Samsung service center has provided me the worst customer care service that I've ever had. My s21 plus phone went black all of a sudden on July 5th, conveniently a couple of months after my warranty expired from Best Buys (where I purchased it at) on May 28th. When I looked up the problem it was called the "Death Screen" that a lot of s21 and s22 phones are experiencing. I did not drop my phone or damage it in any other way. To me this is like a recall issue that they don't have a recall for. I called Samsung and they agreed to send a repair slip and extend my warranty so they could repair my phone free of charge. I mailed my cellphone to them July 7th, 2022 and they received it on July 12th, 2022. On the 14th of July I was updated that my phone was in the repair center ready for repair and that was the last time I heard anything about my cellphone and it's August 10th, 2022. Everytime I call they hustle me into thinking that they are overwhelmed with calls and repair orders, they leave me on hold for very long periods of time (I'm talking hours), they make me feel like they are attached to my specific case and they will call me back the next day with more information, they lie and say they will email me with an update later that day... It's so many lies they tell and they use the same name for most of the sales agents so that you can identify who you are talking to. Goutham Chowdary is the standard name they use when I could be talking to Billy, Bob, or Brandon and would never know. The male agents are truely dismissive and just say um hmm um hmm um hmm while you are trying to speak, so damn rude! I'm starting to think that instead of customer care they are a paid sales team that they use to gaslight people who call in while they do whatever with your electronics. Samsung has truly let me down and their service has tremendously downgraded from my last repair when they came out with those waterproof cellphones that they promoted wouldn't damage under water. All I want is my 1k dollar phone returned in repaired status and they are taking advantage that they are so far away from customers.

Samsung factory warranty worthless? Who can go 10 days with out a phone? TLDR: from my experience so far. the warranty policy feels like its designed to avoid taking responsibility for defects. First of all. Does a tiny crack on the screen cause a charging port defect? How do you mess up a type c port designed to be resilient? Before my 1 year warranty ended on my phone. My charging port went out. Verizon said we can't exchange it due to a tiny crack on the top corner of the screen. After talking with Samsung I was told it would be fixed under warranty, just bring it to asurion ubreakifix for the charging port repair. At the store I was told due to the crack, they won't fix the charging port. I asked but it wasn't due to the fact they need to remove the front screen (they said it was doable to go through the back panel). The reason given was the phone may not be waterproof??????? Because that's more important than a phone that charges right? Got on the phone with Samsung in the parking lot(very nice service rep lady). She spoke to her supervisor and the people at the store. The only option left was mailing the phone in with 7 business day turnaround time (more like 10 human days). Who can go with out a phone for 10 days? This policy is not realistic. I'm sure Samsung is not stupid. Is this done on purpous to avoid fixing things?

Samsung sucks! Two weeks ago two Samsung techs visited to look at our 2017 refrigerator that wasn't getting cold and made a loud grinding sound. Of course, it worked and sounded great when they were here. The techs did nothing but charged us $140 for the service visit. The the senior tech did say that if something went wrong in the next 19 days the next visit would free. So two days ago the grinding sound came back worse than ever. Called Samsung to get another tech visit only to be told that the last ticket had been cancelled and that we'd be charged another service fee for the next visit. Utter BS. The attendant did not allow me to speak to a supervisor and kept me on the phone asking me the same questions over and over and over. Samsung sucks. Their appliances are cheap and their customer service non-existent. DO NOT BUY.

I bought a phone in late June. Bought a screen protector and case in July then unboxed it in late July. In early August I inquired with Samsung if I could return the phone for a higher end model. Answer: No. I then asked if I could trade it in. Answer: Yes at 20% of what I bought it for. I know a person who just traded their iPhone for more than 50% with Apple and it has a scratched screen. Samsung is a moneygrubbing, unappreciative excuse for a good company that should not be allowed to operate in bad faith as this case. My advice. Do not buy Samsung particularly directly as the grace period is only 15 days. From now on I am an iPhone person. All they had to do was be a little more flexible and they would have retained an old customer for life.

Customer service is the worst. it been 2 months and i still haven't gotten my money back on two orders in which I refused delivery. items when straight back to Samsung. I have spoken with them 5 times. They said they had a back log like that's an acceptable. I think that BS. Go by from somebody else. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!!! Can you get less than one star?? how about -5 star!

I upgraded a few months ago to the S22 ultra (from the S21+), and I received a lemon, (the phone would not charge, a whole night would charge to 50%). So I reached out to Samsung, and they said they'd send me a replacement, which had to be done by me "ordering" a new one, and also lose $150 in the promo I had... (besides for the ~4 hours spent on the phone with them) BUT... ok, it is what it is, I'll lose the $150, and get a good phone, right? Wrong! 3 months later, the phone does not want to connect to service (I tried a different provider, new SIM, reset, Verizon store, ubreakifix store, and they all said it's the phone) So, I figure I'll just call Samsung and get it fixed by warranty, but the only way they can fix it is if I send it into them and wait a week or 2, I can't really afford that as I don't have a second phone, and I explain that I even already did the walk-in "support request" who said the phone is a lemon, but nothing helped, and it seems the only way for me to get Samsung to stand behind their product is by not having a phone for 2 weeks, I can't do that, so I had no choice but to get a replacement via my insurance which cost me another $230... I actually used to be quite a fan of Samsung, I have a phone, watch, tablet, and earbuds from them, and they're all quite good (except for the buds... and now the phone). But I'm afraid they're going down in quality, as 2 phones in a row to be lemons is quite unheard of!

Don’t buy Samsung appliances. We bought a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all Samsung, in about 2018. Since then, we have replaced the dishwasher on warranty, but the replacement then also broke. We finally replaced it with a KitchenAid, probably went a year with no dishwasher waiting for parts and service. The dryer main control broke and we had that replaced. Not on warranty, they seem to wait until just after the warranty expires before it breaks. More waiting and $$$. We have now been waiting for a main control “motherboard” ? for the washer for several months, told it is not an available part and they don’t know when it will be. The washer stops mid cycle multiple times. It takes a day to do a load. And the icemaker in the fridge has never worked properly, it melts all over everything. The letters are coming off the microwave, but it still seems to work OK. Buck up a bit and get something more reliable!!

I purchased a fairly expensive range model NE63T8711SS. Once I started using the range, I realized I did not get the temperature probe that plugged inside the oven. I contacted Samsung on Twitter, I had two different agents tell me the part was on order and provided order number and time frames on receiving the part. Then after the part not arriving, and with no contact from Samsung, I inquired about not receiving the part only to be told the order was canceled. Poor customer service and no effort towards building brand loyalty, even though Samsung had been our go to grand.

I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra and opened a payment account through them. 1st they never contacted me through email, by phone or by mail as to where my payments were to be made. When they hit my 100% ontime credit score I noticed right away and was given a number through CREDIT KARMA. So I called and set up auto payments. They hit me again for the automatic payments not covering the previous balance. I told them I nolonger needed the account and will just pay the phone off in full. So I went ahead and paid the remaining balance in FULL. Since that I have been hit for TWO additional missed payments. Obviously I am done with the company for life but hopefully this review can save some people from a headache.

they don't stand behind their products. Bought a range, surface is already peeling (have it 5 weeks used 3x) and they are blaming me for, I don't know, putting a pot on top of it instead of just holding it above and letting it hover so it never actually touches the surface. They'll just say customer damager. I've had it 5 weeks and used it 3x and I only use their recommended cleaner Cerama Bryte. I've had glass top ranges for over 15 years, this has never happened before. It's brand new and already looks like garbage. Samsung is a garbage company that doesn't stand behind its products

The worst customer service hands down. I’ve had two Samsung phones that didn’t even last my two year term and my Samsung fridge has been down for a week now. No one has even come out to look at my fridge yet let alone fix the thing and it’s brand new. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, no compensation, no help, completely useless. Samsung does not stand behind it’s product and will do absolutely nothing to help you or compensate you. Save yourself the time hassle and headache.

I traded in My N20 ultra, and spent 285.00 on the device. It worked fine until about 2 months in. My device has been remotely locked and I have tried several times to get Samsung to unlock it. I followed all the rules outlined in the terms and conditions yet they claim to have not received my phone trade in and now expect me to track it down. That's not what is written in the terms. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and now they illegally locked my device in an attempt to bully me out of another 1000.00 I would never recommend any Samsung product to anyone again.

SAMSUNG.COM is the worst . They set up a delivery date , will reschedule you 3 or 4 times and as a token of appreciation the last call i received my item was rescheduled for 17 days later only because the logistics company they use do not have capacity

Never ever make the mistake of buying a Samsung phone from Samsung. If there is any problem at all they will force you to go 5-7 days without a phone. They will not under any circumstance send you a loaner or replacement up front. The service people and managers are absolutely soul crushing in there apathy and ambivalence (Ben the 'manager' suggested everyone should keep a spare phone handy. He does!). They managed to turn a brand loyalist into a 'never again'. I managed to order a brand new Pixel 6 pro and trade in this ZFold (worth ~$400 on trade in) faster than they could open a warranty tickets. Save yourself the trouble and deal with a company that is customer minded (even if you HAVE to have a samsung phone - don't buy it from them)

Terrible experience. 4 of 6 phone calls to Samsung (I recorded 4 of them). I plan on putting them on youtube to make people aware of the lousy service. Issue: The water pitcher leaks out of the gasket seal. 1st call in June 2022. Polite agent. Says will get it ordered and mailed out. Gave me a ticket number. 2nd call 8/3/2022. Polite agent. Asked where my pitcher was. "Its on back order". How long will it take? "We can't give you a time". Asked to speak to management. Got transferred to a 3rd party parts department. Hung up on by 3rd party parts department. 3rd call 8/3. Asked to speak to management or to be given a phone number to 3rd party parts department. (Samsung parts are on backorder indefinitely so hoping this would resolve my issue) Given number to J&J parts (1-800-627-4368). Rude lady answers. Says the pitcher cost $147 and that Samsung won't cover it that I have to pay cash. 4th call to Samsung 8/3. Rude agent. Asked to speak to a manager. Waited on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I plan to release all the videos online and also submit them to our local news outlet. Hopefully, that will get Samsungs attention.

If you want customer service for an existing problem that is well known you wontget it. And even when I was in the samsung experience store I was TOLD to go to when I was not greeted with a positive outcome. Nobody was held accountable and all they did was blame corporate. There is no same day replacement as stated by the terms and conditions, they do not carry stock, there is no appointment option as stated by all samsung sites, and all the samsung policies that were stated in the terms and conditions were described to me by store employees were more like "guidelines than actual policies" As a life long samsung user I can honestly say this has to be the worst I have ever seen it. I will be canceling business and personal accounts as well as liquidating all 11 samsung products that I have which is a shame because the tvs are awesome. All this because of a widely known issue with the Zfold 3 screen protector. I know samsung doesn't care about the little guy but with a $2600 phone you would think they would at least make an effort instead of trying to SELL me a free pre-installed screen protector. As far as I'm concerned there was no escalation and nothing will be done. #endofsamsung
