DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY SAMSUNG HOME APPLIANCES!!!! OUR BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE HAS BEEN BROKEN FROM THE DAY WE MOVED INTO OUR BRAND NEW HOME BEGINNING OF JULY. THE WASHING MACHINE *SUPPOSEDLY* HAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY THAT CLEARLY MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE SPENT THE LAST 3 MONTHS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH SAMSUNG TRYING TO GET A NEW, WORKING WASHING MACHINE BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE BECAUSE EVERY SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE WE SPEAK WITH CONTINUES TO GIVE US THE RUN AROUND. MEANWHILE, WE HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT THE LAUNDROMAT WHILE WAITING FOR THIS TO GET RESOLVED WHICH DOES NOT SEEM TO BE HAPPENING ANY TIME SOON!!!!

we purchased a Samsung washer and dryer in July 2021 upon delivery the washer and dryer were damaged we also ordered pedestals for the washer and dryer which are the drawers that they sit on we sent the entire order back to Samsung a week later they re-issued the order and we received a washer and dryer but without pedestals on August 26, 2021. After at least 20 calls with Samsung back-and-forth we cannot get to the bottom of receiving our pedestals it is now mid October and we still don’t have pedestals and nobody can help us at at Samsung. Our hands are completely tied because nobody has answer for us. If they do try to help, it is very difficult to understand them

I purchased a fridge in April 2021, cut to August 2021, heard a weird noises coming from the fridge. The next morning the freezer was not working at all. Contacted Samsung and tried to trouble shoot from home like was suggested. After unplugging and so on, Now the fridge is not working. Contacted Samsung service and had to wait a week to have it looked at. Diagnosis the Compressor went out *insert eye roll here * It would be over a month before the techs Boss could come out to do the repair because he is the only one certified, so he suggested an exchange. So then comes the process of getting that approved, weeks later after us doing all the contacting, we have never been contact once from Samsung, let alone best buy where we purchased it. I receive an email that my request has been approved on 9.7.2021, Email states Best buy would contact me within 3 days, I finally called and received the RA# that I should have been contacted about, again no one from Samsung contacted me about anything, and now Best Buy hadn't contacted me about the exchange. So I go to the store and talk to the manager (the most helpful person thus far.) FINALLY got a new fridge order on 9.28.2021 one month to the day the fridge went out. New fridge order CANT BE DELIVERED until October 27th, now 2 months since fridge went out. This has all just been a horrible experience and doubt I will ever buy Samsung again. Now comes time to file the Food Loss dispute and Samsung only covers $200, well I am sorry but when you're selling a 28 cu ft fridge there more than that in there total cost was $460 for my food loss, which I know I will not get reimbursed for. Let me not forget I had to buy a $400 Magic Chef fridge from Home Depot, just to get me thru these TWO months with no fridge, It keeps my produce fresher than the Samsung every did.

I ordered a champagne washer and dryer online. I waited for one month for them to deliver and a day before the delivery they called me to tell me that they could deliver the washer in champagne color and the dryer would have to be black. Is very disappointing, they waited till the last minute to tell me that the champagne dryer was not in stock. I cancelled the order.

They don't know what to do to file a repair claim I been on hold and transferred like 7 times now then I go through the same automated service then the person that picks up transfers me again its a loop and it's ridiculous I'm switching to apple

I bought Samsung washer and dryer, stove , refrigerator and microwave 3 years ago. The dryer broke the digital clock on stove has quit and now the washer is making a terrible noise. I have contacted Samsung and have never heard back. Will never buy anything Samsung.

100 day risk free trials on all appliances, except Airdresser. This was not made clear or apparent during the check out process. Deceitful practice. No wonder it was 50% off. Will never trust this company again.

Never take Samsung's extended warranty for any product. They will start treating you like a third-class customer. The executive who is supposed to visit you has no incentive as he will not get any money. So it's better to stay away from this scam of Warranty Extension and just pay whenever there is a requirement.

No communication, my purchase online was delayed, i need to call several time. One girl told me the system is down can’t help me. Another person told to call StarTrack to enquire the issue. Still waiting for the purchase till now

We own 4 Samsung appliances, that came with a recent home purchase. The laundry machines are less than 18 months old and a dryer and washer have broken. They are considered off warranty, which is unfortunate, but the washer needs a part which is now obsolete! Samsung basically said, ‘too bad’. Seriously? NEVER buy Samsung!

Bought a Samsung Sero OLED TV and the components are made of poor quality plastic and are broken within the warranty period. However, it takes months for Samsung to process my request for replacement, and more astonishingly is the request was rejected. And during the process I have to chase around tech support / eshop / costumer service departments which none of them seems to be helpful. Totally underwhelming experience and would never buy any Samsung product again.

I am so disappointed in Samsung and their new line of phones. I ordered a Samsung21 with 500gb storage and was then told Samsung no longer makes them and the order was cancelled. I have been a faithful Samsung product user since they first started selling android phones. I have bought Samsung exclusively for my family and businesses (employees). What I liked about Samsung was they offered features that were not offered by iPhone - such as memory cards. Unfortunately, the new Samsung phones and their business model are now emulating iPhone. Samsung decided not allow memory cards and does not sell phones with 500GB capacity. Therefore, I have no reason anymore to be faithful to buying Samsung phones and – for the first time in my life – will be purchasing the new iPhone 22 with 500GB capacity. I am sure the new Samsung business model will force many people into buying iPhones. Too bad Samsung decided not to be unique from iPhone. Bye Samsung, it will probably be decades before I ever return to a Samsung phone.

AU8000 TV SCREEN DEAD IN A MONTH i would have given a zero rating if i could. we bought our tv last month and just within a month the tv stopped working. we’ve been given a service center with a phone number that doesn’t work because they’ve been having system issues mind you system issues that’s more than a week long! they don’t answer calls and guess what they finally scheduled me for a repair and they didn’t show up i was waiting whole day and no call no text no show! i would never recommend samsung and their partner service quick to anyone ever! they don’t care about their customers horrible tv quality their customer service don’t exist a poc quality no other way to put it

Very bad customer service. Purchased smart tv and after 4-5 months, there was issue in the tv panel. Firstly they said panel is available and tv will be repaired. And after they said panel is not available. It has been 1.5 months my request is pending and has not resolved yet.

Hello all customer, They broken promise in the Discovery 's Day and cancel all my order w/o writing an apologize letter let me know before cancel. They said sorry for the whole week "Discovery" problem display promotion. I can not accept it, because if you display for all the world see you need to obey and follow up your promise and don't do like all China website that people never buy it. They give me 40% off coupon but I don't like it. So disappoint and no interest to buy. Truely. Ngoan

absolute rubbish took five phones to get repair I had to tell you who covered our area as you tried to send two different firms who did not come to our area .Voucher offered twice to say sorry never sent even after two more calls How can you run a big company like this !!!!!

Purchaed a brand new 70 inch smart t.v. several months ago from Best buy. 6 series UHD LED. Stopped working out of nowhere. Contacted Samsung warranty I registered this product with my Samsung account and it was still under factory warranty. Did some troubleshooting with Samsung representative over the phone, and they arranged a repair service to come to my home and fix this as this was a product malfunction deemed worthy of Samsung repair. T.v. would not turn on but the sound worked. Had this professionally installed up on my wall in my living room. First repairmen arranged with Assurian. They took the t.v. down and replaced the motherboard. Still didn't work. They came back two weeks later and replied motherboard again and the panel and other parts. Still wouldn't work. More parts continued to come in the mail and Assurian was scheduled to come back the third time on 09/07/2021. They were a no call no show. Called Samsung. Samsung initiated an ENR escalation for t.v. replacement. However, Samsung warranty insisted on another engineer to try to fix again with more parts. He came from Lakes Electronics to my home on 09/24. Took t.v. down. Told me the panel was cracked and wrote in his report and left. Called Samsung back and they told me the ticket was closed because of water damage and physical damage not covered under warranty. Told them the last people to touch this t.v. still mounted on the wall and it was left unplugged was their repairmen. Samsung told me to call Assurian myself and file a complaint. Samsung also told me I was refusing to understand. Refused to provide any email or provision of the initial t.v. assessments written by Assurian. Said they didn't exist. When I inquired about the many parts sent via UPS to my house AFTER the 2nd repairmen took apart the t.v. and changed internal parts, Samsung told me they never had this information and I damaged the t.v. myself. Very discouraged to be blamed, called a liar, and accused of "trying to gain something" by Samsung warranty. 9 phone calls. Two third party servicemen. 3 house calls at my home and 4 house calls from Samsung arranged repair services that were cancelled or no call no show. Buyer beware. Keep a paper trail and log all encounters and get names. Don't let Samsung force you into a position where it is your word versus multiple repair companies. ENR escalation was more like a de-escalation. I would rather just pitch the t.v. and buy another than be belittled, yelled at, and called a liar and be accused of pulling a fast one when I was just following Samsung repair protocol to ensure their t.v. was fixed while under warranty. After missing days at work and hiring house sitters to be present for these repairmen and hours and hours on the phone to defend myself, I would rather have no t.v. than the stress Samsung put me through. Accountability is part of most companies mission and vision statements. Samsung should consider reviewing their ethics policy for customers.

Quick to reply on phone but refers to establishing a ticket. Wants me to mail in to Customer Support. You get no ticket reference number, no expected time until reply. It took 27 hours to receive a receipt! That should be automatic. Then waiting for the reply "There is nothing else you can do but wait," according to the phone support. First and only previous time I asked, years ago it took 11 days to get a reply. This time it's taken 5 days so far, and still waiting. My question is just straightforward answer to what the meaning is of a message I get from Smart Switch. It could easily be avoided by making the text more informative in the first place. Furhtermore, such a question should be answerable by the telephone service, but they can't. No expected time of reply is just pathetic. Samsung is no longer a premium brand.
