Absolutely appalling experience from samsung direct. I paid for a washing machine which i have not got, and have not been refunded for. Customer service is an absolute joke, they barely speak English, conveniently cannot understand what im saying, and just tell you to wait 24/48 hours for an update every chat you have. My washer was meant to be delivered and plumbed in 5 days ago and someone today told me it was cancelled last friday and was never coming back. Absolute joke. Please read trust pilot reviews before purchasing samsung!!

I purchased my Z Fold 3 one year ago. I have been nothing but disappointed. Six months after purchase the screen protector began to bubble up. Called Samsung and that was a total waste of time. I finally figured out it was the screen protector and had to remove it. Fast forward 6 months to now having to deal with an unresponsive inner screen. I have tried everything I was told to try and still no luck. It is now out of warranty so fixing it will cost about 30% of the price of the phone. I am being told to send it back but that is my work phone as well. I have an elderly parent that i care for and cannot afford to be without it. I waited for a while to get this phone. Such a disappointment and don't get me started on the overseas customer service. It's time for an IPhone.

BUYER BEWARE! The Samsung Bespoke white refrigerator and stove are gray, not white and will not match any of your white appliances. If you sign off on delivery, without taking the protective covering off the appliance, and discover the color is wrong, you are stuck!! Their customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I will never buy Samsung again!

bought a new s22 . nothing but headaches . Keep having set network problems and wifi connect problems . can't set up voicemail . Customer service is the worst. they dont have the answers and cause futher problems . upgraded from a s9 and should not have done that. people stay away from the s22 and verizon customer service .

Bought z fold 3 when it launched. 18 months later phone starts to break. Wifi stopped working and large inside screen stopped working. It was going to cost me 25% of the cost of the phone for the screen, ( you can do the math at what this trash phone retailed at launch). Or I would have to send my phone in as they put a hold on my card fir the cost of the phone. Support is trash and products are garbage.

Bought a new Samsung washer in July 2022. In November, December and January we've had to have warranty service on the washer four times because it didn't work. January 23, 2023 I received an email and a text saying an exchange had been approved. When I called after not hearing anymore from Samsung, I was told the exchange was denied because the repairman had failed to mark it unrepairable. Since November we have been without a washer for weeks at a time while my wife is undergoing chemotherapy. I won't do business with Samsung again since it won't stand behind its warranties.

From the time I bought my Samsung phone it had problems. I kept calling my carrier and Samsung. They told me to send the phone in. They kept it for a week and a half and sent it back and said nothing was wrong with it. It’s still not working. They would not admit that it was Leman from the beginning and would not offer to replace it. I will never never never buy a Samsung again

Bought a Samsung microwave that showed to be defective after installation. Called Samsung and they referred to this service that changed the schedule several times and when I complained the manager was supposed to call me; still waiting after 3 weeks! Then they scheduled a time and date that I had doctor appointment again after calling Samsung several times they promised to change it. Strangely enough the Service sent an email telling me exactly the same indicating that if I do not want it will postpone to another unknown date. Very rude customer service, non responding and non cooperating people. Never buy Samsung again.

I bought a dryer and a washer with Samsung. After 5 years, the washer went dead. I Called Samsung, came in and charged me $120 to diagnosed something Samsung knew was a common defects with the machine. For best products, buy LG. LG lasts forever. The severity of how Samsung hurts me is so bad. I am in the process of a making a tube video to make sure Samsung never does that again to another customer. Spread the review to others and be safe. I will post it to Facebook and all the social media.

Terrible customer service. I’ve ordered a new phone that hasn’t been delivered and I’m fed up of waiting for it, so decided to cancel the contract but told I can’t cancel until I receive it. So I’m paying for an O2 service which I can’t even use.

Called about remote and for atv less than 5 months old. And I am having the run around about getting a replacement under warranty no can tell me when I’ll get it. Hard as heck to Wrk the controls on the tv. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Samsung should be bankrupt. They rob and steal money from their customers. Their products are manufactured faulty and not fully functional, they are sold to customers under the pretense of a warranty that will be honoured if the product is not working as it should and then waive their responsibility to fulfil the warranty just because you were not the original purchaser, despite this appliance being purchased and installed by the builder of your home in which you were the first occupant and user our your saw agreement. Our dishwasher stopped working within 2 weeks of being installed due to a failure control panel which is back ordered and out of stock and Samsung has waived our right to a refund or repair because we are not the original purchasers. This is a ridiculous policy and we have spent countless hours trying to have the make the situation right only for them to continue to waive their responsibility in making and selling faulty products with the intention that they won’t be able to create the parts required to repair it when it breaks and won’t honour the warranty to refund. This company should be bankrupt. It is robbing the general company blind. It’s disgusting and I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again the rest of my life.

Q60 QLED 82” tv Has had 2 screen replacement for faulty pixels and now needs another replacement for a verticals shadow and warranty just so happen to run out.

I order samsung - 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ in Ivory along with the washer on Nov.28,2022, and since then the scheduled delivery date (Dec. 17) has been postponed, again, again, once again, unexpected delayed. I had reached out twice to get my washer finally delivered at Jan.7, 2023. And I had communicated with Samsung's online representatives additional 3 times regarding the dryer, but still don't know the dryer's scheduled delivery date at this moment. But every time I talked to someone, I was told my order would be handled within two or three days, but it turned out nothing happened. It's the worst online purchasing experience I had ever encountered. I'm start to thinking whether should I cancel the order and return the washer. I could tell what kind of Samsung's service will be in the future.

I will Never buy a Samsung appliance-again. The customer service is non existent. I purchased a new condo. All appliances are Samsung. The dishwasher stopped working after 13 months. I contacted Samsung customer service.The customer service was terrible, boarding on rude, trained to never accept responsibility. At one point I was told in a loud tone of voice “ You never had warranty, you did not purchase the dishwasher, the developer purchased it” . I contacted a repair company to come in. I was advised that this was common with this product, and the cost to repair would be close to $600.00, and would likely reoccur. I have since learned that other people in our building are experiencing the same problem. As an added note: I am a senior and only run the dishwasher a couple of times a week. Also, this is an environmental landfill problem. I will be contacting Environment Canada to report this concern.

Our 1.5 year old refrigerator/freezer stopped working on NYE. I spent HOURS on the phone in the next 3 days trying to get Samsung and the protection plan company on the same page. Samsung didn’t want to approve the repair, even after receipts and emails were submitted to prove our coverage. On the 10th, a repair person came and was unable to complete the repair because Samsung didn’t include complete notes in their system. He had to order a part, and we set the next appointment for Thursday, the 19th. On the 17th, I got a text from Samsung confirming the repair date of the 19th. The next morning, Wednesday, the 18th, Samsung sent me a text telling me the repair person would be at my house that day. We were out of town until that night, which is why I initially scheduled for the 19th, so it was impossible for us to be there for the repair. The Samsung rep I talked to told me a field tech would be coming to do the repair and the first person was a diagnostic tech. Field techs only work on Mondays and Wednesdays. Of course, the following Monday was already full, so we’re waiting another full week for the repair. The kicker is that I got a text after talking to the rep that said the same repair person who came the first time was on his way to our house. Evidently, the diagnostic tech vs. field tech story isn’t true. I have been thoroughly unimpressed with all but one of the Samsung representatives I’ve talked to, and I’ve spoken to quite a few. IF the repair actually takes place next Wednesday, it will be 26 days with no refrigerator or freezer because Samsung service is inept at best. Twenty-six days. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance!!!

I would not recommend a Samsung product to ANYONE!! We had accidently deleted the OS out of our galaxy book go trying to reset it. I could take care of the issue myself, just needed the drivers for the computer and of course you can not get anything from Samsung online. they have to charge for everything, its ridicules. Anyhow, they could not send me drivers for this computer, it has to go to their service department. Well that's not going to happen. It's now in the trash. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG!!!!!

Probably the biggest load of rubbish I have ever bought in 75 years is the samsung tablet. Can't even get there own tv plus on it , can't get free view play,bought new one as thought it was the age of my old one , obviously it wasvfaklse economy it's iPad from now on

I have recently learned that a tablet I bought outright from Samsung Electronics had a software update to which they basically bricked the tablet making it unusable for anyone that owns one. I reached out through multiple avenues and due to it being "out of warranty" they want to charge me for something their software update did. I have never dropped the tablet, it has no physical damage that would cause this issue as when I got it I immediately placed a tempered glass protector and case on it and kept really great care of it. I have talked to a web based tech support, 3 on the phone non native English speakers, 2 text message persons and still have not gotten this issue resolved nor have a functioning tablet. At this point I will never recommend anything else to do with Samsung and their atrocious customer service.

MY SAMSUNG CELL PHONE IS VIRTUALLY UNUSABLE WITH THE NEW "ANDROID 13.0 and an updated user experience" SOFTWARE UPDATE. I updated my phone on January 10, 2023 @ 7:25pm and my phone has not worked correctly since for any period of time. It freezes, goes black, turns it self on & restarts almost all the time (for perspective, like 4 times in 2 hours). This renders it totally unusable for 5-20 minutes at a time. This causes me to spend that time trying to get it to work (think 20-30 minutes per hour of waisted time). I typed a much more descriptive review, but it randomly evaporated before I was done, and I am NOT willing to retype it. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER, CONSIDER BUYING A SAMSUNG PHONE !!!! APPLE HERE I COME1
