“Looked exactly like the photograph on the Web page. Delivered the same day and the delivery address was not an easy one to find. Recipient was delighted with them and sent me a photograph - I was pleased to see that the flowers looked very fresh.”

“Website - easy to use, all the information I needed. Price - fantastic value for the bouquet I ordered - lovely flowers Communication - this was by far the icing on the cake. I visited the site during work so I got distracted before completing my purchase and was met with an email of a sad little puppy with a flower in his mouth and some well-thought wording which instantly brought me back to the site. All of the emails and notifications I received were humorous and well-written and the emotional sentiments and phrasing worked (or maybe I'm just a soppy sod!) But I fully enjoyed my experience of purchasing flowers from your site - I did it to make my sister's day, but you made mine! Will definitely be using you again in the future and recommending!”

“Booked flowers in advance to be delivered to hotel in Lakedistrict we were booked for weekend break for 45th wedding anniversary. We went out walking and on return there were the flowers looking lovely in our room. Very pleased with price, quality and service. Would definitely recommend Serenata flowers. “100% will NEVER EVER use again. Email told me guarteneed delivery to a hotel in Northern Ireland to find out late in the evening that the day they were meant to be delivered that they won't be. Destroyed a present I was sending to a couple for their 1st anniversary. Advised to give an alternative address which I did and guess where the flowers ended up, at the hotel that they were staying in for 1 night only. Paid £38 for flowers now to sit in a hotel that for no one. Disgusting service. Will be telling anyone that asks me about this never to use. Never see my money again and now have to spend more money trying to get them a present. Totally useless.”

“The recipient said the flowers were lovely. Unfortunately I had to change the location of the delivery - Edinburgh to London - and the amendment had to be made online. I would have felt happier speaking to someone rather than communicate by email.”
