Extremely poor flowers and customer service. I purchased flowers for my mother to celebrate Mothers Day. On arrival the bouquet consisted of gypsophila, lisianthus, freesias and several wilting roses. The roses should have been cream in colour, unfortunately they were brown. I complained via Serenata's online customer service form (including several photographs) and received a reply about waiting until the flowers bloomed to enjoy the bouquet. This was a puzzling response as I hadn't complained that the flowers hadn't open. Ironically, my issue was that the roses had clearly already been in full bloom for quite some time! I contacted them again to point this out and received the exact same response word for word! They would not give a refund. Needless to say, I won't be using Serenata Flowers again.

Ordered for my wife to let her know my thoughts were with her following the death of our son Wife phoned upset, flowers were nearly dead, I sent an email, my wife sent an email and photos yet they did not even have decency to reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR DEAD FLOWERS.

My husband sent me flowers to show me he was thinking of me on our sons anniversary of his death. The flowers arrived and I'm sorry to say after taking photos, they were put in the bin. The petals were brown, with the tips of petals brown and torn. I am not ashamed to say I cried. I sent an email with photos on the same day as delivery, my husband also sent a seperate email, neither emails were answered, then I sent them a message on face book with photos, they wanted extra photos from above, I was unable to do this as flowers had been binned, they replied that I should have removed all the outer petals if I had removed all the rotten petals there would have been nothing left! They said as I couldn't take more photos 2 was not enough then they couldn't help. I am disgusted they did not respond to emails sent and also they did nothing to try to rectify the poor service. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered 2 lots of flowers for mothers day for my nan and mum - not cheap, £70 for both with delivery on 26th March. Firstly one was randomly delivered on the 23rd of March, when the flowers came they were NOTHING like advertised on the website / in the images. Secondly the next set of flowers didn't arrive at all - when in contact with Serenta flowers they were not at all helpful in issuing them the next day or any form of compensation. Instead they insisted that they were going to offer a "COMPLIMENTARY REFUND". So, when you order goods and they don't arrive a refund is the law at the buyers request. It is in no way COMPLIMENTARY as I paid £70 for some over priced flowers and only 1 showed up (I ended up throwing them and buying a £5 bunch from the local shop). The refund still hasn't came, I wonder if it ever will. I asked to speak to manager and complain etc. and they don't reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The flowers are reasonable but not worth the price you pay. Also, the flowers were just left on the doorstep, where the delivery info said that it was signed for by the person. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again from there!

Flowers arrived for Mothers Day today......three roses with brown outer pearls, one dead Lilly, most of the flowers had lost a lot of petals and were lying in the box. Don't know how much my daughter paid for these flowers but whatever they cost, they weren't worth it. I've had better flowers from the local supermarket!!!

Awful company. Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers this morning, contacted the following hour to make an amendment to the delivery address, was told I couldn't do this, also told I could cancel but wouldn't receive a refund?!?! So the flowers I ordered will not go to the correct address. Told nothing they could do. Money is wasted. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Flowers arrived 4days early, 3 dead roses, 3 limp Lilly's, rotting dried blues flowers chrysanthemum with leaf loss, these were for Mother's Day. Very dissapointed. Company's customer service appalling. Any garage flowers would be much better. Please don't waste your money with this company who know nothing about flowers

Tried to cancel order within an hour after ordering as 87 yr old would be unable to get to door. Would not refund wound not change day of delivery even though 4 days notice. Answer you like a robot, cannot contact by phone, I wonder why? Order from a decent local florist not this trash. Just cause you stress, dont deserve to be in business. AVOID!

My 75 year old nana has now been battling with them for almost 3 weeks as they are delivering the flowers to the wrong place every time , the service level is shocking and you cannot contact them to make a proper complaint just automated emails 3 weeks in and still going on , appalling service level avoid at all costs ,she is still awaiting a refund !!

Ordered some flowers yesterday afternoon and they were sent to my dear friend at lunchtime.She was very happy with them and she said the roses were beautiful. I have placed orders from Serenta flowers before and have never had any problems,easy to order,value for money,quick service.Thankyou.🙂

There are serious bugs on the website - if you have previously ordered flowers for another family member, the website keep defaulting back to them at the ordering stage no matter how many times you try to change it to another name and address. After about 5 failed attempts, I gave up and went elsewhere.

I ordered flowers Saturday to be delivered Sunday to my mother-in-law. Arrived on time, which of course I was pleased to hear. My suspicions were aroused when she didn't send us a pic of the flowers like she normally would. After a bit of coaxing, she eventually sent a photo. WHAT THE ****?! I paid extra for an upgrade to a "deluxe" bunch, and the flowers were very sparse, and half DEAD!! They were advertised as being "delivered in bud", haha, what a joke! The were the saddest bunch of "flowers" I've ever seen in my life. They were NOT cheap either. Everyone sends flowers for a reason....normally a special occasion, a very sad occasion, or simply to show your love to someone.....and to have flowers sent in this condition is not only embarrassing, but a total insult. Flowers are sent to others through sheer kindness, and this so called "company" are taking advantage of people's hard earned money, and need investigating in my opinion! If anyone wants a refund, then make sure you get an honest opinion of the flowers from the recipient, and send Seranata a pic asap. After complaining with a pic included, I received a refund this morning. These SCAM artists need CLOSING DOWN!! Would give zero stars if it was possible......

arrived in very poor state already half dead shocking i am lucky enought to have flowers delivered a few times a year with my family and friends using different florists.if i had sent these flowers to some one i would have been horrified do not use this company unless you want a vase full of dissapointment

Absolutely dreadful service. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Serenata in an attempt to prove the flower were delivers sent me a photograph of the flowers on the door step. My friend's door is white with no tiles, the photograph clearly shows a blue front door with tiled steps. I've had to send 3 emails, no response as yet from the last 2. Waste of money and I will never use them again - AVOID

We are a school and ordered a bouquet that was reduced from £30 to £20. The picture showed that it included beautiful green stems, lilies and roses. The roses were already deteriorating when they arrived and there was substantially less foliage than we had anticipated. As this was a bouquet intended to be presented to someone very important to the school, we were forced to go to Marks and Spencer and spend half the amount we spent on the Seranata bouquet in order to get one worthy of presenting.

Fantastic delivery, beautiful flowers worth the money, fresh etc. the other comments perhaps very unlucky? So why I gave them only 3 stars? Those flowers supposed to be delivered with no card (option selected). My GF has received the card.. With the message: 'no card message provided by customer'. Very disappointing. Order placed on my iPhone. Maybe they have a bug...

What a shocking disappointment. My local supermarket has better presentation and quality than the roses Serenata delivered. PLEASE DO NOT USE and don't be duped into the pictures. Completely different. I paid only a little less than if I'd gone with Interflora (so quite a bit) and trust me I'd rather have paid the extra. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. DO NOT USE ESPECIALLY FOR ROSES.

I received 12 red roses in a box sent to me from my boyfriend. They were already wilting when I removed them from packaging, however I thought once I put them in a vase with the flower food provided they will revive. Unfortunately this was not to be, instead after 4 days they were all completely dead. Rubbish flowers, tried to send pictures of them to Serenta but they said they were unable to upload them, how very convenient . Would definitely not recommend .
