I originally ordered a Galaxy Z Fold 3That had a discount in the price. After I received it I found out that I could of had a greater discount. I contacted Samsung to see if I could get the new discount. They said that I could not get the new discount because I already had the phone. They told me the only way I could receive the greater discount was to return the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and then immediately reorder it. So I went ahead and returned it and I immediately ordered a replacement for it which I received with the discount a few days later. I sent in a note 10+ as a trade-in for the original Galaxy Z Fold 3 which they did not return when I returned the phone. I told them to please apply the trade-in to the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 that they sent me. They said no problem. However, it turns out that they did not apply the trade into my new order after all and they wanted to charge me an additional $650 even though I sent them a trade-in that they did not return. They said that they did not have the trade-in anymore because they already recycled it. They told me that it worked fine and that it was approved as a trade-in for my original Galaxy Z Fold 3 but they cannot apply it to my reorder because it was a different order number. Which makes absolutely no sense at all because it was for the same type of phone and they never did return the trade-in for the one I sent back. So now I am out my note 10 trade-in as well as an additional $650 for my new phone. I told them that I'm going to send my new phone back since they will not apply my trade-in to that phone and I want my note 10 back for the original phone that I sent back. But unfortunately they said they cannot do that because they already had recycled it and they no longer have it. So here they made the money from my trade-in that they didn't apply to my exact same phone that I had first ordered but would not apply it to my replacement phone because it was a different order number. I thought Samsung was a reputable company especially since I just got done spending a few thousand dollars on some of their other products. So they made even more money when they kept my Note 10+ in charging me full price for the new Galaxy Z Fold 3. Needless to say I told them to shove it and I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

Made the mistake ordering an electric range on line from Samsung. Delivery date past and no one knows when I will receive the order. Tried to cancel. No option on the website to do so. Only option is to refuse delivery. Thankfully I did not pay them yet. Customer Service is non existent, useless. Will never call on them again.

@Samsung the most disgusting service recieved. I would advise nobody every buy Samsung kitchen product. Refrigerator broke down brand new after 6 months. Called Samsung, only get through to the Philippines... EVERYTIME! Staff have not got a clue what to say or do. Food ruined, freezer meat, ruined and sons medication, ruined. Its been near 2 weeks. Samsung took 6 days to send an engineer. Another 6 days to upload a report to say refrigerator is beyond economical repair. Samsung Philippines think a compensation form make it all ok for the loss of my disabled sons medication. The worst customer service and aftersale ever received. AVOID AVOID AVOID BUYING ANY SAMSUNG KITCHEN PRODUCT.

Bought an SAMSUNG A11. Had it 14 months & the screen stated to pull away from the phone. So had to pay the remaining balance on what is still owning on the A11 to upgrade to a newer phone. From the pictures, cracks are visible but that too surprised me as to why it would start to cracks for no reason..

Samsung now needs to discontinue their stupid bad slow Android phones. They think they are better than Apple, I hope Microsoft leaves Samsung and goes to Apple iPhone.

I will never buy another samsung product again. Bought their top of the line s22 ultra and it's getting delivered with delay because fedex doesnt know the reason for delay. Now samsung is asking me to go to fedex and collect it. So a customer pays top dollar for your product and this kind of service you guys provide? Not to mention I am still waiting for my next purchase credit which was promised because of inconvenience. Oh and samsung still hasn't sent me an address of fedex store where the phone is. Samsung should be ashamed to treat their customers like this. I will moving all of samsung products out of my house.. done with their ecosystem if you cant even provide a good customer service to begin with.

Worst company you can ever buy a refrigerator from my refrigerator has been broken for over a month and I have a one year old and They keep sending technicians to my house to fix it and after a month they closed out my ticket without fixing it and now they want to open a new ticket. Do not purchase any Samsung products they are the worst company to deal with they have no compassion or care about you or your family. All they care about is their bottom dollar. Take my advice and do not buy Samsung products especially when it comes to kitchen products. I will post this on every forum I can find Because they have made my life a living hell and still they won't do anything about it. And it was a $4000 fridge

Extremely poor service track. Not sure if the technicians are hired by Samsung or they have outsourced. No accountability demonstrated at any level. I recently bought a led tv via Amazon. Nowhere it was mentioned that the table mount would not be included in the standard package. I have been following up for last 10 days with technicians however they will just ask for money Rs. 650 to get the job done but after you waiting for the entire day they will not come do it.

Have had 2 Samsung Tablets , galaxy tab 4 and Tab A7 . On both of them the battery swelled up bending the screen until it cracked Of course after the warranty period ! Will NEVER buy a SAMSUNG product again .

The worst customer service. I had purchased 3 large home appliances and had spent 45 mins on the phone to have it scheduled, just to have them deliver whenever they wanted since no one bother to follow up with the shipping company. This push the next available delivery day to 2 weeks later and a month after the order was place. This is unacceptable since I had contractors who will no longer be available after this time. I have called to return all the products and now almost a month later they are holding my money hostage. I have called every single day; I been given the run around, false promises and escalation that ended up no where because upon calling the shipping company, no one knew what I was talking about. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRULY USELESS AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. There is no accountability since I have now spent upwards of 30 hours talking to them on the phone and I as the customer have to deal with the interest rate on my credit card for their incompetency. I truly regret working with them.

This company has the worst customer service. Agents will hang up on you and management doesn’t care. I got tired of dealing with poor customer service so I went to apple. Best decision I have ever made. I hate it took me so long. Viney P is escalations is the worst.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG TVS EVER AGAIN. Spare Parts COSTS 3 TIMES HIGHER. Very big company but don't have in house repair team. External teams charges as HELL. Customer team asking me to use a local repair technician. Bought tv for $500 but SAMSUNG Approved Technicians asked for $1200 for repair. Will Never Buy SAMSUNG in MY Life ever again. Apple and LG has far better Customer service than SAMSUNG

Worst experience of trying to speak to a right live Samsung customer care rep. to resolve my issues. They just keep passing my issues from one to another. It takes hours to speak to a live agent then the ping pong game starts. I will not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone.

If I could rate NEGATIVE 10 stars that would still not be enough to show how horrible this company is and all its representatives. Steal your money and sell you broken products. As soon as you file a report they give you to 15 different people all of who know nothing and don't help, just to transfer you to someone else. I spent 2 months trying to get a repair on my phone that CAME BROKEN. I bought a $2,000 broken phone and 2 months later I still have this broken phone. I would have better luck breaking it myself and getting it repaired. Now trying to get a refund and have spent 3 hours on the phone, 5 different numbers, 13 different people, and STILL NOTHING. NEVER EVER buying from Samsung again, EVER

After reading dozens of reviews for Samsung products, It's clear to me that Samsung does not care about the end user of their products. I have an S20 5G Samsung phone. For the first two+ years the phone performed well. A recent Samsung software update went through a few weeks ago and my work emails are all missing from the time of the update. Also, my WIFI and Bluetooth have not worked since the update. The first T-Mobile location I went to was of no help. The second location was somewhat helpful, yet they could not get the phone working properly. They did give me the address of a nearby service center. I went to the service center only to find out what I already new... its a software problem. The tech said to wait a few days and a new software correction update would fix the problem. I've been waiting for over two weeks... no update has been pushed out by Samsung. Samsung's' advise was to "buy a new phone". The phone is not the problem. Samsung and their update is the problem! Samsung has one of the worst customer service satisfaction ratings and they "DO NOT CARE". All of this just after I pay the phone off. Coincidence or Intentional.... you decide! Samsung does not stand behind their products, services or warranties. I urge all to look at their competitor's products and reviews before considering any products from Samsung! The only reason I gave this a 1 star review, is there isn't an option for less. If we stop purchasing Samsung products they will be forced to close or reevaluate their customer service procedures.

I bought my buds pro new 3 months later broken due the power issue as Samsung describes. They don't want repair it in the warranty bc they make it up "its intr." I bought it in usa . They are a false and fake warranty. Cheap quality. They can't honor their own products or the warranty.

3 Delivery delays and still no refrigerator... Can’t review the Samsung refrigerator we ordered in May because it's been delayed 3 times. Original delivery was scheduled for 6/15. Between order date & 6/10 we received 5 emails confirming 6/15. On 6/12 we got an email, "your Samsung order is still on time" but the date was changed from 6/15 to 7/15, NOT on time. Chatted with someone online, could not explain delay but assured me the 7/15 date was firm, no further delays. More emails confirming the date, 7/15. On 7/12, three days before the 2nd delivery date, another email that started with "your Samsung order is still on time", but this one said, "your home appliance order will be delivered on August 18." I've used Samsung's online chat multiple times, no explanation for delay and each time I've been told that the delivery date is firm. We moved into a house with a refrigerator that needs to be replaced. We like the look of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, but it's not worth this hassle. Honesty goes a long way, and Samsung has been dishonest every time I chatted with someone online, and evasive in their emails. No explanation about the delay, and new date is hidden inside the email. We'll be looking elsewhere for our new refrigerator.
