I contacted Samsung when my dryer stopped working. The rep suggested that I get a new dryer & when I couldn’t find a repair person to come out in the near future, I responded to the Samsung rep’s text to get pricing & delivery schedule for a new dryer. The rep said the dryer would be delivered on May 26 but when I got the order confirmation by email the delivery date was July 17. I sent another response to the original text & was assured that the delivery date would be updated in 48 hours. That didn’t happen so I cancelled the order on May 25. The next morning, Friday May 26 I received a call from Sreenivas Bangarolu who said he is a supervisor at Samsung & wanted to make things right. He offered a $200 discount and assured that my dryer would be delivered today, Tuesday May 30 & that he would keep a watch on my order to make sure delivery promise was kept. I checked order status all Memorial Day weekend, but the delivery date showed July 30. Today I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Samsung. I spoke with 5 people because the calls kept “dropping “ when I would not accept their “sincere apologies” or delivery date ing July 30. Kudos to Fred’s Appliance in Coeur d’Alene, ID. I called them this morning, they had the dryer in stock & I picked up this afternoon. I only purchased a Samsung dryer because it is compatible as a stacking unit with my Samsung washing machine. Never again will I purchase anything from Samsung.

Warning! Do not buy a Samsung appliance if you want warranty repairs. Our Samsung dishwasher broke with an error message, and despite 4 technician visits, it remains unfixed. Samsung refuses to replace or refund it, claiming no problem can be found. Terrible customer service, even for a warranty-covered item. They won't help, leaving you with a broken appliance. Buyer beware!

Don’t buy Samsung washer and dryer!!!! Within the 1st month both washer and dryer were not working properly on all cycles. I am only able to use 1 cycle on each appliance: I talked to Samsung last September (appliances less than 1 month old) for repair I was told no appliance repair person in my area, still waiting for a call back. They are garbage, I am so disgusted.

we bought samsung french door fridge freezer a few months ago, since day one we had a problem with it ,fridge has a manufacture fault, there was some fixing missing , we contact samsung straight away, it took them couple months to book engeener , after egeener visit we find out that work he has done was very ,very unprofesional , wrong type of fixing was fitted ,also we found some scratches on metal brackets expose bare metal , now we have even bigger issues with the fridge then before repair , and we still cannot using it propely, avoid samsung!!

Purchased a television from the dealer on 8th May 2023 and was installed on 10th May 2023 and within 19 days, the mother board got spoiled and not ready to change the television set. Just playing the blame game. Dealer saying Samsung needs to exchange and Samsung service saying Dealer needs to change. We are ready to pay extra and get bigger TV of Samsung. But not at all budging from their word, not at all ready to exchange, stating its obsolete model. They just want to replace the motherboard. If the model is old, is it customers fault. It is the duty of Samsung customer service to replace the product whether old or new model.

Absolutely horrendous. the package with my product never arrived. they don't care and won't refund me unless I go to the police. They are punishing me because Fed-ex messed up. This is not the way to treat a client that paid for the product and never received it.

Lier's!!!!! Ordered a refrigerator and still waiting for delivery 2+ weeks after delivery date promised. Customer service a joke. They keep telling me the same story it has shipped. When I ask where from they tell me Coppell Tx. I then tell them I live 20 minutes from Coppell Texas so it shouldn't take weeks to get to me.

Worst service that I have experienced with service engineers, as on date 20 engineers have come but the issue still persists, in spite of this very gently Samsung service closes the ticket without informing

Website reported transaction declined twice; when I reviewed my credit card styatement they had withdrawn money each time. On contacting them they refused to accept that this had happened, then blamed me for not using the website correctly, then decline to refund me. I had to reverse everything via the credit card company. Appalling and unacceptable beahviour

Customer service is terrible! Couldn’t agree more with the negative reviews here! Had the same experience- I tried to get a new remote because my new remote stopped charging for my TV. I even emailed the CEO and got a generic sorry you had a bad experience response. Was along time Samsung customer but will never purchase anything from then again!! Rating should be zero but that wasn’t an option.

This company's refund process is absolutely atrocious. I've been a longtime Samsung customer for years and I got a Odyssey G9 monitor. This monitor has notorious problems with dead pixels, which I ended up experiencing. To get a repair person to my location took TWO MONTHS only to have the replacement screen have DEAD PIXELS on it. I requested a refund, which itself is taking TWO MONTHS as well. Go the refund code yesterday only to be made aware that it's not working, at which the rep recommended I request a check, which can take up to 10 more days!!! Absolutely unacceptable and just a complete runaround when it comes to their constumer service. A FOUR MONTH ORDEAL to get a solution for a problem they already know is part of their product.

It would be zero stars if it was an option. I have a front loading washer and it started making a loud noise. So still under warranty the guy comes out and they which someone from Samsung was on the phone said it was non reparable. They are to exchange it which is great well a month later still no exchange and 300 dollars at the laundromat 20 dollars each time since it broke. They are to get a hold of the trucking company wherever they are coming from and I should hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Another 1 to 2 days of waiting with no word on where the replacement is. Also the reason it was non reparable was because when it was made they didn’t put in 2 bolts that are needed to hold the drum in place. So it wasn’t even anything I did to break it. Never will I buy a Samsung again.

Worst experience ever Purchased washing machine in 24th april, got delivered on 30th april a damaged washing machine so it was taken back. Until today the 18th of May still don’t have any response from them. Have called customer service every 2 days with no response. Only thing I get told is await our call within 48 hours . Reached Supervisor and also no response . Still no washing machine … worst service and response … never again would I get Samsung

I purchased a Samsung washing machine in October 2022. In December 2022 the spin basket came loose and was replaced under warranty. The spin basket came loose again in May 2023, still under warranty. I requested a replacement of the unit; Samsung explained that they would only replace the machine if it was not repairable. Two of Samsung's contracted warranty companies refused to work on it (the first no showed, the second simply cancelled the repair order). The third contracted company explained that they have been instructed never to tell Samsung a unit cannot be repaired, which is why no one wants to work on it. I asked Samsung what would happen if the unit were repaired and broke a third time, shortly out of warranty. Their answer was that I should "Try to be optimistic." I await Samsung agreeing to do the right thing and replace the lemon they sold me with a working washer.

Absolutely horrible I pay over what is asked every month and they cancel my insurance saying I didn't pay when I have the documents that prove I have never missed a payment they won't even help or fix the issue now I have to buy a new phone and it for sure won't be a f**king Samsung and that socks because I have always loved my phones

I bought a dishwasher it's been 2 years a 1 month and I'd having issues I call and they say it has a one year warranty and wanna know I'd I payed for the extended warranty......man where has the pride and workmanship gone where people stood behind the stuff

Don’t buy Samsung appliances. I bought a dishwasher. It lasted 2 weeks, then it started to leak. They sent a tech who did not try to see what the problem was, he ran a diagnostic that said the dishwasher was fine. I ran it again and it leaked again. Same thing, tech came out; this time we told him we wanted it replaced. The warranty process has been a nightmare and it is still not over. They are not even reimbursing me the full price I paid for the product, let alone the extended warranty, cord and parts needed to install it. Worst experience ever. Learned my lesson. If there is a class action lawsuit, sign me up for it. Do the research carefully, I found out that their dishwashers have a persistent problem with leaks.

I bought my refrigerator 5 years ago and from day one I had problem with ice maker. They refuse to accept responsibility and fix the problem. I think taken them to court will be my next option.
