Total lack of warranty and customer services follow through. I purchased a basic 32" TV and had multiple services calls (lines in the screen, not powering, switching off). The 3rd service call Samsung offered a replacement TV, and the service center took my old TV. Long story short, I have spent over 40 hours into contacting samsung awaiting my authorized replacement TV. Its now 2 months later and I still don't have a TV! Had I known the Hell samsung would put me through, I would have put the TV out to the curb and just purchased a new (other brand) TV.

I had my dishwasher for 2 years , one nitght I believe it was 8/30/2021 give or take a day the LC light comes on. First thing I google what that could mean and the searched advise the is a leave and to check water line and hoses. We did that no leak , my husband happened to touch the rights side of the machine and the padding was soaked. It appeared the water was coming from inside the of the machine itself. When we opened the machine we see the defect inside the tub area. Lower right hand side. So we are reading the manually and of course we are out of warranty but low an behold lifetime warranty on the tub/drum. Awesome right ! We call Samsung we tell the situation they tell us they are going to send out a tech to review the machine still awesome right, the tech comes for some reason he walks in with a replacement door . We asked what that was for he said , I was advised the door was broken. My husband and I was like no door issue it is leaking from the inside out . The tech put the door to the side and went and looked at my dishwasher, him and husband are discussing the issue. The tech agrees its a defect but he has to call his boss on facetime so the boss can see. The boss is on facetime and tell his tech the dishwasher dropped and that is why it is broken mind you there is no physical damage that it was dropped and how can they determine this through facetime and all along the actual tech in my home is agreeing it is defect. I don't know maybe I am crazy not so awesome. After us calling and promised calls back which we never got. Today 9/15/2021 we finally called back and insisted we speak to someone and they did give a supervisor . the outcome the reports indicates physical damage therefore that voids the warranty , not awesome. I was baffled there is no physical damage i offered to take picture or put them on facetime if it worked for them why cant facetime work for me they where not having it and they will not honor the warranty. Beware of Samsung appliances and there customer service they hire a third party company to come in and the person they send in does not make the final call they have to call another party on facetime and have go by whatever that person on the phone very sad

Would give 0 starts but couldn't do that. Appalling customer service. My delivery date was changed from sat 18th September to Thursday 30th September (as if I booked weekend delivery if I didn't have to,for it then to be change, without asking me to week day). As there was nothing they could do to feliver sooner I requested order cancellation at which point I found that that they can only cancell part of my order as the order one is already in shipping status( yest for delivery in over 2 weeks). I just wanted my money back so I can buy mu home appliances elsewhere ( and definitely NOT samsung) but no. They have system that disallow them cancellation. Very disappointed, frustrated and definitely not returning customer.

After our move the Tv (Q90) stopped working. We contacted Samsung and made an appointment for a technician to come and check it. The cost would be $60 for the visit. The day before the appointment was cancelled for no reason with an email. After several calls with Samsung, they informed me they work with authorized repair services and I should call them directly to make an appointment which I did. Only the day before I got the same cancellation email. Mu issue was escalated by Samsung and I managed to speak with a supervisor who told me that Samsung cannot do anything about the cancellations, other than reporting the issue to the authorized service. So basically one buys a Samsung product but deals with a third party when there is an issue under warranty or not. This is when I gave up. No more Samsung products!

My phone suddenly locked itself nearly 4 weeks ago, no reason for it, just suddenly would not accept my pass code. 4 weeks later, after constantly calling Samsung and being told they were looking in to it, being told the issue would be escalated, being told someone would come back to me (which they never did until I called them) being told they had tried to contact me to give me updates twice (which was a pack of lies because there were no missed calls on either of my phones), I have now been told to do a factory reset on my phone, which means losing all the information on it, which includes irreplacable photos (as I have tried to explain time and time again). Their response, maybe do a back up of your photos next time!!! Phone is going in the bin and I am buying an Apple - will never deal with this pack of uncaring, unprofessional, lying people ever again.

After I cut the cable I wanted a new "smart tv" for the bedroom, and I wanted it full 1080p HD in 32", and Samsung was one of the only makes other than Vizio. Don't want Vizio so I bought the Samsung. 4 months later the remote doesn't work so I call Samsung customer service. Of course I get someone on the other end that's almost impossible to understand because of the heavy foreign accent, but we work through this and I give her all the pertinent information she asks for, remote model and serial number, TV model and serial number, she takes it all down and states I should receive a new remote in 7 to 10 business days. Well a week goes by and I get an email from another person in Samsung customer service asking for a PICTURE of the remote showing the SERIAL NUMBER on it. I replied that I already gave all that information to the person I talked to on the phone, and since I was told a NEW remote was ON THE WAY, I THREW AWAY the old remote. So this Samsung customer person replies to me AGAIN that they need a PICTURE of the REMOTE and the serial number, and I replied back, WHAT PART ABOUT IT'S BEEN THROWN AWAY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? At this point I've had it. If they needed pictures of the remote they should have asked for them IMMEDIATELY, not a WEEK LATER, and I was also quite astonished they'd make such a huge stink over a $10 remote. You'd think I was requesting something worth hundreds of dollars be replaced. I even offered to send the malfunctioning remote back to them but was told that wasn't necessary. But I finally told them to just forget it. I found the remote on Amazon for $10 and bought a new one. But as far as Samsung customer service goes, what a massive disappointment. I'll be very reluctant to ever buy another Samsung product.

Samsung Smart TV Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! They do NOT help in any way possible. If you're unable to provide one piece of info on the product, they can no longer proceed in helping get the issue rectified. Instead (as I was told) they will "note" the account so when you decide to call back later, they can pick up where they left off!!! I am beyond LIVID as the whole purpose of customer service is to ensure that the CUSTOMER has some kind of resolution before hanging up. Leaving a "note" on my account, in the hopes that I would call back is beyond stupid, especially if I am demonstrating frustration with the responses given. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND OF NO USE!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, THEY WOULD BE -100!!!!!! #useless

I agree with the others - Samsung has the WORST customer service on the planet. It is outsourced to people that speak broken English and have ZERO ability to actually solve any issues. All they can do is apologize, but not help. It's mainly just a waste of your time explaining/reexplaining over and over again and Samsung hopes you will get frustrated and just hang up / give up. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product ever again!

Samsung has horrible customer service, I was requesting a refund from a dishwasher that I received that was leaking water and they offered me 420$. I sent all the papers they asked for and they stated in an email that they received only the last page. So I faxed it in. Needless to say it was in there time frame and they took money off of my refund. They keep sending me texts asking to sign the terms and conditions but it grayed out and you can't sign it. Thats why I didn't get it to them in time in the first place. But still decided to take money from me, even though this was on them. I then got another text to sign the terms and conditions for approval of the refund and again you can't sign it. I feel they are doing this on purpose so they don't have to give you your full refund. This is BS. and nobody even seems to care. Hopefully I will receive the little amount that they are now offering. But not getting my hopes up. Im sure I will have to Play their games and fight till the end. NEVER again will I buy a samsung dishwasher or any product just so I don't have to deal with them EVER AGAIN.

I have just cancelled my online order Samsung watch 4 classic. Try to track my order and status shipping arrive on 2nd sept 2021 waiting for dispatch. They status normally take 1 to 3 working day to delivery. I order on 27 Aug 2021 till 10 Sept 2021 still haven't receive my order and decided to cancel my order. The worst part is they will only refund you the money 30 days later. What a disappointment with Samsung. They give the reason because of the pandemic. Better think carefully before ordering Samsung online. They never think of customer first.

Samsung's customer service at least the Smart TV Department is horrendous. Instead of solving my problem they only made it worse 😡 My 2017 model TV has no more storage space, I was told to delete my apps(only 2 were downloaded Youtube and Disney+) and then to do a factory reset. Of course even after a factory reset my storage is still full and my 2 apps are gone. When asking how I can clear the cache and unwanted files(Because CLEARLY THAT IS TAKING UP ALL THE SPACE WHEN I ONLY HAVE THE DEFAULT APPS BUT NOBODY THAT I TALK TO UNDERSTANDS THAT) even after telling them my TV's Model Code number, the instructions I get are the most basic instructions found on google and were not consistent with the available options in my TV settings menu, so they were useless. My TV storage is full for no reason and not even Samsung's "trained professionals" can provide any help. Useless idiots who have no idea what they're doing.

I have had nothing but problems with every Samsung appliance in my house, all within the 1st 5 years of ownership. These appliances were purchased thru Lowes so perhaps they sell only their cheapo versions there, although the prices do not indicate that is the case. To summarize; Microwave - keypad failed and had to be replaced. Refrigerator - switch on the ice dispenser/cold water outlet failed and had to be replaced. Front panels are also rusting out due to water leaking out of the cold water outlet. Replacements not available. Stove - LED display failed. Had to replace the entire board. Washing machine - factory recall due to mechanical failure from heavy loads (not experienced w/my machine). Corrective measures taken under warrantee. Dryer - start/stop switch failed. Had to replaced the control board as the switches are not replaceable. Only positive thing to say about Samsung is their TVs are great, but never another appliance.

Very frustrated and dissatisfied consumer, I will never recommend buy Samsung appliances , a 2 years old refrigerator is stopped from working, to be more clear it the freezer that is not working! Samsung mislead clients when they put label says 10 years warranty. When I called Samsung seeking for the help to fix the issue, here what I got! You as customer go bring a technician if you want! we can give you a technician number but all this is on your own coast. and if the technician give a report that the issue is in the compressor send us the tech report and we will send the part for you and you can install it in your own coast. seriously what an after sell service! how this is called a service , you simply could make this clear as a label on the fridge and show it under the 10 years warranty label, don't keep fooling the clients this is nothing but trash.

My husband and I purchased a counter depth refrigerator. We have had nothing but issues. Ice maker has been trouble from 6 months in. The drawer controls have had issues until it finally shut down, of course after warranty! Samsung finally sent someone to the house, wanted to charge for everything! Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator! When you call in the do nothing until the warranty is gone then send someone to fix it and charge 1/2 the amount we paid for the refrigerator! The only good thing was the repairman was nice….too bad Samsung won’t stand behind their products. I will be telling everyone and going online to every site I CSN to write this review!

Every review here mentions terrible customer service, so there’s that. I paid for a refrigerator in April, 5 months later I am still waiting for it. They constantly give you new “delivery dates” only to call you the night before and delay it again. The last one did not even pretend to try for a new date.

HORRIBLE customer service! I bought a Galaxy 4 Classic watch and the LTE doesn't work. Was on the phone with first two agents who told me to return and issued a return for less than what I paid for the watch and were charging me more for a replacement. Called back to tech support and couldn't understand him, told me I need a ticket and send in item. I asked him to help me troubleshoot to see if he could get it to work and he told me they don't do that. I told him to forget it. I will NEVER by direct from Samsung again. At least when you buy from Verizon, you can understand what they are saying and get competent help.
