“These were ordered for Mother's Day and I was extremely disappointed with the display a lot of the flowers were dying and dropping and display was a mess, even the greenery was collapsing, I have bought better displays from a supermarket for less money.”

“Great delivery service but the stems were quite short, some were broken and a good number of rose petals were brown. Have used Serenata in the past and not had these issues so will probably use them again but just not at a busy time of year, like Mothers Day when quality appears to have slipped.”

“My mum was delighted with her flowers for mothers day. Being in the USA I was unsure what she would receive she was delighted with them and her chocolates and I was updated on exactly when they arrived. I think I've found my new flower delivery company in the UK Thank you Serenata”

“I ordered two sets of flowers for Mothers Day, both supposed guaranteed by courier for the same day. One was delivered promptly first thing in the morning (however a little squashed on delivery) the other is still to be delivered with no response to my enquiry two days later.”
