I had a non-technical simple question about a product I was considering buying. Free phone calls, and two chats later I still did not have an answer because their customer support is deplorable and knowledgeable. I will not buy any product from a company that has such a poor support group.

Ref.: Slightly dishonest business practices. SAMSUNG.COM Wish I had come here earlier and have seen all the negative reviews. Fits the picture. I had a small, almost bad experience with SAMSUNG right now. It left a very negative taste: I ordered directly from Samsung.com (erroneously thinking they are the beacon of their reputation). 2 ext SSD drives, for almost $500. I paid with Paypal. As I got my final paypal statement, I saw that SAMSUNG, the multibillion company, has ROLLED OVER their PAYPAL fee for doing business with customer to ME, the CUSTOMER. No other professional company does that. Unacceptable. Not a trustworthy company.

I ordered a 85" tv directly from Samsung with a delivery date the following week. I received a call from the horrible third party shipping/install vendor to reschedule for one day the next week, only to have them try and me force into a delivery date more than a month after my purchase. After much push back, they finally scheduled delivery for the next day. I was promised with my purchase of the tv, free delivery, install and a wall mount. After confirming the entire purchase included the wall mount several times with the representative, she confirmed, but of course the delivery did not include the wall mount. I had to get a wall mount for the delivery staff to install the tv, with them making unnecessary holes in my walls trying to install the wall mount. After calling Samsung to report the missing wall mount, I was told after call number 4, there was a cost for the wall mount which they NEVER informed me of. I asked them to listen to the taped conversation of my order...only crickets. Finally after maybe call 6 or 8, as a concession I was again told Samsung would provide a minimal credit for the inconvenience. After again continously calling to find out the status, I continue to be met with more than a dozen representatives continuing to assure me they would resolve the issue. To date that still has not happened, only more continued lies of "I will call you back", with no call backs, no refund credit, no respect for my time or responsibility for their continued lies and lack of professionalism to its customers. I am a LONG STANDING Samsung customer for more than 15 years with more than 2 dozen items from TVs, appliances, electronics, cellphones, etc. purchased over the just in the past 3 years. Well, 2024 brings about a change... I am done with the disrespect from Samsung and its employees and I will no longer shop with Samsung for ANY of their products. Sad that loyalty and customer commitment go unnoticed or appreciated.

Samsung sold me a Samsung jetbot...then a year later stop selling parts and stop honoring the 3 year protection plan I purchased for 187 dollers..I payed 1100 dollars for this vacuum..its worthless to me now because Samsung stopped selling parts and did not honor the 3 year protection plan I purchased..I will never buy anything Samsung again...there should be some government agencies that monitor these massive companies..the ripped off a loyal customer..shame on you Samsung

Worst online shopping experience! I ordered gift, a month prior to Christmas. Waited for few weeks and samsung did not give an update or explanation. I had to contact them for them to take an action. They emailed me and informing me that the item I picked is out of stock. Samsung then give me an option to choose a different color. I did pick my choice, after that still no update or follow up. waited for couple of weeks still no updatw. Again I had to contact them again flr them to give me follow up. Waited for 2 months and contacted thwm multiple times for them to cancel my order then asked me again to re-order the items. Samsung kept saying that the item i picked is out of stock but then I was able to ordee the same product. Now the item was delivered but unfortunately no one is home and cannot wait all day for the deliver. Now I need to pick up the item far from my home. I now have to commute far just to get the item I ordered online in a snowy weather. It jist defeat the purpose why I ordered the item online and deliver to my house in the firat place. Overall expeeience is a nightmare.

On phone for over an hour, transferred several times and no one understands the issue nor resolved it!! They are in Philippines the gentleman told me and they just type your concern into the computer to see what is the recommended resolution! Nothing else or ability to resolve issues!! Definitely going back to Apple!!! Worst customer device EVER!!!

I placed an order (pre-order) yesterday, and today I realised I forgot to add a significant discount; I tried to cancel my order through all the possible ways - even contacting them on live chat (long story)... while I was entitled to cancel it, as it wasn't already dispatched.

If you announce on your website that you can install a gas range, then make sure the 3rd party company that contract with can deliver. I'm tired of dealing with Indian customer service that have no clue what to do. It cost me more in the end to install. If I knew that Samsung couldn't install the product I would have gone elsewhere. It's 100% the fault of Samsung to make sure that their 3rd party delivery companies can deliver what you say. So, I would recommend that NO ONE ORDER a gas stove from Samsung. To promise that you can and not deliver is a lie.

it's been a nightmare since i bought a washer from samsung.com they brought but the washer didn't work i had to wait like 2 weeks for a samsung "technician" to come he came i told him what the problem was and he left he just came to my house to confirm the washer wasnt working i had to wait 1 week for the "technician "to come again he return one week later and fied it as soon as he left i tried to use the washer and again not working i don't know wtf he did but it didnt fixed it i got angry and called samsung to come and pick up the washer i didnt want it but since they are indians they dont listen they made a replacemt order now i have to wait 1 month for the new washer to come and refuse it i dont want anything that has to do with samsung garbage company

Don't buy a Samsung device not worth the money, I brought the z fold 3 and got a black line of death, had to get it fix, within 3 months of getting the phone, then a little over a year, the whole front screen doesn't work, and because it's out of warranty I have to come out of my pocket, it's internal issue, phone is not damaged at all, I'm going to buy apple products and recommend people not to buy anything from Samsung!!!!

Got new tv would not connect to wifi. After contacting Samsung twice was told that there was problem with tv. Arranged to get replacement and when set up would not connect to wifi. Phoned Samsung again was then told that Samsung operates on a 2.4g and my wifi is 5g so will not connect. Old JVC connects to wifi. It is about time Samsung updated there products to accept 5g. Do not buy from them. So called technicians do not know what they are talking about and overall I was on phone for over 3 hours trying to sort problem

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I bought 18 months ago approximately a $ 500 or more microwave which just stopped warming up food. Their short life guarantee on the microwave was 6 months past but I called Samsung and they said they could pay the parts but Samsung Care doesn't want to send their technician even though a said I would pay $ 200 for their coming and labor. So frustating and expensive products. No compren nada que sea Samsug. Mi microondas apenas tuvo 18 meses de vida y me costo unos $ 500,00. Por lo menos deberian dar 5 years de garantia y deberian trabajar con una mejor empresa que Samsung Care.

Samsung as a company has disappointed me greatly. On June of 2023 while shopping at Brandsmart I was promised a cash back rebate of $350 from Samsung if I bought 4 or more home appliances all by Samsung. So, I purchased ALL my appliances by Samsung including combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, surface stove, washer, and dryer. It is now January 2024 and after filling out the rebate information twice with Samsung with model and serial numbers and after complaining to their customer service department 3 times over the phone, I received NOTHING. Talk about FALSE advertising!

Horrible Horrible customer service! It's ridiculous the hoops they make you jump through, saying they have a certain repair service only that is certified to fix their products under warranty. I had to contact them three times and then they kept saying that they fixed the account information when clearly they didn't, I even have the text messages from them. They say they care about their customers what a joke. I'll Never purchase a Samsung product again!

My Samsung washer, a standard model without a lot of bells and whistles, operated fine for 9 years. One day the washer basket overflowed flooding the house. Called Samsung Customer Service, explained the problem. They said they had some similar problems with that model. They transferred me to the recall department. Recall department said they would cover the repair, gave me a ticket number, and transferred me to their Samsung Repair Company, Service Quick. Service Quick said the earliest they would be in my area would be in 6 days. They scheduled an appointment for that future day and said we would receive a call the day of service to set the time. In the meantime we received calls and texts confirming the day of service, including a call the day of service. No call was received by 2:00pm so we called Service Quick and were told we would get a call by 6:00pm for service the same day/evening. 5:00pm recalled Service Quick and was told we would receive a call by 6:00om and that Samsung did not approve the recall! Needless to say, we never received a call from the service tech. Our calls to Service Quick went unanswered. This morning we called Service Quick and asked for an explanation about no show/no call yesterday. Was told the service tech didn’t have the repair part on the truck and didn’t know why he didn’t call us. By some miracle the part just came in and he can come out in a week from now! ( To me the miracle is how do they know what part is needed since they never seen the machine?) What a bunch of liars. In my case, service is non existent.

I had the misfortune of needing Samsung customer support yesterday. The OS on my Galaxy S22+ was updated to One UI 6.0 and the phone wanted me to update multiple times, which I did. After running the update twice, the phone indicated that the update was postponed and set a schedule to run again in three days. I contacted Samsung support about it and asked for instructions on how to cancel the update and they indicated that I couldn't do it and had to take the phone to a local repair shop, which was about a half hour away by car. I took it in and they didn't know how to fix it, so they just ended up re-running the update which seemed to fix the problem. I could've easily done that. So, instead of just telling me to re-run the update a third time, they caused a good deal of inconvenience for me. Bottom line: I like my phone but Samsung support was basically useless and I'm pretty unhappy about it.

There was a mother board failure for my refrigerator and the technician mentioned that would take just 1 day to the part to be available. Its been more than 10 days and not update on the part. It needs to come from Noida to Hyderabad and its taking more than 10 days.

I will never buy another Samsung stove my stove is barely two years old only used about 10 times stove has already shut down and it cost over $400 to fix it!!! Worst product ever!!!! Shame on you Samsung!!!

I am absolutely appalled with Samsung. I purchased a refrigerator and within 8 weeks it completely shut down. I lost absolutely everything I had inside the freezer and fridge. It was Dec 27 and my entire family was visiting, from out of state, for the holiday. I was hosting and had enough food to feed an army and it was all ruined. I contacted Samsung asking for a replacement or refund immediately since I only had it for 8 weeks (it was not an inexpensive model to say the least). They refused and said they could do nothing until a tech came out to look at it for repair. I reminded them that the entire thing was shot from top to bottom and stated that I didn't want a band-aid on the problem; I wanted a new unit of refund, in which they responded that it was not an option. 1.5 weeks later a tech was able to come out and agreed that he was unable to fix it. He called Samsung, and they said that they would have a "specialist" come out. Said specialist would not be able to be here until Jan. 16. I have been without a refrigerator since Dec 27. It is now Jan 14 and I am still awaiting a refund. In addition, they won't reimburse me for the installation (OF A SAMSUNG PRODUCT) and/or the haul of my old fridge that I replaced with their brand. To make matters worse, they will not pick up the damaged unit. I am expected to haul it myself. Better yet, I can't get rid of the unit until I have been fully refunded or I will not be eligible for the refund. Based on their timeline, I may (doubtful) receive the refund around Jan 19. I have several children and have been offered absolutely no help from Samsung. Please, please do not buy a Samsung appliance. Not only are they poor quality, but the customer service has no interest in helping in a sufficient timeframe, no interest in families that are impacted by this and zero interest on fully reimbursing you in anyway. My research has proven that this is very common. Samsung does not hold true to their word in terms of a quality product and customer service. It's very disappointing. I plan to end any plan I have with Samsung and also encourage others to do the same. This is the model I purchased. PLEASE do not buy this. It looks great but it's not. Even if it was a glitch in the model, the customer service Samsung offers has been so disappointing. Again, my unit was 8 weeks old when it went, and I have been waiting since Dec 27 for a resolution ... It's Jan 14.
