Unfortunately Samsung products (specially washer and dryer) are so bad and easy to break. In addition, Samsung after sale customer service are so bad and really not helpful. I'm sorry that I bought Samsung product, but I thought it is a brand name and didn't expect it will be that bad.

Last year we paid to have the housing changed on our refrigerator water filter. Because you changed the housing! Now you discontinued the water filter DA29-00003B and replaced it with DA29-00003G. Our model fridge # RFG238AARS/ AA ( 8 years old) housing needs to be upgraded again? Why because none of the Samsung water filters Purchased through you directly works in our refrigerator. We should not have to pay for another service call. Please advise how we should proceed since there is no one to verbally communicate this with including your chat.

I would never buy another Samsung product ever. They are complete junk. I have a refrigerator that had issues with ice maker since day 1. And they recalled it I got it fixed now it’s leaking water all over my floor and they want me to pay a service fee before they will even send anyone out it was just fixed 5/9/22 and today is 7/13/22 has only been 2 months and replacement ice maker is defective

Agreed. Terrible service. We ordered a Samsung TV from their online store. The TV arrived without a remote control. We have contacted Samsung so many times over the last six weeks and are still unable to get the remote control. We tried to call, the message tells us to “call later” rather than placing us in a queue or call us back. After we get hold of someone through their online chats or email, they told us they will take 2 to 10 business days to investigate the matter. When we continued to contact them, they said “they will send a follow up request”. After further contacts, they said “they will escalate the matter”. It seems that their motto is to get rid of you. No customer service is provided to fix their own errors!! How can customers be protected in Australia from such big international companies?

Samsung is the worst company to deal with. I recently purchased a Q80 television ( 2 different ones) that were bad. After rerurning the first to Best Buy( they were great) second one was past 15 days so I was unlucky enough to deal with Samsung. After 4 months of nonsense, tey gave me an e coupon for less than the TV. How does a customer have an issue and cant get a replacement but gets less than the cost of the replacement? And only gets an e coupon. Buy anything other than Samsung

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had two technicians tell us that the damaged spin basket on our brand new washer should be covered under warranty but customer service decline to cover it.

Bought galaxy s21 fe 5g new at best buy for $729.00. ..33 days later, notification for text messages did not make an alert sound. Called sansung 3 different times and I was told I could send it to Texas for repair which would take 2, 3, or 4 weeks. I explained I had to have my phone for work and asked them to please just do the right thing and replace my phone (remember I only had the phone for 1 month and 3 days.) They refused. So I have a new defective phone . I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE SAMSUNG!!!!

I wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star. Horrible! I bought the brand new galaxy z flip, the microphone went out of it almost immediately. I was not able to use my phone and called insurance. Insurance does not cover mechanical malfunction, so I called samsung since the phone is still under warranty. They told me they would send me a new phone.... FOR 600 DOLLARS!!!! I will never use samsung again. Switching brands entirely. Guess I'm an iPhone user now!

I had bought Samsung a12 mobile , within a month I got display issues ,then I request to refund service centre refused to refund but they gave service Now it lost vibration and the model has no sensor so it would not find north and south poll so it leads me to wrong way in navigation and twice I escaped from accident so its one of bad quality mobile .

Worst customer service I have ever experience! Don't but a Samsung tablets without the extended warranty because the product will break within a month of the one year purchase and Samsung just laughs all the way to the bank!!!

Words can’t describe how terrible samsung customer service is. Ordered the BeSpoke fridge, first delivery was canceled due to the fridge being damaged. Second fridge (2 weeks after order placed) was brought to the front door with a massive dent in the back, damaged fridge refused at delivery. Multiple attempts on the phone and MULTIPLE hours on hold with no agents available, then if you did get an agent they would say one moment please, just to place you on hold for hours and never come back on the line. After days of calling and countless hours wasted was finally able to reach an agent. Agent refused to give any information except the name Robert and said he is not allowed to give a operator identification #. Also refused to give any management contact information and was placed on hold several times during the call. The proposed remedy for the 3rd fridge delivery was another 2 week wait, which would make an entire month of living out of ice cooler for a fridge since the old one was removed for the install. I was finally able to cancel the order and will never buy/own another samsung product in my life. Don’t EVER go with samsung, you will surely regret it!

BUYER BEWARE! Worse experience ever. I ordered a Bespoke fridge online with Samsung on 6 July. I got an automated call confirming details of my order. The automated call was not relaying information correctly; it just kept saying "one....one....one". All you heard was "one" and then the call hung up. The next day, the money was returned to my account but I never canceled the order. I went to the website to contact customer service which in itself was not easy. I was able to speak to a representative who couldn't provide any information and said she's transfer me to the appliance department. The first time she transferred me, the call hung up on me. The second time I called back, I got transferred to take a survey. At least I got my money back but I'm super frustrated I have to go back on the fridge shopping journey. NEVER AGAIN WITH SAMSUNG.

Worst service ever, bought a smart watch and received it without the watch strap, which is so weird. And after calling thousands of times I had no solution for my problem. Would never recommend samsung shop. Horrible service and people.

I had an s21 ultra. Loved it till the charge port went (has happened to every Samsung phone I have ever owned so it was expected) then I dropped it and broke the screen . They sent me the wrong phone for replacement then I had to go 2 weeks with no phone finally complained enough to get a replacement and they sent me a pink phone instead of black. Can't wait another 2 weeks without a phone .then I bought 2 pairs of galaxy buds pro and have had to send both pair in 2 times to have the same issue fixed . Will never buy another Samsung product again . Can't wait for Tesla to put out their phone. Samsung is the worst company to deal with. Zero stars . You suck samsung. But the customer service is good they at least try to help but then Samsung just screws it up anyway.

The customer rep had a very strong accent, which would not have been a problem if she spoke slower. She also kept repeating herself as if I was stupid and it didn't solve my problem at all.

I was transferred to Samsung from sprint , I up graded to a s21+ on Jan 13th the phone speaker started echoing so I could hear or understand what was being said and when I turn speak off I can barely hear the other party speaking after speaking and being transferred from one department to another I was transferred to sprint then to Samsung warranty department where a gentleman told me Samsung had a promotion where I could trade the s21+ in and pay 99.00+ taxes of 155.95 for the s22 and both phone would be paid for which I found out July 5th was a lie after I traded in my defective s21+ which I'm still paying for at tmobile , I've bought 5 Samsung phones myself and my son and daughter in law have had defective Samsung now Samsung is saying they can't do anything about this lie their representative told me , there is no place in the USA to speak to a representative they are all in india or the Philippines who don't adhere to USA rules and regulations, so the lie and defraud customers

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I ordered a Bespoke refrigerator online and that was the only good part of the whole process. NEVER order directly from Samsung. It has been over 1 month and I still don't have resolution. I had to return the product before delivery because delivery didn't happen (2+ weeks past due and never kept getting pushed back with no real explanation why). Each time I have worked with customer service I get the run-around to the point I think there is no one working there that can resolve ANYTHING. They owe me over $2000 and I am now on my 8th call with them and over 5 hours of either hold or trying to get help. I was also given resolution #s which seem to do nothing. I reported them to BBB to try and get help. Since my original order date it has been over 30 days. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!

Purchased a galaxy fold 2 $2500 phone. Opened the phone one day and the large middle screen had a black mark going right down the middle of the fold and spread out towards the edges. It was sent back to Samsung via JB HIFI who said they see this issue all the time with these phones. Samsung have claimed that it was dropped and it was my fault. The really interesting part was when Dennis from Samsung called me to tell me the bad news, wanted to charge me $900 to repair it. When I asked to see to report regarding the findings, he said no I will have to close this case if you don't accept the offer of $900 on the phone with him and I would have to go through the process again. He said this case had been escalated to him and was very rude about it. Sorry to put you out Dennis but that is your job. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG ANYTHING!!! I will now go to the ombudsman and go through yet another process. Clearly Samsung have no care or responsibility once they get their money. When you read through the reviews, its a common thread. Very sad. Thanks Samsung.

Brought a tab 8+ for 850.... 3 weeks later I went to work, left it on charge and I came back to the glass next to the power button broken with hole Init with the glass listing upwards with burn marks, my tablet blown up so I sent it to repair with Samsung and they lied saying it was my fault, was accidental damage, I do not appreciate a company lying so I have to pay to fix it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was lucky to come home to a house. DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG TAB 8

The picture on my Samsung TV disappeared and I phoned their service centre on 27thMay. An engineer told me on 31st May that I needed a new screen and it would take 1 week to arrive. When it did on 10th June, it was faulty, so had to be reordered. On 17th June, the replacement arrived which turned out to be the wrong part, so reordered again. I was told on 22ndJune that the correct part had arrived and it would be fitted on June 28th - another 6 days with no TV despite my having waited 3 weeks already. Finally fixed on 28th June. Absolutely shocking service, customer care non-existant. I will never buy Samsung again.
