Been on text chat for over an hour and finally get a human supposedly. Been another 25 minutes since he assured me he could help. This customer service sucks. All I want to do is change the phone number on my account. I would never recommend this service. I have it 1 star because it doesn't have negative star ratings.

Got a fridge and the delivery company or the manufacturer defect( it’s a blame game at this point). Less than 24 hrs after delivery I had 2 rooms flooded in a 104 yr old house. Nobody seems to be responsible for it. I think the delivery company and Samsung should split it. I guess it lawyer time I’m not paying for something that was someone else’s fault

i am very disappointed i was using samsung for so long but after this incident that caused me upset and the rude behaviour of the company made me change my mind a genuine customer leaving your brand and i will pass to everyone aswell i had my screen broke and i repaired it around 900 to 1000 dhs after 4 months there was glitch in my phone when i sent to the nearest samsung store they dont know what the concern was then i called the media city branch and they told me the glitch was because of motherboard and i have to repair it i was very attcahed to the phone so i asked them the cotation for repair they told me 1040 like this i taught i spend already 4600 dhs not even two years plus i repaired the screen 915 dhs now they asking 1040 dhs i told him i will check with my husband he said he will call me i never received a call upon chating with samsung i tofd them no one called me again nor i can reach them they said they will pass the messgae and so on again days passed i called the samsung and one representative told me that my request was actually cancelled because i didnt accept the proposed price r u serious when did i say i don't want then she said i have to com again to samsung store to put a new request means i will put petrol andcome to dubai all the way from alain to put request again whoch is not my mistake also then she put the request and said i will get call also i did mention for discount then again days passed then i called up Samsung again some other representative saying there is no discount thays why they didnt call so means i am waiting like a fool for nothing without any phone expecting my phone to be made and come back to me i am very dissatisfied with this behavior

Don't try to order through Samsung online services. too much bad. their answer doesn't have any responsible and valid. I placed my order on November 28th, 2023. The estimated delivery date is January 1, 2024. It is today, however I have yet to receive a notification from Samsung. When I contacted Samsung via online chat, they gave me the same answer for nearly more than a week. My order has been shipped, and our delivery agent will contact me shortly. I'm depressed. Since this order took more than a month to complete. So far, I haven't received any email notifications.

Worst of customer services. I would not buy any Samsung product ever no matter how good it be. Samsung only is concerned about revenue and not customer, not understanding its customers bringing revenue.

Never never ever buy a Samsung products I bought a bespoke fridge with a rebate for designer panels and after 8 months of the run around they told me my rebate had expired and that the panels weren't available in my area. So I ordered them with my credit card and had them in 6 days. They are a very deceitful company and don't stand behind their product or offers. Never buy anything from them because of you have an issue you they will walk away and leave you to fix their mess at your expense.

Bought an 85" QN85QN800CFXZA 8K Samsung TV. I needed to have a media wall built for fireplace and TV and it took 2 months for busy carpenter and electrician to finish . We turn the TV on and no picture, no sound. Technician said it had to be damaged in shipping and there is no visual damage, and I should get a refund or replacement. Called customer service and they say I'm out 4 Thousand dollars because I should have tried TV immediately. There would be no difference . I am a retired disabled Vet. and if this is the way Samsung treats it's customers they should not be able to do business in our country.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Samsung Online when I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra on November 25th, along with a smartwatch and AirPods in the same color. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, I was informed via email that the Graphite color I initially selected was not available. Despite promptly changing my order to the green color on December 9th, my order wasn't shipped until December 14th, and it finally arrived on December 18th. To make matters worse, I didn't receive my phone, and after numerous delays, I reached out to Samsung customer service. Despite assurances from multiple representatives that they would resolve the issue, I saw no action or progress on their part. As the situation escalated with the green color nearing sell-out, I contacted customer service again, urging them to ship a new phone or let FedEx return the first package to them. Their responses were dismissive, asking me to relax and assuring me that I would receive my order. Today, I received an email claiming that my package was lost and that only a lavender color is available. Unwilling to settle for a color I didn't want, I requested the green color when available, suggested Samsung purchase it from other distributors, or demanded a refund based on the current market price of $1,499 plus tax. Shockingly, the response was that my order had already been canceled, and I would receive a refund. This is not what I want, and it's frustrating to see all the offers and deals I initially took advantage of now gone. I cannot afford to purchase the phone at its current price, especially after ordering additional items from Samsung's online store. I am appalled at the lack of accountability and action from the Samsung customer service team. I had already proposed a solution to prevent the color from selling out, but my concerns were ignored. Now, I find myself in a situation where I cannot get the product I wanted at the price I initially paid. I am willing to wait for the green color to restock or consider black or cream, but the overall lack of responsibility and communication from Samsung has left me frustrated and disappointed. Ordering directly from Samsung online was a mistake, and I strongly caution others against a similar experience.

Never purchase anything Samsung. I've purchased TV's. I have a Samsung gas stove that I have to replace the igniter for the oven all the time. And when I turn the oven on! I have to turn on one of the burners to start the oven to heat up. I bought a side by side refrigerator freezer and the refrigerator freezes up every week. And it's because of the insulation they put on the inside panel. The one that covers the fan and the cooling system. It's no good. It allows to much moisture in behind the panel that it stays frozen up. I've troubleshooter with a million site's. And found one Man who after try, try, trying again he finally figured it out. It's the insulated strip they put around the panel. It's worthless. My advise to you... after spending hours,days for the past 2 years. And all the food I've had to throw out. Is do NOT PURCHASE anything Samsung. My name is Doris Lee. And I highly approve this message.

I will never buy from Samsung ever again. Absolutely appalling customer service. We purchased a QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K TV in November The product makes a constant ticking sound. Reported with in 2 days. They have denied it’s a fault with the TV tried to fob us off with thermal expansion of internal components. I have challenged that on the grounds there is no mention of this in the product advertisement, the manual or the warranty. Several calls and emails I was advised to give it couple of months to stop. I refused and agreed to a month. Ticking continues so after 2 weeks I call and email. Send videos again they refuse to accept there is a problem and again allege the TV is working normally refusing to send out an engineer. I raise a complaint they agree to call back but can’t give me a time. I miss calls because Im at work. They fail to respond to my official complaint. I emailed again last night and they again refuse to send anyone out alleging the TV had no fault but give me a number to an authorised inspector to come out and check the product. The whole process has been Samsung trying to gas light us the customer, refusing our consumer rights and not evening acknowledging our official complaint Were outside the 28 days to return to manufacturing which I suspect was what Samsungs plan was. They know there is a problem with this tv but refuse to acknowledge it’s a fault. They have a prepared statement for it as you will find numerous bad reviews and complaints. I can see from this website I am not the only one appalled by their disgraceful customer service. I will be contacting trading stardards about this but feel the need to others about a substandard product. This website won’t let me upload the video which is a shame because you really need to hear it to understand how the souls can drive you mad. Soft reset by turning the tv off for 30secs doesn’t always work. But why should we have to soft reset a new product several times a day Do not buy their QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K the ticking will drive you made. Samsung will not help you and just prevaricate and obfuscate when you contact them. I will certainly never buy one of their products again and will look to replace what products I do have with more reliable brands No interest in helping or supporting customers they only want our money. I advise anyone thinking of buying a Samsung product be very aware they will try and rob you of your consumer rights. They will gas light you if they can. Shop around and read as many reviews as you again However I would never recommend buying a Samsung product again

We bought all our Samsung televisions due to the Native Steam app. The latest TV is less than 3 months old and now Samsung just stopped supporting the Steam app. Not cool, Samsung. Won't be buying your TVs again.

Samsung customer service is worst. They just bounce you around departments and harass you. They hide behind a approval process, which is a way to get out off the call/ chat and then respond to the ticket denying it and leaving no room for any further explanation or communication. They charged my credit card directly for restocking fee, without informing me. The customer rep who created the return label (as they don't have the an online system) didn't inform me of the restocking fee and just told me that they have extended the return window for me (given it was past 15days, a very short window given the holiday season). When contacted them the customer rep told me that she would raise a request for refund which they declined. When you raise the issue, they end up transferring you to different departments without saying anything (basically they hang up on you).

Disappointed. After reaching samsung via whatsap and call centre, they still failed to resolve on what’s promised to have the technician see our washing machine within 3 days. and apparently, there is no way to complain. buy their products on your on risk because their customer service is not the best.

I can tell this site to run by samsung. If your handicapped What's the limited arm mobility. If you find texting is a problem Samsung Support Team Well only make it worse. Cause you're technical support unit only this text conversations. They don't understand the written english language. And they said they resolved the issue give me a link with no pass code. Wow it couldn't get more frustrating then it's worth

I sent my Samsung s21 5G for a trade in for an s23 to samsung using their shipping label via Fedex. The package was weighed in as 1Ibs at the time of shipping. The trade in triage period for samsung is 2 weeks, however after 21 days samsung rejected the trade in and charged me 433 dollars. I reached out to their customer service who said they had recieved an empty box. They asked me to file a police report and fedex complaint for a refund. I did that, and when I went back for my refund, they refused stating that they had video of opening an empty box. They do confirm the weight at the time of shipping, which was 1lbs. They then again encouraged me to reach to fedex. Fedex stated that since shipping was paid for by samsung, they are the ones that need to open the claim. However samsung has refused to talk to fedex. There are thousands of google inquiries for customers who have been told by samsung that their package was empty. Samsung needs to understand that they are responsible for the shipment and it's insurance with fedex. Either Fedex stole it, or a Samsung employee. Look it up before you do business with them. There are thousands of posts on reddit and elsewhere about people who are told their packages were empty. As of right now, Samsung has refused to issue a refund.

you make a phone that is very cheaply made. they last less than two years. at the cost of a phone they should last a few years. but my solution to this problem will be to try another manufacturers product and see if they make a better product.
