a certain date from chat agents....Got nothing. Crazy disappointed by Samsung once again. I suggest that nobody orders through the website. You will be disappointed. Be careful! I will take my warning to social media to keep people from making the same mistake I did.

I have had 3 issues with Samsung projects over the last year and have to say that the aftersales service from Samsung was nothing but shocking. Having to repeatedly call them as they never get back to you. Bubbling fridge door took them five visits to my house to resolve after having to submit a request for repair on their poor workmanship 4 times. Also have a washing machine where the paint is delaminating only in one small area at the front of the washing machine and now I have been advised it is not warrantable as it must have been a detergent issue, strange that the rest of the machine is still perfect? 3rdly I had to go to the telecommunications ombudsman to get them to take back a new S22 that is not fully functional with full bars and when you want to make a call tells you it is not on a registered network. I have 90% of my household good Samsung product and that will now change abruptly.

Dear Sir, I have ordered Samsung mobile M33 5G with charger. I received mobile but not charger. The charger shipment was started but with in one hour, it was cancelled automatically. I got this information through email. Immediately I called to customer care and they have given ticket number. I didn't received any email or charger till now. Why the order is cancelled, nobody knows, I am continuously follow with customer care, but they are saying, within 24 hours e mail will be received from concern team. Single email was not came from concern team, why the concern team are not responding, eventhough I am continuously follow up with customer care. But till now, there is no proper information. I called customer care around 20 times, but no progress. Howlong I should wait for charger? Why the order cancelled? They are saying the product might be damaged or defective. But not exactly knows. Why the order is cancelled and returned to samsung office? Customer care persons are not giving proper information. Concern team are not responding. Why? In samsung office, employees work like snail? or cheating customer by cancelling the order without customer information. Such a worst service is providing by Samsung customer care, is it believable? Yes, my experience, very very bad. Why it happened no body knows, the No.1 worst company in the world.

Awful, awful customer service. The warranty on their devices is not worth the paper it is written on. I have been trying to get help for months and I am now at the end of my tether. They seem determined to do everything to not honour the warranty and repair equipment. Their customer services team are deliberately obtuse and you will spend hours going round the houses of their policies, which are non-sensical.

We bought a Stackable Samsung Washer/Dryer in April of 2022. It has never worked since. The product is still under warranty and we also purchased a 3 year Service Warranty. At first after installation the washing machine is not working. There is water coming out from the bottom of the machine. We found out that there is a part/plug missing. went out and get it and have a service person put it on. We ran the washing machine and there is still water leaking. We were asked lots of questions and was asked to do trouble shooting which we are not able to because the washing mashine is installed at an apartment and the tenant will not be able to do that. Besides, it leaks when you turn it on. We spent over an hour first with a technician name Noel, and then his superior by the name of Yearma. Still they ask us alot of questions before they can send a technician to look into the problem. My husband who is a cancer patient and spending over 60 minutes trying to get someone from Samsung to go and check the problem is absolutely unacceptable. He was in pain and aggravated after being push around. Finally after we offer to pay for the service if they found nothing wrong they agreed to send a technician. Even then there is other department that we have to go through.

Samsung is not responsible company. It is like 2 weeks that I was delivered with my refrigerator. it does not work means does not cool. I have paid for it. it is now 2 weeks that I am calling Samsung service. At any time they just transfer me to different departments in order to escalate the case. they just apologize and do not resolve the problem at all. They do not understand at all that we are a family of 3 and we do not have any other option now. the staff seem to be useless in the sense that just ask me to wait until the appropriate solution will be found but they do not do any action. they just repeat for me that it is their framework. they are like robot. I want to return it but they do not accept. there is not any means and way of complaining against even to the higher positions that seem to be involved in this corruption, they just sell the product and do not care if it works or not. it is a nightmare for my family and me now. I would never ever recommend anybody to buy a fridge from Samsung at all.

I bought a Samsung tv 75 inch led and the tv wasn't working and they called to have a repair person come out they gave me a price of 524 to fix the tv then when they called to have the repair person come out they told me it would be over 1100 to fix the tv which isn't what they claimed the first time so instead they decided to just go and purchase a new TV don't know how Samsung stays in business they say one price on the phone then when the repair person is on the way that's if they can find someone to come after multiple calls they tell u something else their TV's stink their customer service is even worse I don't get how they won't fix something for the price they give u over the phone the first time when the tv wasn't even a year old jusy doesn't make sense to me I think they should honor the first price they give you when you call and not two different ones I won't ever buy anything Samsung again they are the worse TV's and when you have a problem they can't get anyone out there to fit it and if they can they give you two different prices

I have been a loyal and long-standing customer of Samsung. I purchase a significant amount of electronics and appliances. In the past, my experience has been very good. However, lately, I had a horrible experience with the repair and customer service of Samsung. I have been very disappointed with lack of responsiveness, unprofessionalism of various staff, and quite shocked at the arrogance that has been displayed and continues to be displayed without regard to customer satisfaction or doing the right thing for Samsung customers. In addition to the problems associated with the mismanagement of repair issues, some of the staff working in the repair centers are unhelpful and exhibit bullying behavior when a customer contacts Customer Service to raise a complaint. In fact, Customer Service has been total ineffective in resolving or managing the complaint. Customer Service keeps promising to have management contact the customer, but these are just words with no action. I would think twice about continuing to be a Samsung Customer.

Never Buy Samsung Appliance on the website! Worst Experience Ever!!! I will not go and shop samsung website anymore. The service is so bad, the worst ever, left me without washer and dryer for 5 weeks, and it's been 9 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't got it installed!!! The service is so bad they don't care you. They gave you broken item and never update. They dropped the item at your garage and don't help you install, and the installation team came and told me the previous team didn't leave the component to install!!! The only advice I'll give is, if samsung delivery does not satisfy you at the first attempt, just refuse the delivery and return the item, You will feel peaceful.

I purchased the Galaxy a13 5G. First off, when I contacted Samsung I was hung up on four times, no one ever called me back, I was ghosted and believe it or not I was late at once. They wanted me to get the phone turned on through my present carrier telling me that it would be free. Well at Metro it's not free they want $50. So when I got the phone for $100 as part of going with Google fi, which is some kind of a new carrier - they gave me $150 off the phone. Which was regularly $2.49.99. so I paid my $100 I got the phone there's no way to go to my carrier without paying another 50 to activate the phone. Then I have to come home call Google fi and they'll charge me another $50 for the first month or for their normal fee for a monthly carrier service. But then I have to have them switch my phone over to Google fi. They didn't tell me when I got the phone that I'd have to have it activated by the very company I was leaving. Which makes no sense to me. The phone itself is one of the worst cell phones I've ever held in my life. When you click on light for the screen as opposed to that dark theme it does the reverse. All the pictures that are on Yahoo News including any photographs on my phone look like a very dark x-ray film as opposed to a natural picture. The dark theme you can only lighten so much the whole screen including all the websites you visit are going to be dark you're not going to be able to lighten the food phone up to your liking. It doesn't allow you to delete very much from Google who I felt has always been a threat to free speech or simply choosing let's say freedom of choice cuz if you can't get rid of certain apps you know how they can control your phone control what you see control what you say control what you feel I mean it's an absolute crazy situation. And no matter how many times I called someone they continuously said let me give you over to our special team, our special forces team, and every person I spoke to was just as ignorant and a knowledgeable as the person I spoke to before being connected to them. Samsung I thought was not only a good phone but would have American based customer service who actually have training and monitoring to make sure they treat people with respect -- (duhh!) not happening. And Google fi is a joke, I'm not even sure there's a real company. When you download their app it tells you to log on to Google well how can I log on to Google when my phone is inoperable? On my brand new phone let's face it everyone you call knows who you are by your phone and when it's coming up as using a boyfriend's phone or a new phone that's not on yet there's no phone number to recognize. So since I brought my phone on my boyfriend's phone because my phone was no good anymore, everything comes back in his name except for the payment method. So how am I supposed to get into my Google account when I have no phone number on the present phone they sent me? Do these people do their homework before they buy these companies it's like somebody who does daycare for 30 years of their life finally buying a sports team. Again, (DUH!!). So it's impossible to activate my phone because I thought when I was switching over to Google fi and buying the new Samsung and half price on their website that I was going to get them to activate my phone the only thing they did was unlock it but they did not activate my service so I couldn't go back and get my phone number from Metro cuz Metro only knows me by calling them on my phone otherwise it rejects me so Google Metro and any other app or website I'm used to visiting, doesn't know who I am because my phone does not have a phone number let alone be activated. When you go to another carrier you usually take a code so they can get your phone number and they activate the phone not so with this one so Google Fi - was utterly unhelpful and incompetent on trying to get my phone activated because they should have activated it and did what they had to do with a code to get my phone number. So now I have to go up to the carrier I was going to drop by another phone which is over $249 because for some reason Metro by T-Mobile which absolutely has nothing to do with T-Mobile but selling their phones to their customers cuz T-Mobile don't know who the hell I am, leaves me in the dust and the stores have no phones and when they do it's usually one phone for their customers and it's overpriced they don't have $150 phone for them - they just have one phone that starts at 2:49 and what are we supposed to do as people who are working our lives away for nothing the common working person or the poor person on social security who can't afford to get a phone so Metro workers just stand there staring at me like I just walked in from the planet Pluto with a purple donkey standing next to me. What are we voting for politicians for none of them are making rules or laws the DA's offices are all on crack they're not enforcing people's rights they're protecting the guilty people the felons especially in Pennsylvania Media courthouse forget about it if you're looking for justice it's not available for you or me. But this phone is the worst phone I think I've ever picked up and the volume is so low you can't hear anything and I have no problem with my hearing and everybody's using a credit check as an excuse to refuse you of service such as a cell carrier that you're paying monthly for they're not giving me anything on credit. It's another way to become racial and prejudice towards people who either don't have community college where they're getting $18 to $25 an hour and I just think that it's terrible the way people are being treated anymore in this country. But this phone I wouldn't recommend to a chipmunk or an electrical wire in a rainstorm. Avoid Samsung unless you want a lot of headaches and avoid Google fi which doesn't know how to treat people or how to run a cell phone company.

Brought a galaxy watch & it lasted 13 months!! Tried all the suggestions they gave & battery still only last couple of hours, absolute waste of money!!!

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend purchasing their products from them online. Deal with a reputable company like Home Depot or Loewe's for your purchase and people who speak English. Even one star is too much.

Samsung TV TU700D garbage. Loses sound a couple of times a month. After numerous episodes of talking with their experts I give up. Just keeps going in circles. Now they just told me I need to buy a Samdung sound bar, yea like I'd be dumb enough to buy more of their junk.

Worst customer service. They can't answer anything. I can't even seem to get my phone. They keep giving me a date and when the date gets here, it's still process. The customer service guy couldn't answer anything other than telling me they shouldn't wait until the last minute to notify me of delayed shipping but I should receive a new delivery date in 3 days but he has no clue when I'll get my phone. I'm really thinking about moving back to Apple. 🙄

08-19-2022 Dear Samsung team. Service ticket #416 654 7468 I bought your Product (refrigerator) from BestBuy Orlando in 2018. About 3 weeks ago the compressor broke and leaked out all its fluids (07-28-2022). I called Samsung and they sent me Asurion to repair the Fridge. 08-02-2022 The tech Edgar from Asurion came to my house and replaced the compressor then he said he will pressurize the system to see if there is any leaks. He puts his Gauges, and he fills up only his Gauges with gas. He did not let the gas flow from his Gauges to the system to see if there are any leaks. (Yellow Line) He then rips the Fridge apart from inside and start looking for leaks by spraying Blue liquid for detecting leaks. Then he said there is a leak in the coil in the Back ( in the part that looks like a car radiator). He calls his company for parts and orders the coil. Coil arrived in my house 2 days later with UPS. I get an appointment from Asurion for 08/05 then 08/09 then 08/08 then back to 08/09 then 08/10 then 08/12 then 08/18 then 08/16 then 08/17. Every time that I called Asurion (Christian tells me that there is no parts then he says I have the Wrong part and then he says that he needs ok from Samsung to use an equivalent part. On 08/17 the same Tech Edgar shows up in the morning hours (My appointment was in afternoon) I had to work from home that day and luckily, I was home. He walks in with no new parts. He says he have a feeling today the problem will be fixed. Then he puts down his tools and goes back to his truck and gets the pressurizing tank. He pressurizes the system (This time he opens the Yellow knob and actually lets the pressure to the system) Then he says all looks good. He then takes the part the I received to his truck and comes back and plugs in the vacuum and starts vacuuming the system from Air. Then he gets a brush and starts cleaning my old Coil from dust. ( He looks me straight in the eye and says Samsung parts are always dusty and clogged because of sitting in storage) This is the original Coils he is cleaning from dust. He did not use the new Coil. He took it to his Truck. Then 30 minutes later after he vacuumed the system out of air, he introduced the Cooling agent gas (Freon) and plugged the fridge to power. He then said : all good and it will start cooling soon. He went to his car and came back after 30 minutes and the temp in the fridge went down 3 degrees. He said all ok and fridge should be back to normal in 24~48 hours for the system to calibrate. At that moment when he left my house the temp was 77 in the cooler and 80 in the Freezer. 1 hour Later I get a msg that the ticket was closed and fill up a survey. On the 18th I received a receipt from Samsung charging my credit card $165 for the repairs that are not complete yet. My fridge not working. No parts were used. Scammed by the Asurion tech. 24 hours after he left the temp was 48 in cooler and 50 in Freezer. 36 hours after he left the temp was 40 in the cooler and 50 in freezer. Please help me. We are a family of 5. I am the only person working and I can’t afford eating out almost daily. Not to mention the Amount of food that we thru away. I have been buying Samsung products for my company for a long time and this is not the service that I was expecting.

Never buy samsung appliances because they they dont install so if your appliance and if you have any issues theyll blame it on the installation so that you have to pay them for any issue because it voids the warranty ....There nothing but scam artist SO DONT BUY o

Worse customer service, DO Not buy Samsung TV ever again. My tv hasn’t been working since March of 2022 and now it’s august 2022 and they still can’t fix my tv and when I have asked for my money back they want to say it hasn’t been long enough to qualify for refund. How is it that 6 months of not having tv working properly is not enough time. I was a die hard fan of Samsung but with this type of service now I hate Samsung and will never in my life but Samsung ever again.

Ticket 4166329372 Induction stove died in 6 months, code C- FO. After waiting two months, three service calls later and the stove is still not working, I know what the “FO” stands for. ( C for customer?) I received an email after three weeks saying I had cancelled the service ticket, nobody called me, left a message or anything. I was cut off four times while Samsung customer service tried transferring my call to “Executive Dept. On my fourth call back I was told they’ll start a new ticket (and I should call their local service company instead of them calling me. Very frustrating and poor service. I called the service company and was advised they didn’t cancel the ticket, that Samsung did?? Samsung reopened the ticket. Their service center has replaced 2 boards and the control panel and the stove still doesn’t work. The tech said they will recommend Samsung refund me for the stove. Now, after another two weeks, Samsung says they are waiting to hear from their service provider and the service provider says they’re waiting for Samsung. All customer service says they’ll do is send another email to the abyss. The Samsung induction stove seems to be garbage and Samsung customer service and communication has been horrible. It was interesting too, when I attempted to leave a product review on Lowe’s website, because it was a negative review, it was rejected. I tried twice and was very tactful the second time, still rejected. Don’t trust reviews you read on Lowe’s website, they’re very selective about negative reviews on their website.
